Econize Closets and Blinds

I very much enjoyed working with David Townsend. He was attentive from start to finish. Very helpful and didn't try to upsell me (maybe his bosses shouldn't read that!). My "before" closet was a 5' long plywood shelf with one wooden dowel rod. I added a couple of elfa baskets for storage, over the door shoe racks and the armoire in the back room to store my skirts. Now I have a couple of chrome hanging bars on one side, a set of drawers in the middle, a chrome bar on the other (for long items) and mucho shelf space. It's beautiful and everything fits (with it some shelf space left over). Its a way better use of the space. I took off the ugly closet doors and was considering replacing them with bi-fold doors. But maybe not. It's nice to look at. The two guys who installed everything did so well under the two hours promised. Super polite (offered to take their shoes off in the house) and if it weren't for the drilling and hammering, you never would have known any work had been done in the room. I think they left it tidier than they found it.

The consultation for free estimate went well. Provider was punctual and professional. There was no pressure to make a purchase. I did not purchase.

We could not be more pleased with our storage cabinets, shelves and drawers in our basement. From the desgin stage with Trent, to the installation with Paul, it all went perfectly. Trent listened to our needs, advised us when we asked, and designed a perfect system for us. We wanted a window seat in our bay window area, and Trent crafted a beautiful design with which we are very happy. The quality of the product is excellent and we thought the cost was quite reasonable. Our request for extra shelves was responded to very quickly. We have had other built ins installed in our current home and our previous home, and we wish we had known about Econize then. While we were satisfied with our previous built ins, we are thrilled with the look and design.of our basement units. We enthusiastically recommend Econize and plan to have them help us with a desgin for our cloeset study in the near future.

The built-in units are beautiful. They look better than I had expected. The crown molding at the top of the shelving units adds a nice touch. I selected a rich, brown color for the shelves and am really glad I chose it. The design process with Trent was great. He is creative, a good listener, and has good ideas of what might work and how it will look. He is patient and seems happy to discuss ideas with you. Paul and his team did an excellent job with the installation. They arrived on time. covered the carpets and things that might get dirty and did a good job cleaning up with work space when they finished. It was especially helpful when they placed and hooked up to the electrical outlet the TV and the other video equipment on the shelves made for these items. This saved me a great deal of work and trouble. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the material and the workmanship. AAAA+++++ performance!!!!

They thought of everything even a place to put the dog food container that is stored in front closet. I like the fact it is made in American and environmentally friendly. Highly recommend company.

This is a superb organization--top to bottom, start to finish. They deliver on all that is promised and more. I contracted with them to do a walk-in closet and was so pleased with the results that I had them do a full-wall bookcase for another room, and then later added matching bookshelves. Extremely professional, competent, polite, attentive, and fairly-priced; and the quality of the product is excellent--well beyond what I expected for the money paid. They work very unobtrusively: the work is completed quickly since much is done prior to arriving on-site, and they clean up the work site completely when the job is done. I highly recommend them to everyone and they would be my first choice for any further work of this type.

My experience with Econize was truly perfect from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze and both my husband and I loved the 3D computer image of our closet design produced on the spot. I also appreciated the company's focus on green materials. Install was timely and - likewise - also went smoothly. Other companies are often disjointed between the sales and delivery processes - not Econize. I am glad to now have a closet that makes use of every square inch of our small walk-in closet. We will definitely be using Econize in the future for other projects.

I had a very positive experience with the company and the project turned out great. The initial consultation went very well, the representative measured the spaces and paid attention to my questions and requests. After all the measurements he entered them into the software to create renderings of the closet systems. We started with 3 different closets. The rep was very patient and made several adjustments after my requests, to arrive at the closets that suited my needs. After some thought I went with just one closet that was built into a empty space, and left the other two for later date (those were existing closets and not as urgent). The installation went very smooth, the crew arrived on a rainy day but made all attempts to keep things clean, removing their shoes every time they came inside, even though they had to go back and forth to their truck to cut the pieces to size. They installed fast, but they were very thorough, the final project looked great and exactly as I expected. I am pretty sure I will be ordering the other two closets pretty soon, especially since they gave me a discount gift card for a future project. The only factor that kept me from giving A's across the board is that responsiveness was a little slow, nothing to derail the project, but still there is room for improvement. I sent the credit card info with the signed contract, however it took a while for them to see it and realize they don't take that card, and let me know they needed another form of payment. Since they need 50% upfront, that delayed installation by a few days, which was not a big deal, but I was waiting on them and they were waiting on me for a while there. Overall the rep resolved it and was able to get me a convenient install date.

Designed and installed two walk-in closets and two other regular closest on the day they set and got it all done in one day. Space saving and very attractive closets insets!

