Description of Work: The contractors were punctual, friendly and hard working. The spaces which were cleaned at the beginning of the time period were thoroughly cleaned but toward the ending time not as much so.

Description of Work: I purchased a fast deal for a move out of a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. The two women were organized and very efficient. The apt. looked fantastic, and the bathrooms sparkled. My only difficulty was that their English was very limited. But their work was excellent.

Description of Work: I am not sure if I will be using cleaning services from angie's list again. I complained about the service on the phone and to an account manager. It was my first experience with Angie's list and the company I worked with was rude and all the phone calls and complaining didn't resolve anything. At the time of deal it didn't state "labor hours" it stated how many people for 6 hours but they sent double people for 3 hours, which is not what I wanted or paid for. The company said nothing can be done, that it stated it there, I even took screen shots of certain reviews and sent it to angies list but a manger emails saying that nothing can be done.

Description of Work: Sarah and Brenda did a lovely job and for the first time in years, the entire house was perfectly clean. The other thing I appreciate is that they'll come again on my schedule. We're out of town several weeks/year and while the regular cleaning schedules were offered, there was no pressure to commit to something that doesn't work for me.

Description of Work: Failed to show up to first appointment. Was 30 minutes early for next appointment and worked 30 minutes late. For the third appointment they worked slightly less than we had originally agreed to make up for previous extra time worked.
