The service was totally acceptable and I am satisfied.

The owner was very responsive and fixed the problem.

The repairman was prompt, and courteous. He took pains to be neat and be sure that there was no leakage. He explained what he was doing and did it well and quickly.

Called on Thursday afternoon and technician was able to come next day! Tech was prompt (actually called and said he could arrive earlier and asked if that was okay), put shoe covers on before entering my house, used tarp to protect floor where working, quoted price before beginning repair, completed work quickly, and even gave me info on a warranty-covered common problem with our microwave (in case it ever acts up). Highly recommend & will be at top of my list for future needs or referrals!

Informed me that dishwasher needed new control panel. Gave me price estimate for new parts and labor. Was very honest in advising that cost of repairing new part may not make sense given the cost and age of dishwasher. Very easy to get in touch with and communicate with. Excellent and very prompt service. Followed through quickly on request for estimate.

Great. We called at 6:30 p.m. Friday and he was at my house on Saturday at noon. Our window for service was noon to 3:00 p.m. He was very professional and efficient. Total time was about 20 minutes. He checked to make sure everything worked correctly before leaving. I would use their services again and recommend them to others.

We found our refrigerator not working after coming home from a trip. I found Expert Appliance Services, read their most recent reviews, and called. It was about 10:30AM, the gentleman who answered said he could be out between 1:00-3:00PM. He showed up right before 3:00 PM as discussed. Within a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem. He than checked to see if he had a replacement part. I was informed it would have to be ordered. He came up with a short term fix for the blown fuse while I would wait for the control board. Due to the weekend and the holiday, I would have to wait a few days for the part. He called me Friday and said the part was in and if I was available he could come out. I was away, but said I could come back in 1 hour. When I returned he was waiting in my driveway. The control board installation would take about 15 minutes. My fridge was now working. A job well down.

My garbage disposal was making a terrible noise. I called and got an appt the next day. Technician was kind, professional and found a small piece of metal that somehow found its way into the disposal.

I am very pleased with the work that was done today. My dryer broke a few days before Christmas. I called on Christmas Eve to scheduled and they came on the morning of December 26. The gentleman assessed and resolved three different problems (dryer, refrigerator and garbage disposal) in less then an hour. I will definitely call them in the future.

Coming home after a 3-day trip to Boston, we discovered that while the freezer unit was working, the refrigerator had not been cooling. After trying to reach one of over 10 repair services, and the original sales people, I signed up for Angie's list and enlisted their assistance since we were leaving town on Tuesday AM for over two weeks. Expert Appliance Service was the only group that returned my call and was willing to not only come out on Friday evening but also drove to MD on Saturday to obtain the necessary part and returned the same day to fix the appliance. In all instances, communication was pleasant and professional, and empathetic to the circumstances we were in with our holiday travel plans. The service was efficient and the problem was explained, including a heads up on how future issues may be more difficult to resolve due to the discontinuation of the unit. I would definitely use this service again - although the price was high, it was in range of what I had been quoted by two of the other services that could not address our issues as an emergency situation. Came to my house as soon as I requested his help. My refrigerator was not keeping my food cold. He evaluated the problems and told me exactly what was wrong and what it would cost to get it fixed. He ordered the parts and returned and installed the needed parts and the refrigerator is working great. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants timely professional and cost effective service.

We called Expert Applaince on a Tuesday, they were able to come out the next day. There was a leak in the back of our freezer. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a fair price for fixing it. They took apart the freezer and fixed the leak in 40 minutes. Everything they did was first rate. We will be using their service again in the future.

Water stopped flowing into the dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed it and changed out the check valve under the washer. Problem solved. He was efficient, super tidy and respectful of my home. Would definitely hire again!

