WOW! It's unfortunate I can't rate this company higher than A+, because THEY ROCK. I sent out a request for quotes around 11:30 this morning and received a call back from PJ @ Expert Appliance Services within 20 minutes. He was here within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and had it fixed shortly thereafter. The wife is happy, so life is good again. Thanks PJ!!!

Small business- they guy who answered the phone and came is the owner. Pleasant and knowledgeable about the repairs needed: Dryer had stopped working - he came the next day, ordered a part, and made a special trip to MD to pick it up so that he could do the repair late the following day. Very timely and good price. Also fixed a leak in our washer.

The part was ordered and installed. The dishwasher no longer leaks. The technician was kind enough to replace a missing screw that holds the dishwasher to the granite counter top. Very pleased with this company. It will be where we turn for future appliance repairs.

The technician did an excellent job! He figured out that the dishwasher motherboard needed a reset, and once he did that, the appliance began working properly again. I have had no trouble with it since.

Sam did a thorough job! He diagnosed the problem quickly, then opened the dryer up. He showed me the malfunctions and said we were lucky it didn’t start a fire. He quickly repaired it and recommended different dryer brands to purchase next time. We will definitely use Expert Appliance Services again.

Evidently not saying anything that hasn't already been said! Expert Appliance Services was able to schedule me within 2 days to come take a look at my leaking GE fridge. Repairman (sorry to say I didn't catch his name) gave me a call on the way to my place during the scheduled window and asked me a few details. He had the issue diagnosed before he arrived and he was right on the money based on my description. The gentleman was very polite, and friendly - but best of all he was knowledgeable and honest. He showed me what he was doing to he fridge and why it was leaking, and it was fixed in no time for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their services!

It was a 24 year old unit and not reparable. They tried to find a replacement part to no avail. They were very professional and did everything they could to salvage the unit but it was no longer available from either the manufacturer or after-market suppliers. They kept us informed as they went through the search process and cut their fee in half when the search ultimately failed. This in forty years is the only time we've ever had this consideration from a service provider. It's higher integrity than we've grown accustom to and we will definitely use this service again should the need arise.

Simple repair (was unplugged in a hidden cabinet above, haha); the service call fee was charged which was reasonable.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician called 1/2 hour before arriving during the appointed time interval. Two problems were resolved. 1. The dryer problem, not stopping when dryer door opened, was diagnosed and fixed with a part the technician had in his vehicle. 2. Unused dishwasher was disconnected and removed, for later disposal, without a hitch. Compliments to Santosh (SAM) for a great job!

The dryer problem was diagnosed and fixed with parts that the repair person had in his vehicle. He also cleaned accumulated lint that posed a first hazard (even though I had the dryer cleaned within the last six months). He also discovered that the dryer was not properly sealed at the rear of the machine, causing gas heat to escape into the room. I was very pleased with his thorough evaluation of the dryer. Washer required a part that had to be ordered. He returned the next day with the part an completed the repair work.

I was able to make a next-day appointment. They were on time and professional and resolved issue.

He diagnosed the cause to be a wire that had become disconnected in the freezer's circuitry. We haven't had a recurrence of the problem so far.

dryer could not be repaired and we ended up purchasing a new one. We knew that the repairs made by Expert Appliance might not work but wanted to try anyway. I have also used this company in the past for washer and refrigerator repairs and will always call them in the future for any appliance repairs - they are reliable, pleasant and professional and do an excellent job!

I called and left a message, and they called me back within 5 min. I had a repairman at my door within an hour, and the dryer was fixed on the spot. It was only a fuse, but beyond my ability to diagnose and repair.

Sam was great! He identified a clog in our dishwasher and got things up and running in no time. He also replaced the igniter in our oven. It took one day to book the service and a little over an hour for all things to be completed. Without a doubt, I'd hire them again!

Very well. PJ returned my message quickly, kept me in the loop on the availability of parts, and installed the new components on the next business day. He also gave me a 4-hour window for the visit, and called 30 min prior to arrival.

Called in the morning and phone was answered directly. Described problem, phone tech suggested replacement. After my agreement, they scheduled same day afternoon service. Technician arrived on time with phone call to let us know his exact arrival time. Technician verified problem of cracked case and replaced unit with new disposal with in 30 minutes. Checked operation and interface with dishwasher. Cleaned up and gave us warrantee info. Have used them since 2014 with same prompt courteous service on refrigerators, freezers.

We needed work on our (very old) dryer; Sam, the technician for Expert Appliance Services was professional, friendly and efficient. We were very happy with the customer service we received from Sam as well as the main office. I highly recommend Expert Appliance Services and we will use them again the future as the need arises!

Very well. Appointment set up quickly. Tech (Sam) showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the problems quickly and made the repairs with 1.5 hours. Courteous, Reasonable price. I will use again for any large appliance problems.

Having mastered the art of repairing a washing machine by watching youtube videos I had a good idea of what the issue was, a broken coupler in the washing machine. However getting the right part and somehow it takes me 10 times longer to fix it than the video; I figured I'd get a professional. Called the day before, PJ said no problem would be here the next day. Turned up early, in fact gave a discount and apology for turning up early, popped up stairs. Confirmed the issue, unfortunately there was nobody else in the house to hear him say I was right! Next time... Fixed it and was done in 20 mins

Great, as always! We've used this company many times for our appliances. Always friendly, fast and well-priced.

Problem was resolved quickly. Technician was very knowledgeable.

Mr. Santosh arrived at the scheduled time..After confirming the problem, he removed the microwave section of the wall oven and placed it on the counter. He then disassembled it (took off shielding) and using a tester, tested various components. He found a faulty diode and capacitor.. He went to his truck and brought in the parts, replaced the faulty components, reassembled the oven and tested the microwave. My wife made some pop corn and was overjoyed. We were very impressed with the professionalism and skill of Mr. Santosh. We asked him to look at our refrigerator where the mullion does not act properly. He meantime fixed a seal at no charge and said he would obtain an estimate for a new part and let us know the cost. He certainly deserves a "well done" for his visit . The cost for parts and labor was very fair leaving us with a feel good attitude toward this appliance repair company.
