Fast Maid Service

Today I had a wonderful experience, having my home cleaned by Fast Maid service!! I am so thrilled!! Your two ladies did a fabulous job!! I would love to have them come back weekly . 😊 They arrived on time, were professional, friendly and did a very good job. Thank you again for the amazing courteous and prompt service! What a delight! I love a clean home!!

The housecleaning service provided by Fast Maid Service exceeded my expectations. I have a small 1 bedroom apartment but with each company that I hire they manage to cut corners. My carpet was thoroughly cleaned and my appliances actually look brand new. I am very happy with the outcome and will continue to use Fast Maid once a month.

I’d used Fast Maids once in 2015 and they did an excellent job. In 2018 this business seems more focused on doing things fast than well. Some may appreciate that. I did not. I gave a very detailed written list of items to be cleaned and specified that I wanted them to spend as much time as needed to get things spotless. They booking agent kept assuring me it would take a 2 woman crew only 2-2.5 hours, and I kept telling them it would take two women at least 4, and they could clean WITH NO TIME LIMIT. How they didn’t hit that out of the park is beyond me. In actuality, they spent 2 hours, skipped a lot, and did the rest halfway. So I had to arrange for them to come back and finish the job, which they did for free. The booking agent repeatedly wasted my time by asking me to describe the list of missed items for the crew to redo—which I’d emailed him. And again, after the free repeat service, they still did not leave the unit clean. Oven cleaner was left in the stove, food on the cabinets, oil in the microwave grill, a dirty sink, dirty fridge, dirty grout, grime on the switch plates, and so on. It has to be cleaned again, and I will use a different company. I’m not sure if they’ve even billed me, but even for free It was a huge waste of my time.

The crew themselves were nice. The manager Steve refused to refund or finish my job. They quoted one price and charged another. So I paid more than I was told for less work then I was promised. Do not use this group.

They cleaned that I didn’t even realize needed to be cleaned.

Two cleaning representatives were prompt, friendly, professional, quick, efficient and thorough. House looks great! Kitchen appliances and bathrooms sparkle once again.. So glad I could rely on Fast Maid Service, even on short notice. Highly recommend their services to other realtors and homeowners!

Great. The two young women who came to clean the house were phenomenal, focused on their work from the moment the arrived. When they left, the house was CLEAN. And I have to mention the miracle they performed with the bathtubs. They’re sparkling and look better than when they were installed,more than 10 years ago.

The two ladies who come every month are now familiar with my condo apartment (just under 1,000 square feet, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom), small galley kitchen). They come fully equipped with their own cleaning equipment and get to work immediately, and are done within three hours. The bathroom and kitchen are especially nicely done, with shining fixtures and scrubbed floors. I have loads of books and "stuff"; the little knick-knacks all get dusted, the book shelves are wiped down as feasible (without moving the masses of books, of course!), ceiling fans are wiped, area rugs and floors nicely cleaned... in other words, everything is done and it lasts for a while. It's harder for me now, with my arthritic knees, to get down to vacuum under the bed, for example, and the ladies take care of that for me. I am considering having them help me in a more thorough cleaning after I have some painting done in the apartment.

I used their Coupon and they did a good job. They did miss a few things but no big deal. Good job .

The two ladies did an excellent job. Punctual and Cleaned the house top to bottom.

They are dedicated to all cleaning needs, work efficiently throughout the house, and perform quality work in all areas. Fast Maid Services are performing monthly services at my home and I would hire them again.

It went great! Two ladies came. They were very efficient, professional and unobtrusive. Also, it was very easy to schedule the service with Steve who was very understanding when we had to reschedule due to my husband's illness. I would also add that they were the most reasonably priced.

Awesome! The team of 2 were able to clean a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the 2 hours each per the 4 hour cleaning deal that I claimed and the place looked superb afterwards.

Arrived on time, and cleaning was done by very pleasant and efficient cleaners. The place was left in immaculate shape- unlike other experiences, they brought all equipment and supplies. No excuses were made, and no loud unnecessary conversations were made- just Quite and dignified as well as very hard-working and professional experience.

I have a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment; recently I fell and ended up with a bad knee injury which prevented me from doing the thorough cleaning I usually do. The ladies (Sara and Brenda (!)) did a great job; the bathroom literally shines (the chrome fixtures glowed) and in the kitchen, the burners on the stove look brand new. The general vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, etc... all very well done. i'll be using this service in the future.

I've had them clean my home in the past and hired again to clean my elderly father's home. They did a wonderful job for both! They even pleased my grumpy old dad!

I have used Fast Maids for the past 2 years to clean my home on a monthly basis. I have the same cleaning crew each service. The work is professional, consistent and reliable. The monthly rate is reasonable.