All contact with this provider was via email. They were extremely responsive, initiially to a very late Friday night inquiry, to coming the day to check out the freezer. Took 5 minutes to diagnose problem. Freezer had to be defrosted completely, which took a full day and parts had to be ordered. On Monday we scheduled for a late day Tuesday appointment. I only had a narrow window to get the repairs completed on Tuesday, but they were able to fit me in and were very accommodating. It was completed in under 30 minutes, very professional, very good job and I look forward to using this company again in the future when the need arises. I highly recommend Expert Appliance Services.

Pankaj answered my Angieslist message late Sunday during off hours to schedule us for the following day. He was right on time. My wife told me Pankaj was extremely thorough with his explanation of why our dryer was not working. It was obvious he's been doing this work for many years. He came fully prepared to complete the work on the same day. I was surprised he had all the parts to complete the work considering we had 2 prior companies say they had to order the parts. I would highly recommend Pankaj and Expert Appliance Services to anyone in need of Appliance Service in a heart beat! He fully fits his company name!! Thank you Pankaj!

When I explained the problem on the telephone the owner offered to come the same day, if possible, but telephoned to say that it would not be possible but that he would come the next morning. He came promptly as he said he would. He determined the problem. He came promptly he next morning and thoroughly examined the problem. He fixed it as soon as he could he isolated what was wrong. Although this did not cause the water leak completely, we advised me never allow small items slip down through the basket.

Sonny came and cleaned out a vent and reduced the vibration, but it looks like bad ball bearings are the ultimate problem here, which is an expensive repair. So expensive that it's probably worth buying a simple top load washing machine instead. He is very knowledgeable and we had a great discussion on future appliance purchases - keep it simple! I'm glad we found these guys as they are VERY responsive. We called at 830 and he was here before 11. I also like that he used foot coverings so there was no mess to clean up.

Arrived at the scheduled time. Was thorough in examining the refrigerator. Checked our paperwork to be sure there was no warranty for the repair. Explained the testing and steps required to discover a system leak, repair and replace coolant. And then no real guarantee it would last. Not worth the expense.

leak was not in the machine but in the pipe behind it. He checked the washer twice even though it was not the machine. very professional and knowledgeable.

I called Expert a few days before they arrived and requested a particular time for them to come, aftger 1:30 p.m. they were quite accommodating, and arrived within the time they said they would. Tech called 20 mins before he would arrive also. He immediately diagnosed the problem, explaining what the sound meant (no motor) and how the disposer actually works. . He went about replacing the disposer. He was very efficient and cleaned up nicely after himself. He honored the discount coupon I had from Angie's List. This was the first time I have used Expert but they will be the ones I call for my appliance repair from now on and will certainly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair. My previous repair company was not able to accommodate the time frame I requested and actually said I should call someone else. So there you go!!!

Tech found the safety thermostat tripped. Once reset and tested, the dryer worked fine after several test loads. Technician shared his knowledge of this model dryer's mechanics and tolerances, material that should have been included in a user guide. All expectations for scheduling/reporting, price and performance were met. I would use this service again!

My refrigerator went out sometime on Saturday. On Monday morning, I called shortly after they opened and they were able to have someone at my home late that afternoon after I got home from work. The technician, whom I believe was Sunny, arrived on tim, and knew exactly what the problem was. He was friendly, efficient, and had the repairs done in the minimum amount of time. He also suggested I get a surge protector for my refrigerator, and promised me that I will never have to replace a motherboard ever again. I have since purchased a surge protector, so I intend to hold him to his promise! I was so impressed with their same day service and their friendliness, I would certainly call them again if I run into any more problem with appliances - in my opinion, these guys are great!

Very nice and very prompt. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I wish they did everything. Other companies could learn a lot from them.

The repairman was great. He was on time, called before he arrived and spent 30 minutes working on my washer. Very polite and efficient.

Requested service on 3 large kitchen appliances. Had contact with business owner over weekend and settled on 2-5 pm service time today. Sent message to owner 10 minutes to 5 pm about lack of contact from technician or company. Now an an hour later and still no contact. They had good reviews, but I cannot add to to them. Moving on....
