Description of Work: They replaced my gas water heater. They did a great job. The installers arrived on time, and when they were done, they explained everything to me. They installed a pan under the water heater with a pipe to my floor drain in case it ever leaked. This was done at no additional charge. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Replaced 75 gallon gas-fired hot water heater. First class in approach and execution. Called on Monday and they replaced the water heater Tuesday morning. The technicians were excellent; very professional and efficient. Did a first class job. When the building inspector arrived to check the installation, he said that they did an excellent job and that he had heard only good things about them.

Description of Work: Installed a Rheem Performance Platinum 50 gallon water heater. The instillation crew arrived on time and were friendly and answered my questions. They drained and removed the old unit without making a mess. The new unit was quickly installed in a professional manner without any damage to the heater or the house. I was very satisfied with both the price and quality of work done.

Description of Work: They replaced a broken gas water heater with a new one. When they initially came to do the replacement they couldn't do it because the existing one didn't vent correctly. After several days of getting quotes for new chimney work, which we eventually rejected due to costs, we agreed to have a powered exhaust type water heater installed. It seems to work fine but the exhaust fan is a bit noisy.
