They showed up on time and installed the closets. they were very professional and patient with us as we are new to the world of remodeling

From the begining of the design process to installation, everyone was fabulous. Noel Sweeney really listened to my needs and I was so delighted to review the plans and found he had included a way to store my bike in the closet. Paul and Hugh, the installation crew, came on time, and were more than helpful, when determining the height of cabinetry in the laundry room, and the bike hanger in the closet. They cleaned up and left my condo in the same condition in which it was found! Working with Noel, Paul, and Hugh was a great experience. These gentlemen are professionals and certainly know best, so if I had questions, I went with their suggestions because they really do know best. A great company, responsive to your closet/design needs, professional, and the price is competitive.

I had my closet reorganized. I got a phone call right away from Noel Sweeney who is a really pleasant guy. Trent came out shortly thereafter, on time and I got the proposal promptly. They worked with me to make it right and to make sure I got what I wanted. The work guys came out, delivered my unit on time and installed it. The crew was really personable and cleaned up well. Everything was better than I expected. I think they are a great company and a great group of people with a solid, strong work ethic. I highly recommend them.

After I made initial contact via email, I received a follow-up telephone call from Noel Sweeney within 24 hours. We made an appointment to review the project for which Noel arrived on time and called in advance to confirm the appointment. Noel provide suggestions of different designs that would not only meet my space and organizational needs, he offered alternatives to make sure I stayed within my budget. Upon receipt and review of the designs, Noel afforded me the opportunity to make changes. Paul and the installation team was also prompt, courteous and thorough. They did a excellent job with the installation and left my home cleaned and the only evidence of their work was a finished product that exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from Noel and Paul and would recommend econize. Having received 3 estimates, econize demonstrated they were flexible to deliver a product and service that met my need and budget. From the initial phone call to the final payment, I truly believe Noel and Paul are both committed to pleasing the customer by delivering exceptional service and a quality finished product.

Noel was very professional and a pleasure to work with doing my closet install. He designed a very functional closet with very limited space. His installer did an excellent job and even offered additonal suggestions to maximize the space. I will definitely use them again.

Signed up for the Big Deal for a set configuration of a 6' closet installation. I have a 12'closet. Econize informed me of their offered configuration and honored that price for 1/2 the closet installation I needed. Their representative came to my home, measured the area, informed me of the various options and upgrades available, designed a configuration and price based on my wants and provided a formal estimate. We viewed the configuration online and requested final changes. Their representative sent a find proposal, which we accepted. They arranged an installation date based on my availability, arrived promptly as scheduled, did a very professional installation and clean up. Throughout the process all representatives were courteous, informatine, and professional.

Noel was very prompt and professional in setting up the initial design meeting, promptly provided 3-dimensional and 2-dimensional drawings, which gave a real illustrative feel to what the finished space would look like. He came back a second time to make more detailed measurements and drawings for one wall that required special design to allow sufficient height along the ceiling slant for long dresses, and then provided a complete second set of drawings. Noel and Paul promptly scheduled the installation. Paul, Jack and Hugh--the installation team--were very friendly, professional, and productive. Paul is very detail-oriented and a perfectionist, and made sure every piece was fitted correctly, including special cut panels that needed to go up the slanted ceiling, and all trim and molding, that made the finished job look very professional. Noel was very responsive to questions and added for free, several specialty items including jewelry drawer liner, extra tie rack requested after the job was completed, and extra clothing pull-outs, for hanging suits and dresses while getting dressed. Paul had to come back a second time to put down baseboard and molding, after we had closet carpeting laid. He did this without complaint, with his same friendly, professional, perfectionist attitude and expertise, and at no additional cost for the job, even though it was originally priced as a single installation trip. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with the end result and will definitely use Noel and Paul again, when we get the next set of closets done. I will also highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about someone to initially do or redo their closets.

Their workmanship and product quality is very good. Their customer service and relationship with their clients is some of the best I have ever experienced.

We reached out to ECONIZE through the Angie's list website and Noel promptly called us back and provided a rough estimate of what customers normally want. That was going to be out of our price range so we opted not to move forward. Noel called back the next day and asked if he could send over a new plan that was more suited to our budget. We opted to go ahead and make the investment, but wanted a more indepth conversation, so Trent came out to our place to get a more detailed plan put together and discuss our needs. We also spoke to another firm who provided us with a couple of ideas that we liked, but the price and quality was better with Econize, so we asked Trent to incorporate some of the changes. We had just moved into to our place and had already stripped the old closet out so we were in a hurry to get the closet installed. Once we gave the go ahead, Trent called the next day and said they had a cancelation in the schedule and we could have it installed a lot sooner. Paul and Jack arrived and began to set up there equipment and made sure they padded the floor. We have new carpet and I requested they remove their shoes, which they did without question. The installation went smoothly and the end product is great. Our closet had a laundry shoot they had to build around and I requested they cut a couple of custom pieces to frame it in a little better and they did so without issue. Overall it was a great experience, they didn't pressure me to put in options that I did not want nor need and they explored options to get the closet within our budget. It turned out great.

The quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. Noel came out promptly and gave us a very fair estimate. He is a pleasure to work with and we felt very comfortable working with him. He took the time to explain all aspects of the job and was patient with our 18 month old toddler! The workcrew came out on time and well prepared. They were extremely neat, I believe the most neat workmen I have ever had to my home. They set up their equipment and quickly installed the systems. They even vacuumed the area they worked in and did not leave one shred of trash or scrap material behind. I am very impressed by the workmanship of the closets. Before you hire any other company for closet organization or closets, call Eco-Nize, they will give you a great product for the money and take pride in their work.

From start to finish Noel Sweeney was precise, accomodating, and beat out the prices of all the other closet organization companies in the area. The service and product were better than we expected. Very professional. Returned our call immediately, came out to give us an estimate, completed designs to our satisfaction in less than one week, and scheduled installation after that. We got exactly what we wanted, and love our new closets.

Trent came out on the appointed day and did the measurements and consulted on every detail imaginable. He listened to my thoughts and submitted a proposal which we recieved via email. All the detail was there. It took us a while to decide on color scheme and also on some of the structural detail. Each time we changed our minds, Trent came back with a new proposal. This was very helpful to us. We had done some research on the project but if you are like us it takes some time to make the final decision. The installation process was so smooth. The two installers came right on time. They completed the work with absolutely no problem. I was amazed at how efficient they were. They kept me advised the whole way. I have high praise for their professional approach and skill. Unless you are a master craftsman there is no way you could do as good of a job.

Noel Sweeney and the Eco-Nize employees were professional, responsive and a great deal of fun to work with while we designed what would be the only storage we would have in a brand new house outside of the two limited areas of storage we specifically included in the house design. Noel and his employees were always very prompt and neat about the work. We had challenges to the installation because the walls were not entirely flat, the closet heights varied from floor to floor, and our needs for each closet varied greatly. We had one media closet that houses all the equipment for a home theater, two clothes closets, a coat closet, and a closet that would house computer equipment, software, and had to allow for the pull down stairs to the attic. Noel designed each closet and sent me proofs, troubleshooting issues such as where and how to allow for cables, switches, special features (one closet had to have a tiled in area for a cat litter box (tiling done by another contractor)), and accommodate. We had to have designs that would allow us to maximize the storage space in each closet because we deliberately limited storage space in the house overall to avoid accumulating "stuff." Noel was very creative and found ways to solve each challenge we threw his way. He went above and beyond to also fix anything that we wanted changed or adjusted. His sense of humor was a godsend as we were doing the closet work at the end of a very stressful building process! His crew was so neat - laying out drop clothes for tools to protect our new rug, vacuuming up after any drilling - I could not even tell that they had been there. Of course, not a small point: we wanted to be as eco-friendly as possible, and Noel easily hit that requirement out of the ball park with his materials and choices that allowed us to do what was important to us. We love them!

The whole experience was great. Trent came over to the apartment and took measurements and talked to me about what I wanted. We went through several different designs to try to arrive at something I both liked and could afford! Trent was very accommodating about trying out new designs. after the designs were finalized, I had an electrician in to move an outlet that would be covered by the new cabinets and it turned out that it could not be completely removed (neither Trent nor I realized that it was the source outlet for another plug). The old plaster walls in my building make it really expensive to run wire through walls, so in this case we wanted to run them on the outside of the walls. Trent had the cabinet builders shorten three of the drawers so that there would be room for the outlet and wires that needed to leave it to feed other outlets. He did not charge me for this customization. On the day of the work, the crew arrived a bit late, but for good reason - they had picked up the cabinet doors that had only just been completed; if they had not done so, they would have had to come back on another day to finish the job - and were extremely professional. They worked seamlessly with the electrician who was moving wires around and cut channels in the cabinetry where necessary for wires. Afterwards they cleaned up their work space meticulously and also cleaned the new cabinets themselves so that they were gleaming and ready to move into. They were really a pleasure to work with and i would happily hire them again. Oh, and did I mention that the cabinets are gorgeous? Trent's design really turned out beautifully and the quality of the cabinets is superb.

