Noel and Dan were very responsive as usual, the price was very reasonable and the install team was in and out like no bodies business. These guys are good at what they do and are very focused on customer service. Very happy with the work and I highly recommend Econize Closets.

The process was easy - communicating with the project manager, changing/updating the plans, and scheduling. The workers were early and did the work incredibly quickly, professionally, and in high quality. Everything was explained to me clearly and I appreciated the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the work.

I couldn't be more pleased. The whole team, from the manager to the designer to the installers are competent, efficient, and pleasant. Every aspect of this job was handled professionally and also personably. They made the whole process easy. I highly recommend Econize Closets.

The service and quality are amazing. The craftsmanship is impeccable. I am delighted with the perfection of the work and how it all looks. They went out of their way to provide the best and most professional service possible. When problems arose with the bookshelves, they provided a quick solution at no extra cost, and fixed it perfectly. Similarly with the closets. After installation I detected a problem. I called them up and they instantly responded. They came over exceptionally on a Saturday as it was the only viable day for me, and fixed the problem in under an hour, with a big smile and no extra charge. On top of it, they gave me an extra shelf for the bookshelves for free. I would definitely call Econize again and strongly, unreservedly recommend them!

Trent came out and provided the upfront estimate and sat down with us to answer any questions we had. He was very accommodating and no question was "dumb". He shared with us his experiences and guided us into what we thought were some great solutions. The plans came very quickly after our first meeting and were very detailed. Very easy to tweak and we were put on the schedule. Paul came to do the installation. Due to some of his team being out sick, he was the only one that was able to come in to do the install. We were initially skeptical that he would be able to do this on his own, but he did a fantastic job and finished up in a reasonable time! The closets looks great and were exactly as advertised. Many thanks to Trent, Paul and the team. We would definitely use them again (and intend to for other parts of the house) in the future!

We purchased custom cabinets, Closets for our kitchen, bedrooms; bathrooms and office. They buildout the office furniture, the closets for the office, 2 bedrooms, cabinets in the kitchen, builtins around the fireplace, and cabinets in the bathrooms. I can't say enough about the professionalism and care this company provides to it's customers. They listened to our needs, presented the designs and everything that we agreed on was completed to our satisfaction. Now that brings me to why I'm now writing this review. It is now 5 years later and the hinge on the hamper broke. I hesitated to call at first because of the customizations that they provide and i thought it would be expensive to get repaired, but what could I do. I called them, they stated that they stand behind their work, the schedule the appointment, sent the most courteous technician, he performed the service in less than 5 minutes and ask was there anything else he could do. Now I was torn, I mention in the other bathroom and fixture was coming loose, he took a look at it, stated he would be right back and when he return, he had all the tools he needed to make the repair. He then ask if there was anything else he could do. I stated no, he then stated it was a pleasure and he left. My mouth fell open, there was no charge. what an amazing company. We spent about $20,000 with all the work we had done, what a wise investment. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, Thanks so much Econize

The closets and pantry look great. Paul and his crew were very professional and kept a clean work area.

It went really good. He was right on time. Everything was right on time. We have no complaints with them. Their professionalism and knowledge is what stood out the most.

Measurement process was efficient. Company designed closet to maximize space in accordance with my dresses. A couple variations were provided. Install was quick, clean and efficient.

I can not say enough how we are pleased with the quality, professionalism and punctuality of this company!!! John who came to assemble the closets is so courteous, punctual, knows what he is doing, works very fast and he is very neat and accurate. Trent who helped us with the choices was very helpful in suggesting options and provided estimates the same day. The management team is fantastic in their follow up once the job was completed. All in all, I can only echo what other reviewers said earlier about this great team. I also think that this company offers the best deal. The quality of cabinets, drawers, how they look is really a steal! I have requested estimates from other companies for the same work we were doing and the combination of price/quality in Econize is unbeatable. We are very happy with the results and now 5 months after initial installation, everything looks perfect. Thank you Econize team!!! We will definitely come back for more projects in our basement next year :)

My experience with Econize was excellent from the moment I called for an estimate through the construction of the final closet. They were responsive, professional, VERY REASONABLY PRICED, quick, and always on time. Like most people in this area, I struggle with lack of closet space in my home. Little did I know that with a little design I could have double the functionality of my closets throughout the house. I had originally planned on only doing my master closet, but after receiving the great price/quote I went ahead and did every closet in the house. I couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to build custom closets for their home. They offer high end design or more affordable finishes. Either way I think you'll be very happy with their work.

Our designer David arrived on time, looked at the space, took measurements along with my wish list of what I wanted out of the closet. Once that was done, he created a 3D model on the computer with lightning speed and he used up every bit of space in the closet. We went over all the choices available for finishes, knobs and what options I wanted. I made my selections and he gave me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised with the quote and given all of the wonderful reviews for this company decided to go forward with the project. The two installers arrived right as expected and did a fantastic custom install job, cutting away trim so they could install flush with the wall. The install guys know what they are doing (it looks AMAZING) and this closet is not going to fall down like the cheap wire stuff that we were replacing. Everything went flawlessly from start to finish and I am extremely happy. My closet is my favorite room in the house now!

