Description of Work: They repaired one of the doors on my refrigerator and quoted the price for a part of my dish washer. The cost of the part (very high) led to the purchase of a new dish washer. The advice that I received regarding repair vs replacement was spot on. Based on the age of the appliance, repair was not cost effective. Repairman was very professional and straightforward. In all, I was treated very fairly and would recommend this company to my friends.

Description of Work: We had expert appliance services out when we thought we had a leak in our front loading washing machine. Since we have stacking units, they needed to send out 2 technicians. The gentlemen checked everything out, watched a cycle, opened the back of the machine, and tilted the unit to check underneath. There was no evidence of leaks anywhere. They did tell us that if we saw water again we could call them to come back out for further investigating, but luckily we have not had a problem since.

Description of Work: They came out to fix my dishwasher, which was not dispensing detergent correctly. They came out and solved the problem and gave me a workaround, in case the problem happened again. The technician was very knowledgeable about the unit and all the appliances in my kitchen. He offered some helpful thoughts about performance and potential aging of the appliances, but did not make any attempt to sell us new equipment, which I appreciated.
