cleaning quality was acceptable. If FAST MAID were the only cleaning service in town, I would strongly recommend getting price quote in writing based on my distasteful experience before committing to an agreement. I was quoted "most definitely of no more than $200" for cleaning a town house of less than 1300 square feet, but the actual bill came to $280. My client was in for a sticker shock using this service based on FAST MAID verbal price quote. I ended up having to absorb the extra $80 for this referral. Shop around! you can do better on prices for the same ordinary service.

Contacted them on 4/12/18. Received call same day and they were able to come next day to clean! I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, with living room/dining room in Logan Circle, DC. They were able to clean the entire place, both bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen, and dust all in 2 hours. Super responsive and did a great job for a great price.

This service is awful. I’ve never had to wait over 2 weeks to hear from an Angie’s List certified company, then finally reach out myself, only to be given a time frame that didn’t work. When I responded with a counter time request, they never wrote back. I’ve been on travel for two weeks and was really looking forward to not having to do spring cleaning when I got back. There are lots of housekeeping services on Angie’s List. DO NOT USE THIS ONE.

Housecleaning ladies showed up on time and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. My issue is with the owner/manager of the business. The day after the ladies cleaned my home he called to see how everything went. I explained my satisfaction with the services and he went on to tell me that I owe an additional $70 because they were at my home longer than what I had paid for which was 6 hrs of cleaning. I was caught off guard because at no time did anyone tell me "times up" or even alert me to the fact that I was going to need to fork out more money. I also did not time the entry and exit of the ladies so I couldn't know exactly how long they were at my home. If I had known that I was out of time I would have told the ladies to stop. Because of this experience I will not be hiring this company again.

I bought a "move-in" cleaning because I just bought a condo that needed a good cleaning. The cleaners arrived more than 2 hours later than scheduled. They also called to inform me that there was furniture present in the home (yes, I just moved in), and they said that the "move-in" cleaning isn't for a furnished home- which this information is not printed anywhere on the deal that I purchased nor is it on their website. They told me on the phone that since the cleaners were late that they would still go-ahead and clean my home even though that's not the deal I purchased.

Good. I had used this company before for a deep clean when we moved into the house. Since Angie's List had a deal for them to do a regular cleaning, I bought it. The service was consistent with the first time. They were punctual and cleaned everything thoroughly.

They were amazing! Furnitures are cleaned, microwave was cleaned even inside. Very satisfied.

they showed up 30min late which is not bad, but the two ladies didn't communicate well nor followed direction. they cleaned well but very slow. other crews usually finish my home in 5hrs. These two ladies couldn't do it in 6hrs. And they refused to clean the basement. They kept saying "no basement, no basement, 6hrs for 2 levels"... so i asked them just help me clean the bathroom in the basement when they have 30min left. They spent 25min mopping the floor back and for... ignored my request... and said "bye" at the hour. They didn't bother to ask you to check the work, like the cleaners usually do. I won't use them again. Elite Maids and Real Touch Maids are much better.

Went well, the two women worked the entire time and completed cleaning of all of the areas in my house that I had identified. I only had to tell them the one item and they appeared to have missed nothing. Cleaning was completed the time stated. Only concerns were they were later than the original time given, but arrived within 35 minutes of that time. They did not speak a lot of English so it would have been difficult for me to give detailed directions.

I'm not much of a neat-nik. In fact, I am precisely the opposite. My home looked as if it were struck by a cyclone on fire. Laundry, dishes, papers, all the detritus of Our Modern Life were strewn about my 900 square foot apartment. I have nice things here, decent new furniture and so on, you just wouldn't know it for all the mess. My wife is a saint, and for my birthday offered to use the same cleaning company (Fast Maid Service) that her dad had recommended. I ordered their $199 deep cleaning package, which includes the interior of appliances, and all other areas of the home, and it's not an hourly gig - they send two cleaning techs and they stay until the job is done. I was kind of embarrassed when they arrived, but figured they'd probably seen it all in this line of work, besides, the mess was mostly just laundry and papers and candy wrappers and empty cans and such, not mold or gross nasty things. I hibernated in the bedroom for the 2.5 hours they were here, and when they announced they'd finished and were leaving, I came out to a STUNNINGLY clean apartment. Everything was orderly, totally squared away. These cleaning technicians were DIRT ASSASSINS. Tchotchkes were dusted and arranged thoughtfully. The dishes were all done. The refrigerator and microwave looked brand new. The air was fresh-smelling. EVERYTHING had been detailed. They even scrubbed out our ASHTRAYS. Vacuuming was deliberate and thorough, with nice, neat parallel lines that made my aspie mind giggle. I honestly could NOT be happier. My apartment is difficult to find. The address is "1001 Rockville Pike" but that ONE address includes a "campus" of sixteen identical two-story garden style apartment buildings that are numbered with no kind of logic. They were scheduled to arrive at 7:00 - 7:30 AM, which means I'm totally still asleep. The phone began ringing at 7:30, and the person I had scheduled with (at the office) had to call me three times before I woke up. These two technicians had waited for me to direct them to my location for almost an hour, rather than scratching it off and leaving. That impressed me right off the bat. I do not fault them for their initial inability to find me. I worked as a delivery guy in this area and have problems finding apartments in my OWN complex. It's just a bizarre system of addressing. Overall, I'd say I received an excellent value for the money, and would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough, detail-driven and generally competent in all areas of cleaning. I could EAT off my bathroom floor, and drink from the commode. I thought this job would take all day, and they had it done in a matter of hours, and the results didn't seem hurried at all. Also, they performed their work unsupervised, and while cleaning up managed to find a bit of cash and a few credit cards I had lost at some point in the mess, and there it all was, right on the coffee table. It could easily have been taken and I never would have known, so I have to praise them for their honesty as well as their absolute diligence. Honestly, my ONLY qualm with the service had to do with scheduling, I booked it late on a Friday, and was offered a time less than 72 hours from then, but didn't see the e-mail in time (my fault) and couldn't RSVP before the close of business that Friday. When I managed to get in touch with them that following Monday, the earliest date available was more than a week away - apparently they were booked solid, and I see why. I'd eagerly recommend this service to anyone in need of cleaning of ANY caliber. If they could handle THIS mess in under three hours, they could do anything! 10/10 - recommended!

I just want to let you know that the the cost was little confusing. When I read 6 hours of cleaning, I though actually 6 hours without looking at the fine print. I was little disappointed about that. Otherwise everything was fine

Excellent cleaners, thoroughly cleaned kitchen and appliances. Punctual and reliable. I've used them twice in the past and they did well. Would recommend and use them again, except that now I'm out of their service area.

The service was excellent. The ladies arrived on time and worked diligently for the entire 3 hours. I have an 1800 sq ft house and they would've had to work an extra hour to get through the entire house, but I did not ask them to. I just wanted the bathrooms and floors/baseboards, dusting, and windowsills cleaned in the main living areas. They did all of that, plus cleaned the master bedroom and kitchen very thoroughly. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use their services again.
