Description of Work: Repaired the wire that was preventing the flow of water into the dishwasher. The repair went quickly and well.

Description of Work: They replaced the fan in my built in convection microwave. The new fan had to be ordered and they reinstalled the unit so I could use the microwave feature until the replacement could be made. The new fan didn't come in until late Friday so they made a special Saturday trip to complete the repair.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem w/ dishwasher. Suggested couple of options and explained pros/cod of each. Didn't have part for option I chose, but ordered and installed w/in 3 days, as promised. Everything working fine since work completed. Very courteous.

Description of Work: Evaluated freezer portion of refrigerator not cooling. Turned out to be low on freon. Recharged the cooling system and discussed future possibilities to watch for with our 9 year old Frigidaire side-by-side. Telephone call worked with scheduling next morning appointment. | |Liked the idea of charging by the job and not by the hour. Gave Angie's List discount and another on top of that for future.

Description of Work: PJ diagnosed and fixed a clogged drain tube in our KItchen Aid french door freezer. I e-mailed him on Sunday late afternoon and within an hour he responded that he would be there the next day. He was prompt, professional and knew right away what the problem was. He was in/out in 45 mins.

Description of Work: Determine what's preventing our stove and microwave from working. He determined that we needed to replace the stove's cooktop and the microwave.

Description of Work: They replaced the control panel on our oven. Everything went well. They were prompt, got the part earlier than expected, and were efficient with the set up.

Description of Work: They came to see why my Maytag Neptune was not working. It went well in terms of thoroughness and professionalism. However, they could not repair or replace the part because it was a control board that was no longer made by Maytag. They did try to look for a rebuilt control board, but could not locate one.

Description of Work: The technician came same day and checked out a leaking issue with my 2 year old Jenn-Air dishwasher and very quickly determined it was an issue with the motor. They ordered the part and apparently there was a complication so the owner further researched, found the part online, which was more expensive, however he did not pass the increase in cost on to me from what was originally quoted, which I appreciated. Once the part came in, the tech came the same day and installed, dishwasher has been working ever since. Overall, they very accommodating, courteous and professional. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: They replaced a part in the dryer. It turns out it was not the only part broken and so they came right back after I called and replaced the part at no charge.

Description of Work: Fixed refrigerator leak. Exceptional service. The courteous rep even put on slippers over his shoes to not track dirt into the house. This is second time I have used Expert Appliance with great results.

Description of Work: Pankaj was great! Since the initial phone call, I received excellent service. He communicated prices and made arrangements as soon as he received the part. He called before he arrived and was very pleasant, respectful and very efficient. It took him less than an hour to do the job. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: We needed the ignitor replaced on our GE Profile gas oven. The repairman called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once at my house he diagnosed the problem and repaired the oven in about 15 minutes while explaining the process to me. I was very impressed and will definitely call Expert Appliance Services for all future needs.

Description of Work: Repaired an electric oven, replaced an element. This company has previously repaired a dryer and washer for me. Every time the same: Called in the morning, given an appointment for that day, showed up on time, and promptly fixed the appliance. Professional and straightforward. Excellent! All I could ask for!

Description of Work: PJ returned my call promptly and could come the next day to look at my dishwasher that was not working. He was very professional and explained what he was doing to diagnose the problem. He then gave me a quote to fix it and I asked about whether it would be better to just get a new one. He said the decision was up to me, but also estimated what a new one would cost. I was very happy with the service and would call them again.

Description of Work: Refrigerator freezer was leaking water inside the freezer, I thought it was from the ice maker. Expert Appliance diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain for the defrosting water to drain into, removed the clog and have had no problems since!!! Quick and easy and he showed me what to do in the future if this problem occurs again, also helped me install new water filter and showed me easy way to do it. Most excellent and expert experience!
