Econize Closets and Blinds

If money were no object, I definitely would have gone with these guys. Trent was professional and easy to work with. He gave me 3D renderings of the closet design and was not pushy at all. However, the reach in closets are tiny (one was 4' and one was 6') and $1700 seemed like a lot. While the design was very nice and I loved the product, I think it was overpriced. They were going to install one tower shelving unit in each closet and two hanging bars. I checked on home depots and lowes websites and found that I could do the same thing for under $400 for both closets. And, I think the quality was comparable.

I had moved out of our walk-in closet several years ago, leaving it to my husband, because we simply did not have room for both of us to have our clothes in there. I purchased cheap hanging clothes racks from Target and placed them all around one of our bedrooms after I emptied it out. The room looked terrible but at the time, it was better than being in the closet with my husband. This summer we finally decided to have a professional come in and create built-in hanging racks, along with some drawers and shelves. We made appointments to acquire estimates from two closet companies on Angie's List, one of which was Eco-nize. Trent came out and from the start was professional , yet non-pressuring. I truly appreciated the fact that after taking measurements and listening to what I wanted, he sat with me to create the design and gave me all the information I needed, but (and this was key) Trent did not pressure me to sign and commit to anything that day. The other company basically gave me an ultimatum that I had to sign that day or I "would not get the 20% off" for immediate signing. Though the other company seemed to be a good company, I was very displeased with that pressure and much happier with how Trent worked with me. So we went with Eco-nize and it was an excellent choice. Trent sent me some initial drawings (the other company refused to do that until we had committed, and submitted money, to them) and Trent, Dan and Noel really spent a lot of time with us as we fine-tuned what we wanted. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with. They communicated well and provided excellent customer service. Paul and his installation crew were super nice and accommodating. The quality of their work was excellent. I was unable to stay the entire time during the installation and Paul assured me they would lock the house up and let me know when they left. They cleaned up and I came home to a beautiful room. Afterwards, there were a couple of small things we decided to add and Dan was great in assisting me with that. I would definitely recommend Eco-nize to anyone! I LOVE my closet room!

The service went well except the cleanliness was not that good.

First of all, I looked at all the closet companies on Angie's List and the combination of stellar reviews and the fact that ECO-NIZE is a genuinely green company decided me. I am beyond thrilled with the office setup they designed and installed for me. I think the price I paid was extremely reasonable. Trent came out and looked at my space and at various photographs I'd gathered of things I liked from the Internet and looking at friends' places. He sat down and made designs on the spot. I made some requests, and he was able to make the changes immediately. He also gave me an estimate before he left. Three weeks later, Jack and Paul arrived with the components. They were meticulous in protecting my bamboo floors before bringing in the pieces. Jack did most of the installation and Paul returned at the end. The installation took half a day and everything went very smoothly. Jack and Paul cleaned up perfectly before leaving -- not just my condo but the hallways and the elevator outside. I live in a highrise condo and pay a $100 refundable deposit for major use of the freight elevator. If the hallways and elevators are damaged or not left clean, I forfeit part or all of the deposit. Needless to say, my entire deposit check was returned to me. The condo staff (engineer and resident manager) were impressed with the design and workmanship and the professionalism of Jack and Paul to the point that they are having ECO-NIZE come out and estimate on some work in the front office. I have also recommended ECO-NIZE to a friend for some work she is thinking of having done.

My sister and brother-in-law had worked with Noel at Econize Closets on a closet in their master suite. They were so pleased with the work that there was no question that we would be using the company for the basement build-out. We are delighted with the result. Every aspect of the work was completed with prompt professionalism. But more than that, Noel and Dan are genuinely nice. Noel was unhurried and helpful during his trip to the house to assess what we wanted, measure out the spaces involved and discuss wood finishes. Within a week, Dan emailed a design concept (in 3D and color) with an estimate of the cost. We made a number of changes, and each time, response was fast and expert. Noel even came by a second time with samples when the build-out was far enough along that we could better evaluate our wood finish and color choices. On the scheduled implementation date, the Econize Closets crew was there on time with all the equipment and material needed to finish the job within four hours. And they left everything neat and clean, even taking the time to wipe down every single cabinet, shelf and drawer they installed. I highly recommend Econize Closets to anyone looking for high quality, affordable built-ins.

