Econize Closets and Blinds

I have had an opportunity to work with Econize in the past when I was downsizing from a larger home to a townhouse with much smaller closet space. They did a great job giving me great functional space, that I called them again when I moved to a 1960s house with tiny closets. They installed a coat, bedroom and office closet. Such an improvement! Trent was great in his design and the installation team was prompt, courteous and so professional. I highly recommend this company!

Everything went as planned. We are so happy how it looks. The quality of the materials is great and everyone at EcoNize is very nice to work with. This has been the fifth time they have installed closets or desks in the home.

I contacted ECO-NIZE to potentially install a full-size murphy bed into an existing closet at my studio condo. The consultation visit was coordinated very quickly and was done in a very professional and friendly manner by Trent. During the consultation we discovered that the closet header was not quite high enough to accommodate a murphy bed, even though the interior of the closest was suitable. Trent helped me find a separate carpentry company that was able to raise the closet header for a very reasonable cost, which then allowed ECO-NIZE to install a very high quality murphy bed that I am very pleased with. ECO-NIZE is probably not the cheapest option out there, but I think the cost was highly worth it. I was able to get a very high quality murphy bed custom fit to my space, and had a lot of excellent support along the way with my special circumstance. I really appreciate the high-touch, super helpful approach that ECO-NIZE takes with doing business, and I would happily work with them again and recommend them to anyone interested.

From the initial appointment to the installation the process was professional and without any stress. David came to our home and designed the closet systems, discussed cost and scheduled the installation. The installation crew were on-time, professional and extremely neat. I was impressed with their courteous service and attention to detail. I will not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to several friends.

We were very pleased with our new storage solutions. Our master closet was initially divided by a wall and contained basic shelving installed by previous home owner. They removed the wall and installed a set of shelves, drawers, hanger rods, and belt and tie organizers. The appearance of the hardware is very nice and we are able to store much more clothing. In our office, the previous home owner had converted a closet into a computer desk and storage area. Econize replaced the slab of wood with a proper desk surface, better shelving, and rails to attach various storage trays and cups. I use it on a daily basis and am very happy with it. In our carport there is a small storage closet. They installed a storage cabinet and rails to hang tools. Our carport is now much more organized.

Econize provided a exceptionally helpful and easy service. Our walk-in closet looks GREAT and its functionality was increased 5-fold. Customizing a closet is a significant expense but it is worth it. It solved the storage problem in our 2 Bedroom condo with space to spare. I highly recommend their service.

The design consultant (David) came out to our home to look at the closet and draw out a design for us. He worked with us to figure out what we wanted and came up with a good design. We visited EcoNize's design studio in Falls Church which was very useful in seeing the quality of the installed product. The installer came in promptly on the scheduled time and finished the job in an hour. They cleaned up after them selves and gave us a walkthrough once it was done. Would definitely do business with them again.

Trent came out to our home with plenty of samples and designed our closet right there in our kitchen. He was able to provide us with a nice variety, and we settled on a clean look. We added adjustable shelves, tie rack, belt rack, and dry cleaning rod, and were able to incorporate our own drawer pulls to personalize the space. We've had the closet now for 6 months, and love it!

Econize Closets did a great job with our custom shelving and island. They were extremely professional and organized from the first meeting. We first visited their showroom in Falls Church and were able to see how their products could be used in a real house. When we had our in-home consultation, the representative who came was able to produce a draft design on the spot. Other companies take days to get this done. The prices were very competitive with those of other companies we looked at. On the day of the installation everything went smoothly and was done much more quickly than we expected. We are extremely happy with the quality of the shelving and island and we will use Econize again when we are ready for more storage solutions.

What can I say or where should I start praising this entire team of A+ professionals. David, Mike, Dan and the rest of the econize team. We absolutely love the closet and the shelving for the guest bedroom. The entire process was made smooth by effective communication as well as clear process. We started with David the designer and he must be the best in business. He gives excellent ideas and saves you from jumping over the hill as we didnt really know how/what we should get started with this project. Will hire them again very soon for another closet job.

It was fantastic, start to finish! Punctual, efficient, courteous - it really could not have gone more smoothly, or with a more perfect result. We are thrilled with what they were able to pull off in such a tiny space!

Very smooth, quick and without damage. The sales person was involved from the beginning till post delivery. The installers were quick, experienced, courteous and detail oriented. The new closets look fully integrated, as if they were part of the original building.