We were very pleased overall. Not only did the materials come in earlier than we'd anticipated, but Eco-Nize was able to schedule the installation sooner than originally scheduled. Two Eco-Nize craftsmen arrived to start the installation, looked at the space and set up quickly and easiy. They finished the build very quickly (less than 6 hours), then made sure we felt comfortable with where everything was placed. When we saw the finished placement, we had some reservations, as the bar unit was located about one foot to the left of the design plan. Even though they were 99% finished, we wanted to move the bar into its proper position. Without hesitation or complaint, they detached and moved the bar into position, patched and painted the walls, fixed the baseboard and showed us the results. All of this work was done with a pleasant smile -- letting us know the extra work was no issue for them and that they wanted to ensure we were fully satisfied. Everything in our home was left clean and neat, as they took the time to wipe clean every shelf and surface, ensuring that our new bookcase and bar was ready to use immediately. We couldn't have been more thrilled with the results.

He is wonderful to work with, a good listener, professional, and friendly. He had a good design sense and he was just wonder to work with. He also helped out a contractor we were using for a different aspect of the job. His expertise helped us get exactly what we wanted out of our cabinets. Everything turned out beautifully.

He was going to install cabinets, desks, and closets. Nole Sweney came to perform the estimate. He spent about an hour addressing some items about the service and his plan. Nole was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We looked into three companies for this project and did not use Echo-Nize Closets for this particular need. I was very satisfied with the estimate experience.

Eco-nize was one of five companies in the DC metro area that I contacted to come to our house for an estimate. Cost wise, Eco-nize came in very close to the four other companies that came to give in-home estimates, which is why I rated the price as "good." What really stood out about Eco-nize was their customer service and their quality product. Noel Sweeney, the company president, contacted me via phone a couple of days after I made an online enquiry to discuss our project. Trent Hillaert, Eco-nize's designer, contacted me the next day via phone to set up an appointment for an in-home estimate. Mr. Hillaert was very prompt and efficient during my in-home appointment. After taking measurements of the spaces, we sat down and went over what we needed in our closets, what sort of material we were interested in, accessories, etc. Mr. Hillaert completed our designs and estimates in a few days and emailed them to us. As Eco-nize was in the same price range as the four other companies that had given us estimates, I initially opted to go with another company that had a shorter turn around time as we were literally living out of boxes after recently moving into our house and were desperate for closet fixtures. I contacted Mr. Hillaert to let him know that I had opted to go with another company because of the shorter turn around time and he very kindly spoke with Mr. Sweeney and Paul, their installer, to expedite our project. Both Mr. Sweeney and Mr. Hillaert contacted me the day before our scheduled installation to confirm the time. Mr. Sweeney had initially stated that our installation would take two days because of the size of our project, but was able to schedule an extra person for their team so that everything would get finished in a day. Paul and his team of three installers arrived promptly the morning of our installation. They were all extremely professional and polite and immediately got to work. They placed pads on the floors to protect our floors and were very efficient. They installed all 5 closets (including our huge master closet) and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. Paul made sure that all of the stickers on the shelves, drawers, etc were removed, that the fixtures, spaces, and floors were all very clean prior to their departure. They were missing two small shelves, which were not in a high priority space, on the day of installation, but Mr. Hillaert kindly brought them by and installed them very quickly the next week. Both Mr. Hillaert and Mr. Sweeney checked in with us the evening of the installation to make certain we were happy with the results. Additionally, when Mr. Hillaert came to drop off the two missing shelves, I asked him if it would be possible to install a few more shelves in our master closet in lieu of some unused hanging space. He measured the space we wanted to convert and dropped off more shelving and shelf pins a week later. We are very pleased with the excellent service and high quality product we received. Our closets are very functional and attractive. The products that Eco-nize offers are eco-friendly and come in a huge variety of finishes. Mr. Hillaert is a very talented designer and made some excellent recommendations regarding drawer pulls, dresser tops, etc., as well as the overall layout for our closets. We look forward to booking Eco-nize to make over our home office sometime in the next year. We'd highly recommend this company to our friends and family.

Trent (Salesman) is very easy to work with and consistently follows up. Installers were neat, friendly and reviewed the install with me before starting. They left our home neat & clean.

Moved into a new home where we are downsizing. Noel designed two new closet systems as well as a wall unit to be my husbands dresser and closet. All came out beautifully
