I used Expert Appliance Service earlier this year when my washing machine agitator wasn't operating properly. I called Expert and "Sunny" came out immediately. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He was professional, polite, and very good at his job. I was so impressed, I kept Sunny's number and called him a second time to get his opinion on a faulty microwave I had purchased. I called him recently, a third time, and he was very flexible in scheduling a visit to my home to repair the dryer. Not only will I use this company again, I will definitely recommend it to others as well.

The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem in a couple minutes. He seemed to have done his homework before he came and pretty much knew what the problems was. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The price included the service and part. We were very pleased with his services and he was very professional. We were very happy that we did not need to get a new fridge.

Service was excellent. Arrived on-time and went right to work figuring out the problem. Work was done quickly and professionally. Service technician was friendly and considerate to my home. Would recommend and call again for any appliance service needs.

The repair went very well, the technician had the part, explained what the dryer wasn't doing and what it should do. Quick repair: In and out in less than a hour!

I contacted the company at 8:06 am on a Sunday and my call was returned at 8:16 am. The company had someone at my house at 8:40 am and the work was completed at 8:56. He told me what the problem was and repaired it. He also cleaned up after. I would use them again. I like the prompt service on a Sunday morning.

He decided that the oven is working fine and told me to give him a call if it gets very hot again. It could be that the fan is starting to go, but until we see a code we shouldn't replace an expensive part unnecessarily. He was professional and efficient. The best part is he waived the service call fee - not many providers do this. Will absolutely call him again. He's a decent, honest professional!

Friday morning, the dryer runs but doesn't heat. I checked Angies List and found this provider with exemplary reviews and decided to call. I left a message and less than 90 minutes later I received a call from PJ. He asked for the model number of the dryer, and said he would by between 5-7pm. He called 30 minutes prior so I could crate my dogs. In less than 15 minutes, PJ had the part changed out and was on his way. What a delightful experience!!! PJ is such a professional and a nice guy as well! I will definitely call him for future appliance needs.

Was able to get same day service, was given a 2:00 - 5;00 PM window and the repair person arrived by 3:00 PM. He quickly confirmed he could replace the part and recommended I have my dryer vent cleaned so this would not happen again.

Called for appointment at 0830 and they scheduled for between 10AM and 2PM. Sonny arrived about 1PM after calling, diagnosed a broken pump by the sound, and replaced the pump and belt within a hour. All very professional.

Great! Called in the morning, he was at our home before noon and diagnosed the problem, went and got the needed part, returned and completed the job. His price was very competitive. He was professional, efficient and courteous. This is not the first time we have used this company, they have always responded quickly and have consistently performed wonderfully.

These guys are great! I called several top-rated providers and Expert Appliance Services was the only one that would work on Samsung appliances. Not only same day service but friendly AND professional as well. They didn't have the necessary part in stock so I was expecting a lengthy wait. They called me back the next day to say it was on its way and they could come out the next day to make the repair. They were at the house twice, once for the diagnostics and once for the repair. Each time they were punctual and also gave a courtesty call when they were about twenty minutes out to let me know their ETA. I will be using them for all service needs in the future.

Mr. Pant called ten minutes prior to arrival to allow me time to put away my dogs. He covered his shoes before entering my house and laid a cloth on the floor by the dishwasher. After taking apart the dishwasher he soon discovered that there were multiple problems including replacing the control panel. The repairs would cost more than the cost of a new dishwasher. I was told that it could be fixed for $800 but the better option would be to purchase a new, not fancy one! Mr. Pant was a true professional. I was impressed with his kindness, how courteous he was and his honesty! When I told Mr. Pant I found him on Angie's List, he reminded me of a $20 coupon on the website and promptly to the $20 off my bill. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends and would certainly use him again!

I told the fancy store where I bought the appliance about my water leak and ruined ceiling, as well as the manufacturer, but neither could send service person until next week. I found EAS on Angie's list and they agreed to come right out today. I could not be more pleased. Smart and professional person on the phone, sharp and punctual repairman at the door, who called 20 minutes before arrival, as well. This is a fantastic company to do business with! I will not call anyone else.

Called for repair evening before around 8:00 pm. Only repairman that stays open past 5:00. He came at 9:30 following morning - quick and prompt service ! Very professional and gave expert advice and service. Would use again for other repairs as well.

I got home from work on Wednesday and opened up the refrigerator and found it to be room temperature. That night my wife and I had to salvage what we could and throw away what we could not save. The next morning I started calling appliance service providers in an effort to get one to come to our house ASAP to diagnose and fix the problem. Expert Appliance Services responded VERY QUICKLY and had a service technician at our house by lunch time. He came in, opened up the fridge, and knew right away what the problem was. He explained that circuit boards going back was a common problem with the brand that we had. He had to go to Maryland to pick up the parts and did that legwork. When he returned it only took a few minutes to install the new circuit board and the refrigerator was just like brand new again. It took him longer to go get the new part than it was to install it. I really appreciated his effort. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done and I would not hesitate to call Expert Appliance again to do service work for us.

Second time I called and utilized EAS. As with the first experience, they were responsive, informative, and direct as to the reason for my defective washing machine. My wife and I was on the verge of simply junking the washing machine and buying a new set, but we decided to see if it was a simple fix, and sure enough, it was. The service provider said to me as he was leaving my house, "We hope you won't have to call us again anytime soon." I, too, shared the sentiment. But if the situation necessitates, God forbid, I will be calling EAS.

PJ responded immediately to our problem. He ordered the parts and with amazing skill and speed fixed both the microwave and cooktop. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He is a real professional and personable. I would recommend him to anyone in need of small or large appliance repair.

The gentleman responded quickly and worked with my schedule to come look at my disposal. It turned out to be an electrical issue, which he was able to tell me within minutes, and told me how to fix it myself instead of calling an expensive repair man (he could not fix it because he is not authorized to do so, otherwise he said he would have). Only charged the reasonable flat fee for the all, which I knew about ahead of time. Very quick and professional service.

They came on time and quickly figured out what the problem was. They had a solution, ordered the parts and did the installation once they got the part. I did not meet them; they were working at my wife's house.

Super! I'm writing this now, because I need them again. The note I left for myself in my address book said "Great Service by PJ", and that's what I remember. On time, professional and knowledgeable. If I had been in Angie's list then, I would have left this review.

Fast service, arrived just three hours after first contact. Did a good job with the project, and with fixing an unanticipated problem afterwards.

He came early, took care for keeping my floors clean and reset the disposal. We had tried earlier and either didn't push the button in enough or it needed the wrench. However - he told me the disposal was not very strong and offered to replace it if I wanted to (absolutely without any pressure to do so) but recommended that if I was carefujl not to overload the system it should be just fine. We were having a family funeral the following day and although I felt a little silly for not having been able to effect the repair ourselves - he was prompt and willing to either leave the job simply having reset the machine OR to completely replace it - whichever I wanted. The two visits was less than $300. They were very prompt and courteous. They explained everything to me. They got right back to me. I was very pleased. They were really, really nice and very professional. What stood out was their promptness. I just felt like they were being very honest. With the refrigerator, he could have take advantage of me. He could have made it a lot higher I think. He worked hard to keep the cost down.
