I called the company in the morning with a fridge that didn't want to work but the freezer was working fine. Tech was able to come out the same day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Because of his expertise, he knew what to expect and had the parts with him and was able to fix the issue quickly. Super professional. Would use again and recommend!

The technician arrived in the pre-arranged time window. Knowing the nature of the problem ahead of time (dryer wouldn't heat up, so clothes weren't drying), he came equipped with the likely part. He confirmed the problem, replaced the part, and was out the door in about 15 minutes. He was courteous, efficient, and professional. Clothes are drying!

We called PJ on Monday morning to see if he could fix our Whirlpool washing machine that had started displaying an error code over the weekend. We told him the error code and he immediately said he knows the likely faulty part. He said he would try to locate the part and make the repair in the afternoon. He called midday to say that he would be over in the afternoon with the part. He showed up within the window that we arranged and he quickly replaced the part. He ran a test cycle and verified that the error was fixed. He left within an hour and cleaned up everything just as it had been before he arrived.

Mr. Pant advised this is a common problem and so long as the water was going into the drip pan and not overflowing, it sounded like the refrigerator was running normally and going through a defrost cycle. He said I didn't need a repair at this time. I'm writing this review because he could've easily scheduled a repair and collected a service fee to make money. As a woman, I've had many an experience dealing with contractors who inflate prices and try to sell me services I don't need thinking to take advantage of a perceived naivete/ignorance. However, just as the other reviewer noted, Mr. Pant didn't do this but instead left me with an impression that he conducts business in an honest and ethical manner. This alone earned him my future business. Mr. Pant, please continue to do the outstanding work you do and I applaud you for your integrity. It is a rare quality these days when many businesses are out to make money and take advantage of consumers. Again, thank you for adhering to a higher standard.

Our refrigerator/freezer was not cooling at all. I called early morning and had someone at the house that same morning. He replaced a part and stated that if the appliance did not start cooling within a couple of hours to call him back. I called back 4 hours later to let him know that the refrigerator was still not working. He came back by the house that same afternoon and put freon in the unit. At this point, he said that if this did not fix the problem there was a deep leak in the system and the appliance would have to be replaced. He said that if that was the case, he would refund my check since he was unable to fix the problem. We called him back later that night to let him know that the appliance was still not cooling. He again said he would return the check. Sure enough, 2 days later the check was mailed back to us. I am so impressed that he stuck by his word and did the right thing. I would definitely recommend this company.

PJ found the parts I needed for my discontinued washing machine model. It took two weeks for the parts to arrive, and then he came that very day to do the repairs. He dealt with the stacking machines and accepted help from my grown son when the heavy work began. He was very pleasant and took the time to explain what he was doing. Then he ran a short cycle and discovered that the drum's collapse had crushed an electrical wire. He was able to replace that as well. Another repair company wouldn't even try to price a repair, saying that a drum issue wasn't worth fixing for the cost. However, I needed to keep this machine because its size fits my small laundry room. I was so pleased and grateful that PJ solved the problem. And the price was quite reasonable, considering the alternative of a new washer and dryer!

He quickly assessed the problem (faulty mother-board), and saved me a lot of money by telling me how to go about getting it repaired. He took it out, and after it was repaired, came back and installed it. His assessment was spot on, and he was prompt and responsive each time I needed him. Frig is now working perfectly. Price was very reasonable, especially considering that he came here on 3 separate occasions.

I called at 9:00 a.m.and left a message. The technician returned my call within minutes and was here in two hours. He is very honest (I have used his company in the past) and tries to solve problems using the least expensive method first. His approach to the ice maker was to clean the ice off it and see if it would work before installing a new one. It did not work so he returned the next day and put in a new one. As for the washing machine, he said it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. The ball bearings are going bad and the drum alone costs $500. In addition it would take 3-4 hours to replace it so I should get another machine. I was surprised as it is a Samsung front loader only 5 years old and was recommended on Consumer Reports at the time.

I contacted Expert Appliance after seeing their reviews on Angie's List. I gave them my washing machine model number and the error message that was displayed. After researching the replacement part, he called me back to let me know that the part could only be ordered from the manufacturer for $368 (I don't think that included tax or shipping) and it would take two weeks to receive it. So with labor, the estimate was about $500. I decided and he also suggested purchasing a new washer rather than repair this one. So for $100 more, I can get a brand new washing machine delivered. I appreciate the time he spent researching, his honest opinion, his suggestions on a replacement, and not having to spend money for a trip to diagnose the problem. I will definitely use them in the future for any appliance repairs.

