I called them and they send someone next day. He fixed the refrigerator.

Repair person called with updates about acquiring parts, and arrived early for appointment to repair the dishwasher. Repair only took 30 minutes, and he mentioned another possible issue but discouraged having it repaired until it was a significant problem. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge, promptness and communication.

You can not beat the professionalism and quality of work done by the staff at Expert Appliances. They are very reliable, honest and help diagnose and fix the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Last night I contacted PJ about my dryer. He helped me to resolve the problem without having to come out. He is awesome!!!!! I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

I cannot say enough of how pleased I am with this company. My fridge had died and they came immediately after I called and repaired it, saving all of my food from spoilage. They went above and beyond to find the necessary part and install it all within a few hours of my call to them. They are tops!

These guys are excellent in every way! My refrigerator was not cooling. The guy came very promptly. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Bingo! All fixed within minutes. I truly could not ask for better service and professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend this company.

At his first visit the service provider gave us a detail explaination of the problem, a cost estimate of the job, and the time frame to complete the repair. The service was performed ahead of schedule in a very professional manner. We didn't have to do any cleaning up after him. I definitely will use his service again.

Fantastic. Prompt, fast, no surprises. The technician found and repaired the problem with our ice maker very quickly. Then we thought the ice maker was not making ice and the technician came back to our house. He checked the icemaker only to find it was working correctly. Our ice maker is working great. We will definitely use Expert Appliance Services for future appliance work. Technician was outstanding.

Expert Appliance called 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. The service person was courteous and very professional. He listened to the steps my husband and I had taken to try and fix ourselves, and knew immediately based on my description what was wrong. He had to go and pick up a part, since the part to our refridgerator was slightly different. The service person was back in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the overall service and would call Expert Appliance again if we needed any other type of appliance repair. If you could give an A+ I would have rated them that high.

The oven repair seemed to go well (although who can ever tell if it's hitting the right temperature since -- as the over manual says -- store-bought thermometers aren't accurate either.) On the dishwasher, the repairman -- who also seems to be the owner -- broke the news that the soap dispenser was part of a unit that cost about $200 to replace. So we decided to keep making do because the door would shut if only liquid detergent was used. But no sooner did he leave than it started to pop open even then. He came back just a few days later with the part and didn't charge for the return service. And was both very polite and professional about it.

Looked on Angies list found Expert Appliance Services. Emailed my dates and time they came next day and replaced the filter and now theres fast running water coming out of door and no noise!! and and extra bonus I got to clean behind frig as this thing is HUGE and really difficult to move..and they did it.. I will call them again as I liked how works, politen,neat and clean!

Not only were they able to schedule a same day appointment, they came out within a couple of hours. The tech knew exactly what the issues were mostly likely and helped us get everything up and running. It's not a permanent fix - that we knew would be the case - but we are very satisfied with how everything went. Couldn't have gone smoother.

We called at 10:15am due to our refrigerator making a loud noise when we tried to dispense water. We held the phone up to the refrigerator and the problem was diagnosed immediately over the phone. He came with the part within two hours and fixed the problem. He was courteous and polite. He put on booties to protect our floor. This company's promptness and professionalism is to be commended.

I called at 9 AM and was told a repairman would arrive between noon and 3 PM. He called at 11:45 and told me he would arrive in 30 minutes and he was at my house at 12:15 and gone shortly after 1 PM. He replaced the heating element in the dryer and also cleaned out all the lint that had accumulated under the drum. He was very professional and also gave me a 10% discount as an Angie's List Member.

My call requesting service was returned within 15 minutes. The repairman arrived promptly in regard to appoint. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He worked on the noise issue. It has been quieter since fixed. He did indicate that there had been problem s with my model and made great suggestions about what type of new machine we should get if problem continued or got worse. (Not worth the expense to fix--better to get new, simple washing machine.) The repairman was very good. I would use this service again in the future without question!.

The repairman arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window I was given. He was very friendly and fixed out issues to our complete satisfaction.

Everything was great! The GE refrigerator and freezer were not cooling/freezing properly so I called for help. They took my call and had a repairman out to diagnose and fix it within 1 hour. PJ had the evaporator motor assembly fan on the truck and was able to repair the refrigerator quickly. He explained everything and was very efficient and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend this company. On a side note, the owner of Expert Appliance, Mr. Pant, was very helpful to me on two previous occasions when he diagnosed a problem with my dryer over the phone and saved me a service call. The dryer was taking twice the time to dry the clothes. He was right on when he said my problem was most probably not in the dryer and was most likely a clogged dryer vent that needed cleaning. He told me how to diagnose this and he was knowledgeable and most helpful and sure enough - the dryer was perfectly fine and it was the dryer vent that needed cleaning, which completely cleared up the problem. I really appreciated his time and helping me solve my problem. I will always use this company in the future.

He was able to get us on the schedule for same day service and showed up when he said he would. The freezer/refrigerator began working again 30 min before he showed up so he just checked everything out (boards, compressor, fans). Since all was working at the time, he gave a few pointers and possibility as to why fridge stopped working and things to watch for. Very professional, timely, definitely would use again.

The staff was very helpful and it went well. The staff was prompt. They had to come out twice, but came back the second time right away. They overall did a good job.

Wonderful! Called this morning about the broken agitator in my washing machine and they made an appointment for the very same day. Called 30 min ahead to let me know he was on the way. Fixed the broken part in no time. Great experience in all areas and would definitely use them again in the future.

I used the messaging feature on Angie's List to contact Expert Appliance Service around 10am. I received a response within 2 minutes to my message and the tech was at my house by 1pm. He diagnosed a failed electrical board and promptly replaced it and at my request put in the new water filter I had bought. He also showed me how to more easily install a new filter in the future. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. Mr. Pant is responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have used his service before and will continue to do so.

I woke one morning to find my washing machine filled with water and leaking onto the floor. I called Expert Appliance Services and they were able to come out the next day. As soon as I explained the problem the technician knew what was wrong. He examined the washer and verified that it was the water assembly valve. The best part was he had the parts in his van and was able to fix the washing machine right then! I was very happy with the service and would definitely use this company again.