Customer service was great. We never thought to invest in laminate but actually turned out to look great in our library. The crown and shoe molding makes our bookcases look complete. We had original crown molding on our ceiling but Econize was able to work around it and make sure the bookcase crown molding was flushed against the wall. We noticed some things that needed touch ups and they were willing to come aback and finish the job successfully. The reason we gave quality a B is because there were some residue glue that were visible in the laminate finish so the edges didn't look as complete. Overall, we are extremely happy with our bookcase and we finally have a home for our books!

They were prompt and flexible - even when I changed installation times. Work was done quickly and they cleaned everything up. The results were exactly as expected. I only wish I could use them for other properties across the country!

Eco-Nize was fantastic! Way better than other closet companies we contacted. Prompt, polite, professional and courteous throughout the design, quote, ordering and installation process. Trent, the designer, was a true professional. The quote and design specs we received were amazing. The install crew was top notch. The sales and admin crew were great...way better than ClosetsbyDesgin, who stopped returning our messages after they learned our budget was under $3k. Highly recommend Eco-Nize!

When I moved into my townhouse, the master bedroom closet was a joke, the linen closet only had old plywood shelves and was not particularly well designed, and I needed the small closet in one of the bedrooms to be converted to something that made sense for a home office rather than hanging up clothes. Trent helped me design what I needed in each of my closets, he made scheduling easy, his install team arrived promptly, worked efficiently and politely, and the end product made me very very happy.

This a a very late feedback because it completely slipped my mind. Just found some paperwork from this project which reminded me that I owe this most wonderful company a positive feedback. Their professionalism was purely outstanding. They first visited our home to take a look at all the closets we had. Our house being completely renovated from the inside out. They gave us a preliminary design for all our closets including storage concepts for our garage. We then visited their show room to get some help with accessories and adjusted the design with their assistance based on our very specific needs. Soon, we approved the project and their crew came over. We could not get over the quality of the materials and the installation. Just top notch! We are enjoying our home very much with beautiful organized closets and a very neat garage.

When we decided to convert a sitting room adjacent to our master bedroom to a walk-in closet, I called Eco-nize Closets to get some advice on the prep work needed for the room. Dan was very helpful in clarifying what needed to be done before the closet was installed. When we were ready, David came to our house for a design meeting. We had a proposal later the same day! Since I'm not very good at visualizing 3-dimensional things, even with the detailed drawings, we decided to drive out to the company showroom in Clinton, VA. David wasn't available, but Dan was there to show us the finishes and options, which was very helpful. Based on that discussion, we made some changes. and David had the revised plan to us the next business day. The installers were very professional. They put pads down on our new hardwood floors, reviewed some last minute design choices (where to put the cabinet handles, the height of the desk cabinets) and set to work. When they were finished, they cleaned the area and left us with a beautiful closet room and built-in desk.

We contact a large chain closet company before contacting Econize and were not thrilled with the service and design presented to us so we decided to get a second quote from a smaller company. I read a great review on Angieslist that prompted me to contact Econize. I was contacted by David at Econize within 24 hours of requesting an appointment. David arrived right on time for our appointment. David was extremely professional and was a pleasure to work with. He immediately took off his shoes when he arrived at my house since we believe in taking off our shoes at the door, and I didn't have to tell him to do so (I loved that he was observant!) He took measurements of all of our closets asked me a few questions and helped me select choices from all of the choice and selections with regards to color and hardware. He did not try to upsell but gave me his recommendations with regards to quality (which I appreciated). David designed our closets and created 3D drawings at my home before going to his next appointment, so I was able to see what our closets would look like. Although he had another appointment he did not rush and explained everything to me about the next steps. I was extremely surprised to get a quote and completed designs on the same day as my appointment since the first company I reached out to took an entire week to get back to me. I was also surprised that the Econize quote was less expensive than the first company, although the Econizer quality appeared to be a higher level. We had a few changes to David's design, my husband requested a third draw to his closet and David changed the drawing and sent me a quote back in less than an hour. On the day of the install, two extremely polite nice young men came on time, introduced themselves and started the installation. (Sorry, I don't remember their names). The just went about their work and were done really quickly, I think in about 5 hours. They cleaned up when they were done, including sweeping our sidewalk where they were working and gave me a brief explanation and answered my questions. I was so excited. Our closets exceeded my expectation, which is not easy. Econize overall exceeded our expectations. Life would be so much easier if all companies worked in this manner and had employees like those at Econize. They basically followed up at every point of the process. David along with the staff at Econize were extremely professional and I received phone calls and emails to let keep me up to date and I also received a final follow-up from David and I believe Dan who is a manager (I don't remember his title), to see if I was happy with the installation. Overall, they get an A+ and I would highly recommend!

We looked at several closet installers and Eco-Nize was by far the least expensive. But the quality of their material and installation was excellent and our closets are beautiful. We needed a fairly rapid turn-around so that we had the closets before we moved in and they were very accommodating. The installers were quick, polite, and very professional. And when I called a few weeks later to ask for another retractable hanging rod, they sent one over and didn't even charge me. I strongly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
