Econize Closets and Blinds

I highly recommend econize for your home organization needs. We had them complete 5 projects in our home and could not be more thrilled with the results! The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Anthony was a huge help in creating designs that worked perfectly for our needs. Meg was wonderful in helping us decide on the exact finishes for our projects. The installation team was amazing, they were wonderful to work with, incredibly efficient and the end result looks beautiful. Econize has a wonderful team and we will definitely be back for any projects we may have in the future.

We had the best crew!! Trent did a fabulous job of designing the details according to our anticipated needs. The installers were a great group of 4 guys who worked nonstop for hours to set everything in place. When the work was done, they tidied up after themselves and didn't leave the site until I had thoroughly inspected all work and was completely satisfied. We will have them return to outfit the garage with cabinetry.

It went exceptionally well. I have hired them two more times for my other properties. The price is always better than I expected, and David always worked the design out in ways I wouldn't have been able to think of. This is a family-owned business in Virginia, and I love supporting local businesses.

They were informative when designing the closets to our needs, they came on time, very efficient at installation, checked for satisfaction when finished, & are still offering help if we find we need anything as we use the closets.

I had purchased a deal several years ago to have our master bedroom closets re-done but due to my wife's health, I could never schedule the work to be done. After my wife passed away, I contacted Econize Closets & even though the deal had expired, they gave me a substantial discount. Really happy with the end result.

Econize exceed our expectations and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The design process was interactive and straight forward. I was considering an alternative provider but decided in favor of Econize based on the solution offered and competitive pricing. I frankly was just expecting shelves in the closet -- nothing more. The solution that they provided was as efficient use of space and offered much more room within the closet than I thought was possible. We ended up with a closet that looked like it could have been featured on a design show. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend.

From our initial meeting, through install, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The installers were here a little early, and they had everything put in and cleaned up in about two hours.

The initial appointment with David went really well. He came up with a design for both closets that worked well for me and met my needs. In fact, I liked his design better over the other 2 estimates/designs I received. They were also the most competitive with price so that helped make the decision even easier. And David was the only one of the 3 that called me back to follow-up and see if I made a decision. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they were even able to accommodate my need to push it out a day (I was still a week out from the appointment). The install went smoothly! The team arrived on time and they had both closets done in less than 4 hours! And they were very courteous while in my house. And Paul, the head installer, was very helpful and even took away the debris from the demo I did earlier in the week! So happy with my closets (I keep sending pictures to my friends & family) and will definitely call them again when I want additional closet work done. (pictures attached are the second room/office closet work they did).

This is the second time we've used Eco-nize for closet services. They're a GREAT company! The designers are very good, helping to customize your closets for your needs. They do NOT try and upsell you on products and are prompt, courteous, flexible and clear with their designs. The design process for 2 closet built-ins and a murphy bed/dresser combo took about 2 hours (at most). We started the process in mid-November and the materials took about 3-4 weeks to fabricate. The install happened at the end of December and took about 4 hours (8:30am - 12:30pm). The crew was professional and efficient. They also did a fantastic job of clean up! The closets and murphy bed turned out amazing.

This is our 2nd time using Econize. Very happy again. Didn't even explore other estimates or options this time. Just went straight to Econize. Excellent experience from initial call, design and install. We live in a small house in Falls Church. Every square inch counts and optimizing design to meet the unique space and storage needs is critical. Our new closet looks great and perfectly meets our needs. Would recommend and hire again.

Wow! What a difference. Econize doubled my closet space and I have never been so organized. The finished product is beautiful. The install was quick and the contractors were courteous, professional and on time! I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Econize Closets were as amazing as I remember. Working with Trent was excellent - a great listener about what we wanted and needed, helpful suggestions, came to my home for the consult at a time convenient for me, on site right then developed visuals for me to see what my closets would look like with the new system, we could tweak it then to see various options, emailed me a full proposal afterwards, followed up to see if I had questions, scheduled installation at my convenience. The installation was completed in just over an hour - PERFECT! They had done all their homework ahead of time, so that part was easy and accurate. Their follow up is amazing, too - they're happy to come back out and even move a shelf for me if I need (which I can obviously do on my own, but I appreciate their soup-to-nut customer service philosophy!).

They were very professional and punctual. Did an excellent job and were done in less than two hours. No mess. We were very happy.

These guys were great, Trent was our salesman, he came in very prepared and carried himself very professionally. He was a pleasure to work with, and the install team was done in under 2 hours for a townhouse walk-in master closet, and they were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up very neatly after themselves and the product is everything we expected it to be. Perfect job, and they were willing to match a competitors rate, but they were right in the same price range as the other 2 companies we had out to give estimates.

I worked with David, Senior Designer, on my project. It was a very good experience, and I appreciated his high level of customer service. That was ultimately one of the reasons I chose to go with Econize over two other companies. Plus, their organizational system products were what I was looking for. David came out to meet with me, look at the closets, listen to what I wanted and take measurements. During this initial appointment, he used computer software to create visuals of what the closets would look like with double hang, long hang and shelving sections. It gave me a good idea from the start of what was possible and how the placements would be in my new closets. David was personable, professional and also was patient when my toddler wanted to be involved in the conversation as well. Over the course of several weeks, I went back and forth with David via email to make changes to the closet designs. It is easier for me to communicate in writing, and he was flexible with this preference. I liked that he was responsive, paid attention to details and always fully answered my questions. For instance, I adjusted the number of shelves in the master bedroom closet and asked his expert opinion on what shelf widths were possible. I could count on him to address any concerns I had and follow-up on where I was in my decision-making process. As a comparison, the other two companies I considered did not do this. I visited Meg and the showroom during the final stage of my deciding on which company to go with and liked that I could see a sample reach-in closet and all the materials like what would be installed in my home. Econize's pricing for my four reach-in closets and their features was competitive. They accommodated my request for a specific installation date. I asked if we could coordinate with having it done almost immediately following when I had the demo and fresh paint completed for the interior of the closets. Installation occurred during the timeframe I was quoted on the exact installation day. The crew was efficient and did a nice job. They provided a recap of the project before they left and showed us how to adjust things if we needed to. There was some residual odor, which is normal based on a product that is used during install. This just meant that we aired out the new closets (empty) for a couple of days before returning our clothes and belongings to them. I am happy with the results of the final design and have been living with the new closets for a few weeks now. We definitely have more organization, functionality and storage space than before. It makes going into a closet a much more pleasant experience than previously was the case. I can access things easily and find that things are more in order now. David was there every step of the process and provided excellent communication and follow-through from start to finish. I have no doubt that if I need something in the future that Econize will be right there and take care of it.
