We called them out because one panel was water damaged and the exterior started flaking off. I was very happy with the work. They did a great job! I definitely would recommend them.

Making an appointment was very easy and pleasant. Technician arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and polite. He worked efficiently and really improved the smoothness of my double-garage door opening and closing. I'm very happy with the process and the result.

The representative came out to our house and was on time and prepared with information and brochures. He was very informative and helpful. He gave us his honest opinion and helped us to select the doors that were right for us. We had priced the doors from different companies and they were very competitive. When he added the Angies List discount it was an easy decision for us. They scheduled the installation date and followed through with the delivery and installation on time. The installer programed the doors for us and even tried to get the remote to work in our outdated Suburban. He was very thorough and cleaned up when he left. The doors have performed flawlessly and we are very pleased.

The service was fantastic. I called and explained the situation and was given a quote over the phone. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. There was a cancellation on the same day I called, so I had a technician come later in the day. Pat called about 20 minutes before the time window to let me know he was on his way. Pat was very friendly, thorough and knowledgable. He completed the work in less than 30 minutes. When the time comes for a new garage door, I will definitely give them a call.

Two visits. First not good. Second good. Two two of them averaged out to "fair". The first guy showed up at 4:35 one afternoon. Supposed to be there are 4. My wife had to leave a little after 5. The guy said it wouldn't take long. He replaced the spring and gave my wife the bill. She asked to see the door operate before he left. It didn't. He fussed with it for a few minutes, then said it couldn't be fixed because it was too old. My wife paid him anyway for what he'd done. When I got home, I could see that the door was obviously not sitting squarely in the door frame. I called the next day, told someone at the company what had happened. They got a guy out that day or the next (don't remember which). The second guy seemed quite knowledgeable and indicated that, while it was certainly a very old door and the parts they had weren't exact matches, the first guy had done something wrong. He re-did the connection between the torsion spring and the pulley and cables that connect to the door and the door is now working.

Saw rating on your list of A. Called. They came and gave an estimate. They explained my options in detail. Began work as scheduled. Finished on time. Everything done right the 1st time. Very pleasant.

Not very well. Selection and purchase of doors was relatively painless, but then the problems started. It became necessary to postpone installation two times. The second time, I was informed by the son of the owner that I was "inconveniencing" them by rescheduling. I found this attitude to be reprehensible, especially after having endured 12 months of construction-related inconvenience, myself. The installer would not know a straight line or a plumb line if it bit him. Everything was installed a little off plumb, or crooked, or out of square. The doors, the support mechanism, the opener, everything was a little bit off. It looked as though a one-armed monkey had done the work. It cost me several hundred dollars - and a good deal of inconvenience - to have this poor workmanship remedied. Probably payback for my inconveniencing them with my business. Wouldn't use them again, wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. In short: AVOID this company.

It went well. They were professional in walking us through an estimate and choosing our doors. The company installed them professionally and they are very good doors. They aren't the cheapest doors - but they are very good and we believe worth the money.

I called them at 9:30 am. The young woman told me they had an opening tomorrow, and penciled me in, but she also said she would try to get the serviceman to come out today, if he could. He usually calls in around 12:30, and she would ask him and get back to me. She called me at 11:30 to tell me that the serviceman would be out to see me that afternoon. I had to leave for an appointment by 3pm, and she assured me he would be there before I had to leave. He showed up around 1:30. He messed with the thing, and had it working within about 2 minutes. I asked him what it needed and he said he adjusted the level of power it was receiving. I asked him if he thought we needed a new one, but he assured me it was fine. I was surprised that the bill was $120, and I asked him what they charge for a visit. $120. Seemed like a lot for a 2 minute repair, but I'm pretty sure most companies charge to send someone out with a truck. Other than the price, I found the young woman on the phone to be cheery, helpful and extremely accommodating, and the young man they sent out to be quick and competent. I will certainly call them again, if the need arises, and will also recommend them to anyone who asks.

They were courteous, quickly scheduled the appointment, gave me a window of 2 hours but called about 45 min before they arrived, finished the work quickly, cleaned up, gave a warranty, even changed the light bulb for the garage door opener without asking and gave me some maintainence tips too

Over the weekend our garage door came off track, one of the guide cables came loose, and the door became stuck in a jackknifed status. Our non-technical term for this mess was the door became cattywompus. I have never had a more satisfying visit from any service technician of any trade before. The technician arrived on time, understood our problem completely, and set to work immediately. He worked quickly and expertly, with not a single motion wasted. It was a masterful demonstration of expertise. His attention to detail was impressive. He finished the job by cleaning the garage door trim of accumulated grime. That was not necessary for the operation of the door, but surely showed an uncommon pride in workmanship. The technician was exceptionally polite, articulate, and thoroughly professional. He explained everything completely and precisely. Every suggestion he made to improve the operation of our garage door was helpful, and I followed his advice in everything he offered. I am very pleased with the results. I believe that the price was very reasonable, and that the high quality of service justified every penny.

it went perfectly well. the sevice man Justin showed up on time a day before to check what needed to be done and came back the next day to do the replacement. it took him about 30 minutes start to finish and it works like a charm.
