The high level of professionalism with this company started from the initial appointment with Dave. He sat down with us and explained our options for our closet storage nightmare. He was very patient and willing to accommodate our ideas for the designs. He also clearly explained the pricing and how the process worked. Once done he promptly emailed us the proposal and the designs so we could accept and agree upon it. The day of installation was very smooth. the crew arrived promptly at 8am and with a crew of four installers. The crew foreman was very nice and professional. He asked if they should take off their shoes and complied right away. After i showed him the areas for where the work would be completed he double checked them against the designs. When i asked him if he was going to start upstairs he replied i would like to do all three areas at the same time.(wow!) The workers then brought in the materials and began the work promptly and efficiently. They double checked heights and ideas with me and was very communicative. When they were done they made sure that the clean up was well done. They vacuumed the closet floor, wiped down the cabinet and closet organizer and hauled away the trash. One snag on the installation was that the double hang organizers was not adjusted properly for my shirts and suites. I am a tall man and the top organizer was not clearing the bottom one. Additionally, the basement organizer was not tall enough to keep my wives gowns off the floor. I promptly called Dave and he made arrangements to come out later that day to adjust them. Dave arrive at 3pm and listened and adjusted the shelves. Thank goodness because my reorganizing my clothes work had halted. Thanks dave and ECONIZE Closet. Job well done. I highly recommend the for your closet needs.

I live out of town, and this is for a rental property. Econize was very flexible in communicating with me and working with our renter. They also gave me a couple of cost saving options. Overall, very easy to work with. Doubled the storage in the 2 closets. No surprises & efficient.

My experience qwith Eco-nize was fantastic, fabulous, hassle-free and overall excellent!! When I contacted the company for an estimate, Trent came to my home within a day or so and spent 60 - 90 minutes talking about my closet needs, measuring spaces, creating designs and explaining product features and timeline. After the meeting, he sent me the designs via email and allowed me to make changes. It normally takes me a while to make a decision on anything and this was no different. But, Trent was patient, following up as appropriate and addressing my questions. Once I decided to move forward, a delivery date was set and everything moved fast. Eco-nize delievered and installed my custom closet per the contract with NO snags or delays. My closets are absolutely beautiful and have increased the value of my home. Before the installation, I was using the attic closet to accomodate my clothing/shoes. Not any more! My new custom closets accomodate everything. I have used many contractors on Angie's list with satsifactory results. However, this is the first time I have been completely satisfied with the quality of the work, the compnay and the overall product. I STRONGLY recommend Eco-nize!

Trent came to my home, took measurements of two closet spaces and then discussed my options. Based on my specifications, Trent designed the closet systems, including long and short hanging spaces, shelves and drawers. After approving the design, a team installed the closet systems. I was very pleased with the end result. Econzie team members had a pleasant attitude and the team that installed the closets were diligent in their workmanship. I initially thought $3,500 was a lot to spend on closets, but in the end, I was very pleased with the quality of the customized product. I think it was a fair price.

Our whole experience went great. Trent created a design that my wife and I both liked with very few changes. He designed it while on-site to make the process fast and exactly how we wanted. This is very different than the other closet company we called first. From start to finish, we had our new unit installed in about 3 weeks! The install crew was very professional and efficient as well. We were a little nervous about the quality of the shelves since we never visited the showroom. Everything looks great though and we are very happy with it.

All of my interactions with Eco-nize were exceptionally pleasant and professional. David's designs for both the closet and laundry room were perfect! Paul and Dan, who performed the installation, were friendly, efficient and conscientious about the quality of the work and cleaning up afterwards. I now have a closet that has the built-in file drawers and office storage shelves that I needed as well as drawers and hanging space for overnight guests. The laundry room has more storage space than I thought possible! I would recommend Eco-nize without reservation!

