The two visits was less than $300. They were very prompt and courteous. They explained everything to me. They got right back to me. I was very pleased. They were really, really nice and very professional. What stood out was their promptness. I just felt like they were being very honest. With the refrigerator, he could have take advantage of me. He could have made it a lot higher I think. He worked hard to keep the cost down.

Sonny arrived as scheduled, identified the problem, fixed the problem with a part from his vehicle and we lost NO food. Thanks to his prompt same day service. I highly recommend this company and will use them for future repairs. Others on Angie's List could not get to me for days. The food on hand would have spoiled. The cost of the repair was less than the cost of the food that was saved.

The repair man arrived well within the agreed upon time frame. He started to work on the machine and very quickly and accurately told me that a part that attaches the tub to the motor was probably cracked. He then promptly replaced the broken part and successfully tested the machine. The repair man was very nice and very professional. While he was here I asked him to inspect the door on our dish washer due to a break in the spring mechanism. He discovered that the spring was broken and said he had to order the new part which he did and we schuled another appointment to install it. which he did successfully. I have also used this service company last year to replace the motor in my dish washer. The work was done quickly and professionally and their prices were very fair. . I will not hesitate to hire this coompany for future appliance repairs.

He was in on time, did the job quickly, and was quite friendly and professional. He displayed knowledge about other parts of the dishwasher, telling what is most common to break and what the typical repair costs would be. And he displayed knowledge about my other appliances, showing me how to clean the coils on my refrigerator and bringing me up to speed on the current quality of the brand. In addition, he knew at glance the age and quality of my kitchen appliances.

Excellent Service! I called this morning and was told they could come tomorrow morning. However, the technician got free today and called to see if he could come by today. He did a great job, was very pleasant, and he went out of his way to explain my problem to me. He gave me an estimate if I decide to have it repaired. Otherwise, he gave me information on how to use my cooktop safely. I would definitely use them again!

The person who answered the phone on my initial call was courteous and promised service within the next 2 hours. He told me the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to coming to my home. "Sunny" did call me, within the 2-hour window, and was at my home promptly. He was courteous, answered all my questions, and repaired the machine within 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company and will recommend it to others. Thank you.

I called Expert Appliance Service based on the reviews in Angie's List. I called early in the morning, hoping I would get an appointment for that day. The individual taking my call was efficient and polite. He provided a 3 hour window of time in which a repair person could attend to our problem later that day. He indicated that the repair person would call us prior to arrival. P.J. called a half hour prior to his arrival time to confirm his appointment. He was punctual and polite. Before entering our home, he put covers over his shoes. As we entered the kitchen, I showed P.J. the coupon I had as an Angie's List member. He nodded and smiled. He quickly assessed why the appliance was not cooling, and got to work removing the shelving and the numerous screws that hold the back interior wall of the freezer in place. Seeing all the frost build up indicated his assessment was right, and he called for the availibility of a part. As he waited for a return call about the part, he began defrosting the freezer. He explained what part was necessary for the appliance to function. With the part being in stock, P.J. provided the cost to comlete the job. I gave my approval and he departed to get the part. Once P.J. returned, he quickly installed the part, noting that the defroster/thermostat part was much more compact that it used to be. P.J. worked quickly and returned all the shelving to the correct places. Our refrigerator/freezer was back to cooling. With the use of the discount coupon, our total cost was less than I anticipated. P.J's skill, attention to detail and professionalism are excellent. Without a doubt I will refer this appliance service to others, and I will call them again if and when the need arises.

Came when the office said he would. Same day service - important for a refrigerator. Pleasant, professional, quick, clean. Discussed food as we emptied the freezer! Have had many repairmen and crafts people in my house in the last fifteen years. One of the best.

The technician was prompt, found the problem quickly, and cleaned and fixed the dryer in about 20 minutes. And, we were only charged the fee for a service call. It was great service at a great price!

Service man arrived EXACTLY when he said he would!! ((After I waited 4 1/2 hours for A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER THAT NEVER SHOWED AND DIDN'T CALL!)) Expert Appliance Services repair man called us RIGHT back and arrived exactly on time with a smile :) He told me within minutes what he THOUGHT the problem was with both refrigerators and estimated a cost for each. He turned out be right about both and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE THE SERVICE CALL FEE!! I AM SO IMPRESSED!! EVERYONE MUST USE THIS COMPANY IF THEY NEED AN APPLIANCE REPAIR. ** HE EVEN PUT SHOE SOCKS ON OVER HIS OUTSIDE SHOES!!** SO RESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!! ONE SERIOUSLY HAPPY CUSTOMER :)

I contacted EAS via this app on a Thursday evening. By Friday morning I had been contacted by PJ, abd he was able to make a Saturday appointment. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. He had to order the part. On Monday morning he contacted me with a price, and it was fixed two hours later.

We were in desperate need and the manufacturer's recommended service company couldn't get to us until 3 weeks. Also, they stated the repair would require 2 attendants. After researching Angie's List for an alternate service provider, I called Expert Appliance Services on a Saturday expecting to leave a voice mail message. Instead, Mr. Pant answered the call, inquired about the type of service needed, and scheduled my repair for Monday. He picked up the replacement pump, arrived on time, and repaired the washing machine. All performed with friendly professionalism. They now have a new loyal customer.

If you want a knowledgeable, professional, and honest man to fix an appliance, call Expert Appliance. I had used PJ before to inspect my stove after a fire in the oven. I was impressed with his honesty, not to mention his promptness, professionalism and expertise. He could have claimed something needed replacing due to the fire but he didn't. He gave it a clean bill of health. I called him this time after Kitchen Aid and Sears told me there was nothing they would do because the 2k refrigerator was more than a year old. I decided to call PJ to see if he could fix it and if it cost too much or was under warranty would call Kitchen Aid back. PJ educated me and charged me his standard, very reasonable service call charge. I couldn't be happier with him. Kitchen Aid and Sears, far from it.

I called yesterday (5/6/2014) about my refrigerator noise and they offered to send someone later the same day. I couldn't be home in time so they scheduled someone to come today between 5 and 8 PM. As promised, the technician called 30 minutes before. He arrived at 5:10, assessed the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it. They charge $59 for a service call, which they apply to the repair cost if you use them. In my case, I paid $59 total because it was a fairly quick issue. I would definitely use them again-- the technician was professional and prompt. It was easy to schedule the appointment, and they have a 5-8 PM service window so I didn't need to miss work. Update: 12/8/2014 Once again, quick and professional service. I left a message on Sunday afternoon because our washing machine broke. They called back at 8 AM Monday morning and were able to come between 10 and 12. He diagnosed the issue quickly, went to buy the replacement belt, came back and replaced it. Quick, clean, efficient, pleasant, and professional. This is actually the 4th time I've used him but I've only described 2 times on Angies list. All 4 times were extremely positive. Highly recommended. .

I called this morning and he said he could be at my house between noon and 3:00. He called when he was on his way. He was on time, friendly and fixed the dryer in 10 minutes.

Our dryer stopped heating up and our in-sink disposer also stopped working. I called their office and got a next-day appointment. PJ was on time and called me ahead of time, which was quite appreciated after too many hours sitting around waiting for a late repairman. I goofed when I called and told them that I had a Samsung dryer, while ours is actually a Maytag. So PJ actually brought a Samsung heating unit only to find that it wouldn't work on our machine. But taking it in stride, PJ called a vendor on the spot and drove over to pick up the Maytag part. It took him about one and a half hour to finish all the installation. He seems to really know what he is doing. I am quite happy with his work.
