Description of Work: The motor went out in my almost 20 year old drier. The technician was able to replace it the same day, as well as some clips for the top that had broken. He was very courteous and efficient, and even vacuumed out the inside framework for me when I wanted to clean out the lint and dust I normally can't get to. |I likely could have replaced the drier with a basic one for about $200 more but I prefer my drier to the newer ones and Sam had me up and running the same day. I would use this service again. Many thanks!

Description of Work: I called the provider for a microwave repair. Expert appliance services told me it had a manufacturers defect which could not be fixed, but then refused to write down that there was a manufacturers defect. I called a different who explained the problem was simply a defective door switch, which is what I thought all along. This company does know what it's doing.

Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service. I just talked to the technician who handled this issue and he told me that he spent more than an hour to diagnose the problem with the microwave, he checked the microwave door switches too and couldn't find any fault in door switch, he just couldn't guess for something he didn't diagnosed. He told you it may be manufactured default because sometimes it happens,that's why he didn't charge you anything, even not service call. He was in your house in given time frame, call was responded immediately still if there's any issue with the service we apologize.
