EXPO KITCHEN & BATH

Working with EXPO was a struggle. Each time I had a question; for example, where do I go to view the granite slabs - I spent hours trying to reach the 'expediter' by phone. The expediter is the person who makes things happen. The process was anything but smooth. Eventually we were given the name and address for the granite source and went to the warehouse to select three different pieces of granite. I could have saved a lot of time if Expo had sent me there before I picked out the little samples at the store because the slabs look nothing like the samples. We had additional problems selecting hardware and sinks. I would have appreciated some guidelines or help but finding a knowledgeable employee was difficult at best. Setting a date for installation was equally difficult. The hardware was a difficult fit, probably because I didn't know how to choose. If I were doing the project again, I probably would not hire Expo.

DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB. GAVE ME A SURVEY WHICH I SUBMITTED AND NO ONE CALLED BACK TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS ABOUT THE OVERESTIMATION OF THE JOB. I ENDED UP WITH EXTRA MATERIALS FROM JOB THAT WAS DONE AND I OVER PAID.
