Expert Appliance Repair's technician, Sam, did an excellent job and went beyond expectations by being kind to my disabled husband. He is a good example of what this company stands for. They are a rare find in this area. I recommend them highly and hope all their workers are as skilled and caring as Sam.

He was knowledgeable and provided great clean up. I was most impressed that when the problem returned, he was willing to correct it without extra charge and on a Saturday. I will be using him to fix all appliance issues from now on due to his professionalism and reliability.

Our technician was Sam. He called in advance and was prompt. He replaced the parts and the turntable is finally working! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have another repair, and I am going to call them again today.

The service provider was prompt with the initial call to schedule and with the appointment. They called ahead just as they said they would. The service technician was polite, friendly and proficient. He found the problem quickly and gave me the price to fix. He answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with this visit and would call Expert Appliance again for any repair of my large appliances.

They were able to come out and fix the refrigerator on the same day I called, which allowed me to save all of the food. He was very professional and efficient. I got stuck in traffic and he waited for me, which I really appreciated. There was also a coupon, which was great.

On Monday night we discovered water leaking our from our dishwasher. We found these folks on Angie's list and called first thing Tuesday morning. They were able to come Tuesday afternoon and diagnosed that we need a new rubber gasket and a door part. They obtained parts from warehouse and returned next afternoon to do the job. The technician's name was Sam. He is super nice, polite, and capable. We could have not asked for more. I heartily recommend their services.

The company promptly responded to my e-mail request for service and sent a technician in less than 24 hours. The technician--Sam--was friendly and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair.

This company did great! We had laundry to get done in preparation for a trip when our electric dryer died. I called Expert Appliance Services based on their Angie's List reviews hoping for same day service. They were able to send out one of their technicians, Sam, a couple hours after my call. Sam was great! He is professional, very knowledgeable and a quick worker. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in just about an hour. He kept me well informed of what he was doing along the way and what he found. I would not hesitate to call Expert Appliance Services and Sam again in a heart beat, they are on the top of my list of providers for appliance problems.

***UPDATE: This morning the technician who assessed our refrigerator yesterday returned to our home in order to refund us our $60 in cash. He apologized and said that there was a miscommunication about the service call fee so he was returning the $60 to us. Because of this, I would likely give them another try. This provider was told the brand of our appliance (Kenmore) before arriving at our home. Once the worker arrived, he assessed the problem but told us he could not fix the appliance because, despite saying it was a "Kenmore" refrigerator on the door, it was actually made by LG and he doesn't service LG. I'm unhappy because he still charged us a $60 service call fee. I appreciated the same day service and that they showed up within the timeframe that was told to us. But I did not appreciate paying $60 for basically nothing. I wouldn't use them again because of this factor alone.

PJ arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem Returned soon afterward with the needed part, explained what he was doing. and fixed the Jenn Aire so it works like new. Professional and personable service at a very fair price. He even took the time to look at a minor issue with our Bosch dishwasher. PJ is our go-to person from now on for all future appliance repairs.

The water spout in our Whirlpool refrigerator had been dispensing water slowly for several weeks and the ice being made in the ice maker was coming out hollow. We called Expert Appliance Services (of which had serviced appliances in our house before) and expected that it would time some time for someone to come to our house to investigate our refrigerator. But NO! My wife called them in the morning and someone came by that evening to examine the problem. It took him just a short amount of time to figure out that the water regulator behind the water filter was broken and that was the source of our problem. The nice, professional serviceman ordered the part and came back two evening later to install the part. Right after the new part was installed, the water was flowing regularly and all was fixed. My family would like to thank Expert Appliance Service for their prompt response to our call for help and for their professionalism and expertise.

The service was excellent and I would not hesitate to use Expert Appliance Services again. The provider responded very quickly to my call and an appointment was scheduled for the very next morning. Sam, the technician, arrived right on time and in fact had given me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. Sam was very professional and assessed the problem quickly. He had the necessary parts on the truck and completed the repairs expeditiously. All in all, it was a highly satisfactory experience.

I love this guy. I have had him work on my fridge (broken door hinge), dishwasher (leaking) and now my oven. He always comes within a day of calling. He was able to come after 5pm to look at the oven, so i didn't have to take off time from work. He's honest; he told me the dishwasher wasn't worth fixing, so he only ended up charging for the service call--he could have convinced me to fix the dishwasher and charged me a couple of hundred dollars. I will definitely use him every time I need appliance work done.

This is the second time I called expert appliances to fix a problem. I discovered water on the floor around the refrigerator. Pankaj arrived the same day, was very punctual, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue with parts he had in the truck. Throughout, he made sure the floor was protected and cleaned up after. Expert appliances is my go-to for any appliance problems.

PJ's confidence and expertise were incredibly reassuring when he said it was a faulty water valve. I have been naturally skittish about keeping the dishwasher since we're about to repair all the damage, and don't want it to happen again. But he seemed 100% convinced it was the valve and even said there'd be a warranty on the work.

I called Expert Appliance Service in the a.m. and he arrived that afternoon. He quickly figured out the problem--a new timer dial was needed as the old one was cracked and not engaging. He told me it would be cheaper for me to go pick up the replacement part at the appliance parts dealer not far from where I live and showed me how to put it in or he could come back and that would involve another service charge. I picked up the new dial and clicked it into place. Dryer works perfectly. This is about the third time I have had him to my home and he is always very efficient in diagnosing the problem with the appliance. Very generous of him to suggest I purchase and install the dial myself.

Aging disposal finally locked up permanently. I purchased a replacement at the hardware store which gave me the chance to pick the exact model I wanted. Then I called the experts to put it in! Called on Monday afternoon, the service expert showed up on time Tuesday morning and was done in less than an hour. He was pleasant, professional and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done.

We were really pleased. Communication was superb and the technician arrived promptly for each appointment. He diagnosed the problem correctlly and they got the part quickly. I really appreciate they did the repair on a Saturday. I thought the price was fair, too. We'll be calling again the next time we need a repair.

It couldn't have been a better experience. The service was prompt and professional. I was impressed with the technician's knowledge and clear communication of the problem. I was advised over the phone to turn off the fridge to avoid burning out the compressor.

We contacted this company based on the reviews. He arrived during the estimated time frame. Unfortunately, after working on our dryer he diagnosed the problem as a broken "mother board" despite all lights working and no error code appearing. We were charged the appointment fee and were informed that it would likely cost at least $300 to repair and he would contact us with an estimate the next day when he locates the part. We received a voicemail saying that the part would cost over $400 and take 2-3 weeks to arrive. During this time we made an appointment for a second opinion. We just received service today and our machine was fixed within 5 minutes. The mother board was clearly not broken and a connection simply needed to be tightened. Luckily, we were saved from making a very costly mistake. I wish I could get my $60 back but unfortunately our check has already been cashed. UPDATE: We just received a check from Expert Appliances to reimburse us for the cost of the visit. Very impressed by how they handled this matter.

I called them about noon today. I was told the tech would come today between 2 and 4 and that he would call 1/2 hour before arriving. He called at 2:12 and arrived on time. I am astonished--I have never had such a prompt response to a service request! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fortunately had the parts on his truck. He was done by about 3:30!