This is our second install from Econize. Everything went as well as the first time. The product looks very nice, the sales and installation teams are very professional. They definitely go out of their way to make you feel like they care about your business.

t went well. First Dave came around, looked over the space, and showed me the options. Then we set a date for the installation. There was an electrical outlet that would have been covered by the wall bed, and I decided to get that moved first. That delayed the installation for two months while I found an electrician to move it, and got the wall patched, but Econize were very flexible about the installation date. The installation crew arrived on time, and worked quickly. It took them a little more than 3 hours to finish. The final product looks really good, and is exactly what I had in mind.

Econize showed up on time and they did an excellent job on workmanship. The salesman David showed us the options and helped us pick the best cabinets for the room. The price was on the high side but the product and the installation were outstanding so I felt I received what I paid for.

Very responsive, excellent design, smooth install!!

Looks amazing and added so much functionality to the room. I looked at DIY solutions, and we really needed the custom sizing and unique solutions that Econize had. They installed the work surface in a way that makes it easy for me to unscrew in case we need to repair the washer or dryer, and the solutions for the dog food and recycling that Trent suggested are outstanding. Small problem that a couple doors weren't delivered at the time of the original install and we had wanted a slightly rounded corner on the work surface, but they came back soon after and installed the doors and put on a new worksurface. Highly recommend them. Trent was very responsive after the initial contact and throughout the job.

The installers arrived on time, no, they arrived 15 minutes early. They were very professional and showed concern for our floors and walls. They did all necessary cutting outside. The installations were perfect in both areas and they gentlemen were professional. The job was done quickly and looks wonderful. We have just moved into a new home and have had many alterations done to the home and this was the only work that was done headache free for us. We highly recommend this company.

The estimator showed up on time and measured the three closets we wanted to receive quotes on and discussed what we were looking for. He then sat down and showed me the different finishes and options available. Once those were chosen he then designed the closets in a 3D computer program right there. We ended up going with redoing the two master closets We removed the old shelves and rods and repaired the walls and painted ourselves to save some money and make sure they were to the quality we wanted as the company could not guarantee us that. The installers showed up on time and completed the work in under two hours. Once drawer was damaged in transit so they said they would come back at a later date to replace the drawer. All cutting was done outside and any mess they made inside our outside they cleaned up prior to leaving. We love our new closet systems!

David was very nice to work with. The process of designing the layout and getting it installed couldn't have gone smoother.

The team was professional and responsive from the first phone call to following through on the consultation/estimate meeting to scheduling to installing. David Townsend was our designer and did a great job of answering questions, suggesting alternatives and listening to what we needed without overselling. The installation team was efficient, thoughtful, easy to have in the house and super good at their job. Couldn't ask for more! We were remodeling our master bathroom and decided (while we were at it) to gut our poorly designed/built closet and have a professionally designed and installed system that worked for us! We had spent years contemplating doing it ourselves (hours spent in the DIY closet aisles of Home Depot, Lowes, Ikea) and never pulled the trigger because we DON'T know what we're doing and didn't want to get it wrong. And - we wanted QUALITY materials but didn't want to spend a crazy amount of money (our friends have used other big name brand closet system companies and paid upwards of 10-15K to achieve similar result). After reading stellar reviews on multiple sites I made my first call to Econize...they collected some preliminary info from us on our requirements, gave us a downloadable catalog, and scheduled us for an in-home appointment the following week. Trent (our assigned designer/architect) came out (on time) for the consultation, and really listened to what we wanted...including options to build a couple of small built-in cabinets for the bathroom area. While Trent did detailed measurements, we sat in our kitchen with the catalog and sample closet finishes/hardware - and when he was finished he joined us and put together a 3-D design on his laptop that really helped us "see" what the finished closet would look like. He assured us that we could always tweak our design once we've had a chance to take a look at his design/quote (which we got on-line a couple days after our visit). We were also able to visit one of their showrooms which also helped us make decisions on tweaking the plans. Once the design was finalized they told us they could schedule us for installation in as soon as a couple of weeks - but we ended up having to delay delivery because our tiled floors weren't ready. They were extremely flexible with us - which we needed. The end result was better than I could have imagined.... it looks like it was custom made for the house (and it WAS!).... I can't say enough about Trent (who kept in touch by phone and email along the process), and the guys that manage the showrooms for answering all our questions and assuring us that we picked the right company to work with. All we can say is don't make a closet system decision without consulting Econize for a quote - - - you'll be as impressed as we were!
