The salesman was very thorough and informative. The order form was very clear. The time from order to installation was just under the estimated time period. The installer was quite professional and did a first rate job. We are very satisfied with the final product!

Went to the show room, which resulted in a 5% discount. Sales guy was professional. Installer arrived when expected (8-9 am). Installer asked preference on window orientation which was good. We asked for discontinued windows which were still available, and the company purchased and installed them. We later learned the windows were installed inside out. I attempted to switch the windows resulting in accidental damage. Called Pete (the owner) to discuss options and to see if they could help. Pete said he would purchase the new window and frame, and replace them at no cost to us. We were willing to purchase the damaged part but he wanted the job done right and wanted us to be happy. This was beyond our expectations. The overall experience was excellent. The owner was very understanding, professional, and more than fair. They stand behind the product and workmanship. I would recommend them to neighbors or friends in the area.

When we got the price it was for one cable when we sent them for the measurement. When they came out they said it was two cables so it was a hundred dollars more. The workman was nice.

Recommended to me by several people. They beat another recommended company with price, clearer explanation, and an earlier start date. Installer was prompt, and the work area cleaned up afterward. A very positive experience - we definitely recommend.

The tech was right on time (slightly early, actually) and performed the work in an efficient, professional manner.

Wayne, the scheduler, and Adam, the installer, were amused. Wayne kindly agreed to charge us only half the price of a service call. They certainly did not have to do that as it was our mistake.

When I called the company initially, the receptionist listened carefully to my description of the problem and asked pertinent questions. She scheduled me as requested. The company representative (Justin) was on time, courteous, and efficient. And most importantly, the garage door has never worked better!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained all possible costs on the phone before coming out. Technician was able to simply program a new garage door remote control rather than replacing the entire unit. He arrived on time.

THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY, EXPLAINING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND FIXING IT. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND LIKE THEM VERY MUCH.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY GOT IT ALL DONE VERY NICELY. THEY WEREN'T BOTHERSOME, AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

WE WERE PLEASE WITH GAITHERSBURG GARAGE DOOR. THEY ARRIVE ON TIME AND STARTED TO WORK IMMEDIATELY. THE INSTALLER SINGLE-HANDEDLY BROKE DOWN THE OLD DOOR AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONE WITHIN 2 HOURS. HE WAS POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND PERFORMED THE JOB IN A MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

ONE WORKER ARRIVED DURING THE SCHEDULED TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY DID BRING THE WRONG WINDOW INSERTS FOR THE DOOR, BUT THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY BROUGHT THE CORRECT ONES WITHOUT ANY DELAY.

THE COMPANY WAS PROMPT WHEN PROVIDING AN ESTIMATE, THE WORK WAS DONE ON A TIMELY BASIS, AND THEY COMPARED WELL WITH OTHER COMPETITORS. I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.

PETE CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR WORK WAS TOP NOTCH. THEY WERE ABLE TO EVEN REPLACE THE ROTTED TRIM AROUND THE DOORS. GREAT WORK.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME, DID NOT TRY TO OVERCHARGE, AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I HAVE USED THEM ON 2 OTHER OCCASIONS (ONE WAS A GARAGE DOOR OPENER INSTALLATION) AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE GARAGE DOOR ITSELF IS GREAT AND SO IS THE REMOTE CONTROL PANEL. THE SERVICE, HOWEVER, WAS SLOW AND NOT VERY PUNCTUAL. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT TENDED TO BE TOO LAID BACK WHILE ON THE JOB.

THE WERE COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND TIMELY. THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY AND FINISHED THE WORK IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. EVEN THOUGH THE 2ND DOOR WASN'T BROKEN, THEY REPLACED THE SPRING ANYHOW SO THEY WOULD BOTH WORK THE SAME. GREAT PRICE.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICES! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ONLY HAD ONE MAN INSTALL THE DOORS, AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 4 HOURS BUT IT TOOK MORE LIKE 5 HOURS. BUT, OVERALL, AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

PRICE WAS 1/2 OF WHAT WAS QUOTED BY ANOTHER COMPANY FOR SAME OPENER. THEY DID WORK AS SCHEDULED. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND THE RESULTS VERY SATISFACTORY. THEY ALSO PROVIDE AN INFORMAL GUARANTEE.
