Description of Work: We had carpet replaced in our master and second bedroom. We visited the showroom before making the appointment, and the sales rep let us take home samples to compare against our furniture. The crew that removed the old carpeting and installed the new carpeting showed up on time and worked swiftly. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I had a flood in my basement and needed my carpet removed and a new one installed. The process with Fairfax Floors was easy, professional and painless. The installers help move the furniture and did an excellent job laying the rug and getting the room back in order.

Description of Work: I called Fairfax Floors about an estimate for vinyl flooring in our laundry room that got botched. Matt was terrific in explaining what probably could have gone wrong and what we needed to do, taking plenty of time with me on the phone. We are very grateful, and wish we had used his services! I would very strongly consider using Fairfax Flooring in the future. This sort of generous professionalism is a rare quality.

+ 0 moreIt went well. Salesman was attentive and helpful in the showroom, on time and pleasant when visiting to make measurements. Some delays in calling to make arrangements for the install, but they arrived on time and did a nice job and were careful moving furniture out of and back into the rooms. They put an extra piece of carpet under my treadmill, and took another remnant back to the warehouse, to bind the edges up nice for use as an entry mat. One of their guys dropped it off at my house a few days later. Nice touch.

+ -1 moreWe had looked at several carpet retailers and were disappointed by the selection and prices. We went to Fairfax Floors as a final effort. What a difference. Not only was Kevin Bisbee helpful, knowledgeable and not at all high pressure, but the selection was fabulous. Kevin measured the area for carpet himself a day after we signed the contract. The carpet was put down a few days after that. The carpet installers were incredibly polite and courteous. We were incredibly impressed.
Description of Work: Kevin Bisbee helped us select carpet for our stairway, hallway and family room. He then had installers put it in.
