Within 3 minutes of arriving the technician determined what was wrong and replaced the bad part. He had the refrigerator working again about 18 hours after I called for the servicing.

The service was excellent. Called to give 30 minutes notice, arrived on time. Swiftly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Very professional job.

I was impressed with the same-day service. Sam did a great job! He was responsive and made it a point to find the two parts near by so he could come back quickly for the repair. He was professional, explained the issues and with no mess at all had the parts replaced, job completed in less than estimated time. I would use Expert Appliance Services again and ask for him by name!

They returned my call this morning and arrived at my home about 3 hours later. The technician quickly determined the problem, corrected it, and charged me a minimal, fair service cost that was much lower than I had feared it would be. He even cleaned behind my refrigerator. Overall, a great experience.

PJ was very responsive and came over that day. Very professional and pleasant man. He added freon--- problem solved. The repair was done in June 2015 and lasted 12 months. When the fridge went bad again, we bought a new one since it was 20 years old.

The circuit board went bad. The repair cost was more than half of the price for a new dishwasher so we replaced the old one and did not have repair done.

A call was made Tues afternoon and they were able to service the dryer Thur morning. "Sam" was on time, very professional, and knew his stuff. The drum got out of whack and Sam immediately diagnosed the issue and had the belts & pulleys on hand to perform the maintenance. He also did some vacuuming and gave advice on hiring a firm to clean the vent run. The cost was a little more than we had hoped, but figure it was probably the going rate in NoVa. The $30 Angie's list discount helped.

Was well within my window, and called to let me know he was coming. Very prompt and courteous. Fixed the problem fast for a very reasonable charge. Would definitely use them again.

PJ was great. When I described the problem with the range, he was familiar with the issue. He came out the same day to check the model number and determine the part he would need. He then went to source the part and returned that day to install it. Everything was completed within 5 hours of my initial call. Great communication, great customer service!

Sam was great. He was able to arrive early, and complete the work in the same day. He had to drive back to warehouse and get parts, and was back quickly and finished up. He showed me the damaged parts and thoroughly explained what needed to be replaced and why.

He inspected the drain, found the problem (toothpicks etc. stuck there), put all back to working order. No parts needed. It went perfectly and smoothly. I would make one suggestion to the company. If at all possible let the customer know a morning or afternoon appointment if possible. It is helpful to organizing one's day. Absolutely would recommend this company. Excellent work and very reasonable fees.

I was not home when the tech arrived. My family informs me that he arrived on time, was extremely nice, very neat and did a great job for exactly the price quoted - all on a holiday Saturday morning. We will definitely make Expert Appliance Services our go-to appliance service from now on. They are fantastic. We can't recommend them more highly!!!!

Excellent service. Called at 10, owner was at my door by 1:15. Diagnosed the problem quickly; fixed it within thirty minutes; answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Saved us the cost and hassle of purchasing a new dishwasher--we were about to give up. Will use again for any large appliance issues.

Very unreliable. I picked the company for the good reviews they received. Bad decision on my part. The Company was a no show and denied making the appointment even though the phone log at my office shows the call was made by the company to my office phone. On 11/22/16 I called the company at around 7:45 from my office and left a message asking them to call me about a broken dryer. According to the phone log on my work phone - a USG phone - the call was returned from the company number at 8:28AM. I told them what I needed fixed and offered to give my model number which I was told was unnecessary as they would have the parts. I was given the window of between 9A-11A on Wednesday November 23rd. I provided my home number so they could call me the day of the service. I had to take off from work to get the work done on the dryer. However the company was a no show. I called them around 12 noon on 11/23 to ask where they were and was told they had no record of the service appointment. I verified with my work phone log it was the correct number that I was calling and it was. I called back and set another appointment for 3-6 pm the same day and called once more to confirm that they would for sure be there. I told the man who was on the phone that I for sure spoke with someone at 8:28 AM yesterday and was not happy about the no show and the fact that I had to wait at home all day. To take one day off from work is a loss of over $600 income for me. The man said 'maybe it was me maybe it wasn't i have no record'...however I did have a record. I told him the call came directly from his company and again he said it wasn't him and he had no recollection. I asked that he confirm for sure the person would be on time and the job would be done correctly and he told me that I could go somewhere else for the job. No apology for the company screw up. Nothing. So now - my dryer remains broken. The company lied about coming during the window they gave me. They denied making an appointment with me. They were unapologetic for their screw up. I am out a days wage.

I called on Friday morning, and arranged for a Saturday appointment. PJ mentioned that someone may be able to come out that afternoon, and said he would let me know. He called 30 minutes later, and told me he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, explained what he was going to do to make the repair, and got it done very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I received! I will most definitely call PJ again!

Sam the technician was fantastic. He spent a LOT of time diagnosing the problem and then cleaning out the drain pipe and making sure it was working. He didn't take the easy way out and tell me I needed a new drain pipe (which would have been more expensive for me and required a second visit). He spend the time to clear out the drain pipe which took 3 hours. He was on time, professional, knew what he was doing and just all around great. Sam and Expert Appliance will be my first call the next time I have any appliance issue.

Expert Appliance Services came within a day and diagnosed the problem as a broken control panel. Because Maytag had been bought by another company and was no longer making the same model, PJ was not able to order the part from the company, but he offered to go online and see if he could find it from another source. He called later to say he'd found one which might or might not work and if it didn't he could send it back and I wouldn't have to pay. Unfortunately the part didn't work, but the only cost to me was for the first service call; I was not charged for the second call or the time and labor involved in finding and testing the new part. This was the second time I had used this company and I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
