Description of Work: They installed 3 new toilets over the course of 1 year. Also installed a new gas water heater earlier. They did all jobs through Home Depot. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their skill, service and professionalism. Will seek them out for a future bathroom renovation.

Description of Work: We had an old electric water heater replaced with a Rheem Platinum electric model. Also had to install a new valve to meet code. They were on time, professional and very friendly. The digital component was defective and they had to pick up another one. They called before returning and finished the job with no problem. As of day 2, things seem to be working well.

Description of Work: They installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas hot water heater. Coordination with them in advance (Gina in the office) was very smooth. They called 30 minutes before arriving as they said they would, came when they said they would, and did a first class professional job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. Ian and Mark (installation crew) did an exceptional job!

Description of Work: They arrived on time and drained and removed the existing water tank. They installed a Rheem Performance Platinum 50 Gallon Water tank. Installation included a new water valve leading to the tank and a new gas valve leading to the tank. I paid an additional $50.00 to have an optional pan placed beneath the water heater, and paid an additional 85.00 for the required Permit to be pulled. |Total for the entire job was 1385.00 Work was professionally and neatly done. I would recommend this company to others for Water Heater Installation. I went with this better higher priced water heater because the warranty (which should equate to life expectancy) was substantially better than other water heaters. |I would recommend the quality or their work and of the Rheem water heater.

Description of Work: Fairfax Electric replaced my 65 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon. So far so good. The Technician was prompt and courteous. The only issue I had was when he drained the old water heater some of the hot water got on my lawn and killed a small spot of grass.

Next time I will shop around harder....I didn't have time to find better deal for this purchase. Agin, the install team was great though.

When they came the first time, they said the flue pipe was not installed up to code, and we would have to sign a waiver saying that we understood that. Otherwise, we had to have the pipe fixed before they installed the water heater. They recommended another company to do the new piping. We had the other company do the piping, and then they returned the day after that to install the water heater.

Description of Work: Had a 50 gallon electric hot water heater installed in my basement. Found them through home depot, but looked them up on Angie's list as well. The gentlemen who came to perform the service were great, and the price was reasonable. Don't be put off by the unfriendliness of the people who answer their phones. I was a little annoyed that they were unable to quote me the exact price of just the heater over the phone, but I found it on Home Depot myself later. Also, some strange gel-like substance was left in one of my parking spaces after the job was done, but I think it was unintentional. Washed it away with some water. Other than that the shiney new hot water heater is working great. They are Rheem certified service technicians, which means Rheem officially recognizes them as qualified to install their heaters. I think this might be important if you have any warranty or service related issues with your heater later on. Also, my heater has a 9 yr warranty on the tank and parts, and this company offers a 2 year warranty on their labor, which I think is great. Hopefully I won't have to use it!

Description of Work: Job was to replace leaking hot water heater. Additional cost of $175 to redo exhaust piping with an unsatisfactory reason of "its upside down". Did not cleanup or dry the water that had been leaked on the floor. Left wet cleanup towels on floor when they left.

Description of Work: The company installed a "low-boy" water heater. I had four firms provide in-home estimates because I knew the unique and difficult-to-access location (behind wall panel in powder room) would require additional costs. The company did not provide the lowest estimate, but I was impressed by the estimator's knowledge of code requirements, his professional approach and the fact that the company specialized in water heater installations. Prior to the scheduled date of installation, I thought of several questions and emailed the company on two occasions; I received immediate and clear responses. They showed up on time for the installation, completed the work within the time frame that they said they would and the operation of the water heater has been perfect since installation almost three months ago.

Description of Work: Water heater leaking. Went with Home Depot service - bought water heater and they arrange service contractor. Price was as good or better than competitors. I was impressed that FEPG didn't cut corners on the required permit for water heater even though it seems like a pretty stupid requirement by Loudoun County for a like replacement. Some contractors said they'd be willing to install without the $75 permit. I was skeptical that a Home Depot contractor would be high quality, but these guys were good. They did the job without any issues and they corrected some other problems with an overflow pressure tank that another plumber had incorrectly installed. Their customer service reps over the phone were also very helpful with scheduling and answering questions. I've moved to a new house and will need a water heater soon. If it dies I'll be calling Fairfax Electric, Plumbing and Gas.

Description of Work: These folks are under contract to Home Depot for new water heater installation. I had a 40 gallon gas hot water heater installed. I only got one other quote and it was a bit higher. I didn't check Angies to see they had the $25 off coupon but they called back after their initital quote and knocked $50 off the price. Home Depot also had a tax free appliance weekend to it all worked out well. What was exceptional about this company is the DAY BEFORE the scheduled install, my water heater began leaking in the basement. I called first thing and they were able to adjust the schedule and get someone out in a couple of hours. Guys were polite, install went smoothly and all was well. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Description of Work: They installed a new hot water heater for me. It was a good experience. I called in the morning and they were able to provide same day service. They did the work correctly and fast. I was looking to have some other plumbing work done that Fairfax couldn’t do, and one of the guys that installed the water heater, said he could do it individually. I confirmed this with Fairfax and ended up having a very negative experience with the individual, who I would give an F grade to.
