Mr. Santosh arrived at the scheduled time..After confirming the problem, he removed the microwave section of the wall oven and placed it on the counter. He then disassembled it (took off shielding) and using a tester, tested various components. He found a faulty diode and capacitor.. He went to his truck and brought in the parts, replaced the faulty components, reassembled the oven and tested the microwave. My wife made some pop corn and was overjoyed. We were very impressed with the professionalism and skill of Mr. Santosh. We asked him to look at our refrigerator where the mullion does not act properly. He meantime fixed a seal at no charge and said he would obtain an estimate for a new part and let us know the cost. He certainly deserves a "well done" for his visit . The cost for parts and labor was very fair leaving us with a feel good attitude toward this appliance repair company.

Quickly diagnosed problem, advised us we were better off buying new washer rather than paying him to fix the old one!

It went wonderful, Kumar came out the same day, and had the correct part. We had the repair done 2015, I just found the information with name of company etc. This service was so satisfactory I thought is needs to be mentioned.

Came within a couple hours of my call. Very professional, polite and clearly explained problem, snapping cell photos to show me broken equipment so I didn't need to crawl behind machine.

The appointment went well. The technician, Santosh, arrived on time. He was very pleasant, polite and hard working. After a short time he pinpointed the problem with the refrigerator and what needed to be done to repair it. He obtained the necessary part and and installed it. He cleaned up the work area and waited a few moments so he could see if the freezer began to respond which it did. Came in, identified gas dryer issue and repaired in record time. Exactly what we were hoping for.

Service was top notch. I called late morning and the refrigerator was working by dinner time. Sam was very efficient and even called ahead of time to get the model number so he could bring parts with him. He showed me what was broken and finished the repairs quickly, and cleaned up everything. The manager even called the next day to see if everything was working. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They came on time and called ahead to let me know exactly when they were coming 30 minutes in advance. Sam took the time to clean out all the lint that had built up on the inside of the machine, and even took the time to wipe down the outside of the machine after he had reassembled it. He showed me the area of the machine that was causing the problem and explained to me the work that needed to be done. I would definitely use this company again.

I contacted them and they came out that same day with the right seal. We ended up needing another part that had to be ordered, but that arrived the very next day and I was not charged for another service call.

Company / Vijay were awesome. I called and left a message for service on a Saturday morning. Called me back within 15 minutes and scheduled the appointment between 11 - 1 that day. Promised call 30 minutes before arrival, which they did. Arrived within promised window. Could tell Vijay knew his stuff, was very familiar with GE model, diagnosed problem within 5 minutes, had the part on the truck, replaced and was back running within 20 total minutes. I would have understood if he didn't have the part, but the fact that he did tells me: 1) They are a busy company -- which means they get repeat business and referrals 2) They know the business and what needs to be done 3) They are willing to put their money into inventory to keep the customer experience A+ I will refer to anyone!

He was amazing! Came on a Friday and quickly discovered the problem. He ordered the part and drove all the way to Springfield and then came back at 8am on Saturday to get it repaired and working before a birthday party I was having at my home at noon. He charged me a very reasonable price for parts and labor. I will absolutely call him again.

First, the problem was solved. Second, they responded the same day and kept the appointment time. Sam called ahead of time to confirm and checked back to make sure everything was Ok. Sam clearly explained the problem and the solution. Lastly, when checking the dishwasher, Sam found that another pipe was leaking and fixed that.
