Description of Work: Advertised as being in my area and when we called to set a date they said we were too far away. Got a refund from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Two people arrived. We provided instructions on what was most important and what to ignore. We were impressed with their productivity and the quality of cleanliness. What we did not like was that one vanity sink was chipped and cracked, and a shower rod had to be replaced. We also did not like that our instructions were not followed--time was spent cleaning things that were unnecessary (like rearranging the medicine cabinet)and other things were not complete when time ran out (like the kitchen counter). We think the problem was poor communication. This was an experiment for us as we have not used a cleaning service before--and it probably will be a long while before we ever do.

Description of Work: did deep cleaning of my kitchen--dis assembeled refrigerator shelves and thoroughly cleaned both inside and outside of refrigerator--including removing magnets from door--I pulled refrigerator forward and they cleaned behind it and under it too. i removed kitchen drawers and they cleaned inside the cabinets removing dirt our usual cleaning service never gets to. They left the kitchen sparkling and very very clean. the two women who were here for three hours (six person hours) worked very hard and climbed over counters to get to the space behind the refrigerator to remove normally unseen dirt. I was very impressed by their hard work.

Description of Work: Fast Maid Service contacted me and sent two women to my home who cleaned for 3 hours each and brought their own supplies. They did a wonderful and thorough job.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, bedroom, den. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They were polite and profssional and worked very hard the entire time. We were pleased with the cost and the results.

Description of Work: Two women came, one of whom had passable English. I told them I wanted the first floor done and, if they finished that, there were two bathrooms upstairs to be done also. They did a very thorough job of cleaning the first floor, including vacuuming the furniture, drapes, rolling up rugs and vacuuming under them and over them. They also did the stairs. They were only able to finish the first floor in the time allowed. I will probably hire them again the next time we need house cleaning.