The repairman called me 25 minutes before he arrived letting me know he was on his way. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in approximately 20 minutes. He also recommended we have the dryer vent cleaned. He was very professional, and he even removed his shoes when he came into the house. I would definitely use them again to repair a large appliance in my home.

This went great. I called and left a message on a Sunday night. I spoke to someone first thing Monday morning and had the repairs done Monday afternoon. The repairman came in, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part, came back, swapped in the new part. It was a breeze. When I need another appliance repair in the future, I will call Expert Appliance first!

Amazing professionalism and I would never call anyone else. I call this provider when any of my appliances need repair. He is truly an expert at repairing appliances.

PJ took the time to figure out how to disassemble the 25 year old cooktop in order to access the failed switch. It required taking the entire unit out of the counter and then taking it apart. He was very careful and professional and did an outstanding job. He was very courteous and friendly. He put booties on to protect the floors and carpet and pads on the countertop to prevent scratches. I definitely recommend Expert Appliance Services and will call them for any future appliance repairs.

They came a few days before the repair to look at the appliances. Unfortunately, they did not have the part for the dryer otherwise they would have been able to repair it on the spot. They ordered the part and it came in within 24 hours. They were back to our house the following day and got everything repaired in less then 45 mins. Extremely professional and friendly. Price for parts and labor were very fair plus Angie's List customers received a discount! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Went as well as it could. The technician/part owner was very professional. knowledgeable, honest as well as friendly. Communication was excellent. He showed me the broken part and explained me how they all work. Explained me several options with pros and cons. He called the manufactures for a part and also gave me unverified method (using after market parts) as an alternative. He gave the cost of the repairs and suggested me to buy a new one! He made two trips but only charged for one. I felt bad and offered him a bit more stating that he didn't make any money on me. He replied "I made a customer". He did for sure! Overall, it was a great experience even if I have to replace refrigerator but that's the best part. I have several rental properties and deal with repair servicing companies regularly. These are guys know what they are doing and are very honest! Highly recommended!

Excellent service Repairs done quickly and professionally .

They were excellent. They came to the house, he knew exactly what he was doing, made some measurements put it in and he was in and out in 15 minutes. A couple of years ago, I had a problem with the GE refrigerator and company could never get it right. I called Experts, they came in and did the work in 30 minutes and I have never had a problem with it since then. They know what they are doing and do it effectively. They are my guys I never call any one else any more. My neighbors recommended them to me and what ever magic they do, they do it quickly and it's right. He was here in 10 minutes and was gone in 15. The guy who come out is smart and very professional, meticulous and knows what he's doing. He knows his appliances. I have been always impressed with him.

These guys receive an A+ from me even though they weren't able to fix my problem. They were beyond professional, and extremely transparent in their communication with me, the costs of parts, etc. They even originally gave me the part number for the magnetron so I could explicitly see that they were not overcharging me for anything. The service tech spent hours on this problem, both at my house and on the phone with Kitchenaide to diagnose the potential issue. They ordered, out of their own pocket, nearly And in the end I paid $0.00. When the service tech ultimately left, I pleaded with him to let me pay him at least SOMEthing, but he refused all payment because they had not fixed the issue. It's a rare occasion that a service provider spends that much time, more than one trip to the house, and doesn't even charge you for a single basic service call. They will be my provider of choice next time I need something. I called Expert Appliance Service based on their reviews on Angie's List when an appliance service I've used in the past could not make a service call for over a week. Expert was able to get someone to me the day after I called... AND they were $20 cheaper just to show up at my door than my previous provider. Expert was VERY professional and very communicative. The initial assumption based on the fact that the microwave was not heating was that the magnetron was not working. Expert had the part and replaced it but it did not fix the problem. They had to run more diagnostics and order more parts (electronic boards.) They kept me up to date on the status of the order, and scheduled the followup service call a couple of days later. Long story short, they were not actually able to fix the microwave even after replacing every board in the unit. As the service tech said, this was only the second time that he can remember that he was not able to fix something. He worked tirelessly trying every thing he could think of. And gave me recommendations on what I should do at this point instead of buying a new unit, which would be WELL over $2,000.

In and out very quickly. Showed me the bad heating element that created the frozen coils which in turn wouldn't allow the cooling to complete properly. Replaced with a better heating element, dual element vs single.

Our washing machine malfunctioned and flooded our first floor. Expert Appliance came in and checked out the washer to see what part had malfunctioned. He gave us an estimate for the part and labor. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have repaired many of our appliances through the years: washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, etc. Technician always arrives on time, is friendly, and trustworthy. I never feel like I am getting overcharged. He will tell us if we are better off buying a new appliance, which I appreciate. I will always call Expert Appliance for my appliance repairs. I never call anyone else. They are a pleasure to work with.