They came in and measured the room that we converted to a walk in closet. They also measured for a linen closet for shelving. They gave us the plan and they were pretty good about taking our suggestions to their drawing. Both workers showed up with all the material. We got a new closet within a day. The only issue we had was that there was miscommunication on the linen closet and the workers went ahead and installed some shelves in the linen closet, but we took them off. Aside from that, we were happy. They are a small, competitive company and they provide excellent service. We were very happy.

Econize did a FANTASTIC job! We are so pleased with their work and wish we did the project sooner. The entire crew was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their level of communication, customer service, and professionalism is unparalleled. In fact, they did such a great job, my sister used them the following month and was equally as pleased!

From start to finish, Eco-Nize closets were professional, prompt, thorough and efficent. We would highly reccommend them to anyone that wants to maximize their closet and pantry spaces!

Things were done quickly. When they left, noticed there was a lot of dust/sawdust all over the closet system. Also, there were chips on some pieces of wood, some damage to the closet walls, and the handles on the bins were crooked. When I called the office to report the issues, the person was defensive and suggested that those things should have been noticed before the workers left my home. They did come and fix most of the issues.

We had a great experience with Eco-nize closets from start to finish. They were very professional in all aspects of the service they provided, from the initial phone conversations to the home visit, design drafts and installation. Noel and his team were patient with us throughout the process of revisions, and we never felt pressured or rushed. The installation process was very efficient and the final product looks wonderful. We highly recommend this company, and plan to use them again for additional work.

Noel Sweeney with Eco-Nize Closets did a great job designing a system that maximized the space in my master bedroom closet. The design includes 2 built in dressers, plenty of hang space, shelves, shoe storage and a hidden hamper. The installation process went very well. The team that came in to install the closet was neat, organized and professional. Eco-Nize also converted a closet in my kitchen into a pantry. The entire process was problem free and the end result was more than we expected. I'm was very pleased with the end result and would recommend Eco-Nize Closets to my friends and family.

I visited the showroom to pick out the materials for the closet. I worked with the designer to develop the wardrobe set-up and finalize the proposal. The Team did a great job installing the wardrobe. They managed to install the wardrobe around an outlet and a network jack located in the new wardrobe, so I can still use them. I am very pleased with their work and the wardrobe looks great in the room. I recommend Econize Closets.

Noel and Dan were wonderful to work with. They were very professional, responded to all our questions and concerns and matched competitors pricing.

Design interview appointment was easy to schedule. We did initial together then I was able to easily revise plans to better suit my needs. Installation went well and completed in just over two hours.

When I called for their service, Noel came on the exact time and day specified to give me an estimate. Noel was very informative and was very sensitive to my budget. He provided me with lots of ideas and recommendation to keep my cost down. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease even though I found the whole project overwhelming. Within 48 hours, they provided me with a drawing of my closet and cabinets with more ideas and recommendations. I was very pleased with both the price and the drawing so I decided to give them the job. Once I made a decision to go with Eco-Nize Closets, they came and installed everything within two weeks. The job only took three hours and my closet and cabinets look amazing. I'm very happy with a job well done by Eco-Nize and I will surely hire them again!

From the initial consult with Trent taking measurements and discussing our options to Paul doing the install I was so impressed with every element of Eco-Nize's service and quality. These guys are perfectionists and that is exactly what I wanted as I got the perfect closet system and couldn't be more pleased. FANTASTIC COMPANY!!! Extremely responsive and professional and fun to work with. They created a closet design for our brand new master bedroom walk-in. We visited the showroom and made minor changes to the designs to suit our needs and wants. They were patient and flexible and worked with our schedule for the install since our contractor was behind by a week. The install team was prompt, fast and a pleasure to have in our home. We love our closet so much and were so pleased with the service and product, we had them come back to do the other bedroom closets in our home. Again, fantastic service. They give you a free in house estimate with a 3D computer rendering. There was no pressure to buy. The installers were very professional. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. My new closets are wonderfully organized!!!

Econize Closets worked with us on getting the closet design that suited us. Then, they came out as scheduled and did a great job of installing all the shelves, drawers, racks, and an island.

They were great. The co-owner Paul came for the installation with his crew. All of them were polite and professional. The final product was high quality. They came on time and worked really hard. They also had a great attention to detail. We would definitely use them again. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