I highly recommend Econize Closets and their designer, Trent Hillaert. Trent was very detailed with his digital designs and showed great patience in revising the proposals several times until we felt comfortable to proceed with the work. He even worked with management to honor a competitor's price proposal. It's been about a month since our most recent project with Econize and we have zero complaints. Trent also followed up after installation to see if we were satisfied. We are very satisfied with the design, quality and workmanship. In short, we give Econize 5 stars because they installed the closets within a reasonable timeframe, the designs were spot on, installation was done correctly, quality is good (very sturdy!) and pricing was competitive.

Econize is great. This is the second time I have used them. They work with you to customize a design and will alter it until you are satisfied. On installation date, the guys showed up on time, were very professional, and were finished quickly. They even vacuumed up any dust (minimal!) that might have hit the floor. The units look great in my closets and suit my needs well. The work isn't cheap, but you do get what you pay for--- good service and a quality product.

This went beyond my wildest dreams. The professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency was excellent. Noel Sweeney did the initial design and measurements. Within a week I was receiving calls and emails from the design engineer Dan Beller for feedback. The team arrived on time and installed both closets beautifully! Then they proceeded to clean and oil the wood and vac the work area and all other areas affected by the installation. I have since heard from them to ensure I was satisfied . This was such a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. A lot of contractors could take notes from these gentlemen.

After getting other estimates, Econize was by far the most competitive and their responsiveness and professionalism put them well above the competition. The final product is exactly what we had envisioned. The install went smoothly and according to plan. They accommodated the fact that we wanted the job completed as soon as possible. From contract to install in less than two weeks. Overall we are extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to use them again.

If you hate friendly people, great customer service, have something against perfection, and want a professional job, then you should not hire this company. They called and kept us constantly updated through the whole project. They called us before and after the job was done. If you have something against perfection then you really shouldn't go here. ECONIZE IS PERFECTION. Simply Put!!!!

The installation took less than an hour. The installers were prompt, worked quickly, took care of bringing things into our home and cleaning up after themselves. This is the second time we have hired Econize to install closets and we highly recommend them to our family and friends. We will be using them again.

I found Eco-nize through Angie's list. I was impressed with the reviews and was not disappointed. From the beginning and throughout the process, Noel was very easy to work with. I felt that his price was reasonable - about middle of the road compared to other closet companies from which we received quotes. Noel worked with me to design a closet that would meet both my current and future needs. After our initial meeting, we had several discussions over email to finalize the design. The process was easy and his turn around time was very reasonable. The installation took about half a day. The crew was very professional and the end result is amazing. I love the closet and I have no doubt that I will be using Noel and Econize again for additional closet and storage needs! I would not hesitate to recommend Econize to anyone.

We had used Eco-Nize for a previous closet reorg for our foyer closet, which was a mess. They did a great job, so we decided to get them to re-do our master bedroom closet. Everything went well, and we are very happy with our new closet. The space is utilized for maximum effect, and everything has a place (except for my wife's shoes, which woudl need a closet all to themselves). Dan, and Trent are easy to work with, responsive, and professional. All around, very good job. The best recomendation is that we would definitely use them again, and probably will. We have other areas to reorganize.

From start-to-finish Eco-Nize did not disappoint. Trent was responsive and service-oriented in helping us design our closet, laundry room and garage. I was kept up to date on the process and they were ready for installation early. Paul, who headed the install team, was amazing. We realized that we wanted to make some changes to the laundry room and he was able to work with the existing cabinetry we ordered to make those changes... his crew even helped us on some things that were outside the scope of the job. Everyone was incredibly courteous. I was just blown away with how great everyone was.

The service and quality of work was exceptional. The guys showed up early, were polite, completed the work ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job.

Noel and his team were fantastic. We contacted him with very limited time to execute and deliver the closet systems. They ensured that our closets would be installed prior to us moving in and they were right! Our kids closets came out amazing and we can't believe how functional everything is. I would highly recommend Noel and his team to anyone wanting a closet system.

Overall this service was excellent! The staff are extremely responsive and understanding of what the customer wants/needs. There is little to no attempts to upsell. The designs/estimate take a few days to get back. But i would rather wait from an email then spend over 4 hours in the initial appointment/estimate (e.g. Closet America) waiting on the designer. Eco-nize will also work with you to modify the designs to exactly what you want. In terms of price, Eco-nize's quote was significantly lower than some of the other closet companies we recieved estimates from. The quality of their product is roughly the same - maybe a little less "nice" but as our closets are reach-ins the appearance wasnt a huge factor. They had a cancellation so our install happened earlier than initiall scheduled. The crew was punctual and professional. The total install took at most 2 hours, which is much less time than my previous closet company. Additionally, prior to leaving the insteallres showed me how to adjust all of the closet components. They also cleaned up well after themselves and didnt not leave any dust or debris.
