Description of Work: Their office was incredibly flexible and responsive when I needed to reschedule -- twice. The employees were very personable, did a great job on the cleaning, and they accomplished even more than I expected during the scheduled time. The introductory price was a great buy.

Description of Work: I used a Big Deal so this was a discounted price but the team was right on time, clean exactly as I had prioritized and did a great job. It was pretty tough to get in touch with them to schedule the appointment. There is a small language barrier, but it was not a problem with the workers on site.

Description of Work: I purchased their $99 packages through Angie's list. After 4 attempts to try and even get someone on the phone to schedule the cleaning I finally gave up. The last person I attempted to talk to spoke little English and claimed that they didn't have a $99 package. | |I gave up, because, quite frankly, I felt like this was not a company that I would EVER let into my house if I couldn't possibly trust them to make an appointment and keep it.

Description of Work: My house was in need of cleaning before my wife returned from four months of missionary work and Fast Maid Service came to the rescue. The team was highly professional and efficient. My house looks excellent. My wife was amazed how clean the house was to the point that I have been authorized to hire them on a continual basis. If you are looking for cleaning professionals, then Fast maids is an excellent choice.

Description of Work: They were disorganized and ended up not cleaning much at all in the kitchen -- a big nono. They rearranged things in my bathroom and I'm still finding stuff out of place. A simple photo when starting on a surface would permit replacing things where the owner expects them to be. The quality of cleaning was not thorough. The people were pleasant enough but need a lot of training.

Description of Work: Marjorie & Saroya ? thoroughly cleaned 3 story, 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath TH in 3 hours. Excellent attention to detail including hard to reach areas, appliances, baseboards, furniture, windows, doors, and even the inside of the fridge, which was a most pleasant surprise !