We had found Eco-nize on Angie's list and our initial contact was via a web chat and a phone call, followed by a visit by David the designer/project coordinator who arrived exactly on time. He understood immediately that what we wanted in the replacement cabinets would be their garage style units. We were able to look at samples and select the finish and hardware. Later the same day he e-mailed us two designs and quotes to choose from. He suggested that we could visit a local showroom to look at the units "in the flesh", but we didn't feel it was necessary based on his thorough description of the product and the detailed designs he had produced. Since we were traveling, our primary means of communication was e-mail for the few questions left to answer, all answered quickly. We decided on a design with 3 upper cabinets, a slat wall for hanging tools , 2 base cabinets and a butcher-block work surface. We placed our order 3 days after the designer's visit, and installation occurred about 4 weeks later. We had expected a crew of two people, but a team of four arrived and made quick work of the old cabinet removal. The old rusty upper cabinets had fallen off the wall and were stacked in the garage, and there was a heavy metal base unit to move out to the street as well. The installation had to be precisely located, wedged between furnace access and an existing shelf that had been removed for painting. A week after the installation visit, two of the installers returned to do some minor adjustments to the installation and were nice enough to lift our painted shelves back into the corner next to the Eco-nize unit. It was an excellent experience start to finish. David's design works well in the space, he was available via e-mail to answer our questions, and the Eco-nize installation crew was terrific as well. I should add, one of the comments on Angie's list was something like "They don't waste your time!" We agree--There were 3 visits by Eco-nize , every one on time, and once here work was done efficiently and pleasantly, and the final product, the new unit, looks great!

A wonderful experience. Closets were installed quickly, professionally, and no drama. The crew came back a week later to install a drawer that arrived broken from the warehouse and finish some minor trim details. Finished product looks great and is well made.

This company was awesome to deal with. They told us precisely when the closet system would be ready to install and met that date. We obtained three quotes for the closet system. One was lesser price but I perceived their system would be inferior to Econize system. The other was comparably priced, but I went with Econize based on my realtor's positive experience with this company. I won't hesitate to use Econize in the future. We love the system...it looks wonderful.

This closet (circa 1972) was a thorn in my side for 20 years. After reading the reviews here, called for an appointment. David T was right on in his design for the closet that best utilized the space. The installers were very careful during the installation, and it's so handsome it's a shame to be hidden behind a door! Lowers my blood pressure just to step into it and have a 'aaahhh' moment. Highly, highly recommend these folks. ,

It went well from beginning to end. The office staff noticed that one of my neighbors had just done the same closets, so that gave us a good starting point. At the design appointment, after we discussed what was needed, the designer took measurements, plugged them into the software, and produced a visual of the closets that I could look at. After the initial appointment, the materials are ordered and 3 weeks later 4 installers completed the work in about 2 hours. They were excellent - on time, careful not to damage floors, cleaned up, and did top quality work. The materials are good quality and I found the prices better than some of the other vendors. I believe we got a discount for mentioning Angies List. And a gift card towards another project at the end. Overall we were very pleased and would highly recommend Econize.

I contacted them in May thru Angies list. I wanted to support a small business in my area of Centreville. They are out of Clifton...close enough. The designer came to my home, brought samples of shelving/rods & spoke with me about what I wanted done, how did I need the closets to function, made suggestions & came up with a computer drawn plan. He emailed it to me immediately along with a price quote. Angie list customers receive an additional 10% off which was nice. I was in the process of painting the house & having hardwood floors redone. I wasn't ready to make a decision. The designer did not hard sell me which I appreciated. I did contact 2 other companies for prices. When I was ready I contacted them, plans were reworked, price quotes rewritten. I visited their show room to see a finished product, signed a contract, gave a 50% deposit, scheduled an install day & time. It was about a month out. 3 days before I was contacted to verify the date & time of installation, the other 50% was paid to the installer when the job was completed. Three guys came to install, took them 3 hrs, they worked quietly, steady, cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed & dusted the finished closets. They were ready for me to move into when they left. Excellent job done!

Designer (David) came to measure and design space, determined install date. Installation was on schedule and went smoothly. We are very happy with the new office! Paul and his team were great.

Everyone was very nice and the company was exceptionally easy to work with from start to finish. David Townsend came out to measure and go over possible design ideas. By the end of the meeting I had pdfs and an estimate. I put down a deposit and 3 1/2 weeks later my closet was installed. The installers (Dan & Paul) arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and did a great job installing the closet in about 2 hours. The closet turned out beautifully. I would not hesitate to use Econize again.

From the moment I contacted Eco-Nize Closets which was on 4th of July weekend to the completion of my closet system I was extremely satisfied. The owner Noel Sweeney responded to my email the same day! Shortly thereafter the office manager Dan Beller contacted me and I had an appointment scheduled the following week. Didn't have a clue as to what I wanted and Trent Hillaert made the selection process uncomplicated. Trent was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. He asked all the right questions and designed an awesome closet for me. I don't recall the installation guy's name, however he was fantastic! Arrived timely, very nice person and installed my closet system in a couple of hours. I am so pleased with my closet and will be calling Eco-Nize Closets again shortly to do another closet for me! They are the best and would highly recommend Eco-Nize Closets. Their customer service is beyond excellent as is their closet systems. Very impressive and I don't impress easily!

They were very prompt with initial design and with revisions to the drawing. After design was done, the designer came out to measure and tweak drawing. It took a few weeks for the install to occur but on day of installation, the guys were tidy and quick. We had a miscommunication on scheduling date that resulted in a week delay with install but they did their best to get me installed as soon as possible.

Installers arrived perfectly on time. The most courteous installer advised me of the process and gave me a projected time they would be finished. They were immaculate in the work both in the house and any cutting, etc. outside. This was the most professional installation of any home mill-work or systems we have had. They finished exactly when they projected they would be done. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome. I have already shared their contact information and recommended them to numerous people. All around a great experience. A+

It went exceptionally well. We used Econize for our hallway closet about two months ago and were very impressed. This time they did both master bedroom closets -- one is a walk-in, the other Is not. The material used is very substantial and heavy duty, yet has a beautiful and durable finish and provides many ways to customize even with odd shaped closets. The installation is fitted precisely to the walls and ceiling. It has increased the value of our condo; and has increased our usable space -- and the space is much better organized now. Working with Econize provides a hassle-free installation. No surprises; just a quality product and a professional design and installation. Having them sit with you in your home and design the closet to your desires is a real plus. The end result looks just like the computer design. Their prices are very competitive. We have no regrets and are extremely pleased with the end result. It not only looks great, but functions even better. We have no hesitation or reservations about recommending Econize for your closet needs.

Eco-Nize customer service is outstanding. David Townsend was very helpful from the planning through the completion of my project. His "sales pitch" was ZERO pressure. The planning process was not rushed, David listened to my needs & ideas and had great suggestions. He made numerous changes for me until I was pleased with the design without making me feel like he was being inconvenienced. He was always quick to reply to my e-mails, voice mails, & texts. There was a slight hiccup with the scheduling of the arrival time for installation, but it was quickly resolved and in my favor. Primary installation by Paul went very smooth. Unfortunately, two special order drawers were held up and not available on installation day. David brought the drawers by once they were ready and completed the installation. Though the over all price was on the high end, I am very pleased the quality, the design, and the customer service. I plan to be a return customer.

My customer experience with Trent Hillaert and the installation team was exceptional. At our first meeting, Trent was punctual. He sat down with me and gave me recommendations on what options would work for my space. He showed me samples of his product. Since I am a visual person, I made a personal trip to his showroom to see the product line. I highly recommend seeing the product first hand to really appreciate the product. Once I signed the contract, the installation date was set. Trent followed up periodically with me but was not pushy. The day before delivery he confirmed the installation date with me. The day of installation, the crew arrived within their delivery slot and was respectful of my space by taking off shoes and cleaning up afterwards. After installation, the lead installer walked me through the closet and asked if I had any questions. He informed me that if I wanted more shelving to give Trent a call. Overall, a seamless process.

FANTASTIC job! The crew arrived on time and worked expeditiously to complete the project. They maintained contact with me throughout the process and cleaned and vacuumed the area when they were finished! VERY professional and friendly. My home office has been transformed from a large storage bin into a organized AND attractive work space. In fact, the design worked so well that I have extra space beyond what I expected. This is the second time we have used Eco-Nize and are just as satisfied this time as we were with the first job. ECONIZE is the role model for excellent customer service. David Townsend and the entire team did an exceptional job from start to finish. I had wanted a custom closet solution for our master bedroom in lieu of dressers. David came out and did the measurements and drafted up a proposal. I am very deliberate and thoughtful, so I spent several weeks going over every dimension and option. There was NO hard sale. David accommodated every adjustment and question and every single time was professional and very responsive. I did get two other quotes and ECONIZE, by far, was the best price by a landslide! I had to orchestrate the install very carefully because I was painting and recarpeting my room. David patiently worked with me on install dates because I had to wait until both painting and carpeting were done in order to get the closet installed. The install was perfect. There were two installers, and they were clean, meticulous and careful. It probably took less than 3 hours, and I had my new closet. I later saw that a drawer wasn't level. No problem! Their after install responsiveness has been superb. I will absolutely call on ECONIZE again. Thank you for the excellent customer service and attention to detail.
