The technician showed up timely and was very polite. He replaced all the 3 smoke detectors with the new 10-year battery ones. The work was completed quickly with little interruption to me.

Responsive and easy to schedule. Won't hesitate to call again for electrical work.

Outstanding. The fan pole that was moved needed to be shorten to adjust to the shorter ceiling. NO problem. Steve shorten the pole to fit the ceiling height. Steve (owner) was very professional and his worked showed his years of experience. Dependable One is on my list for all electrical needs.

Knowledgeable. Texted picture of the breaker panel and he knew the age/model and correctly suspected that a full size breaker could be split into a slim twin. He also added a light fixture in the attic off of an existing circuit "while he was here".

Steve called me back within two minutes. He was there two hours later. He assessed the problem, explained why the outlets weren't working and got busy. He was done quickly and then answered all my picky little questions about our new older house. He suggested reasonable options, and did not push me toward any drastic big-expense fixes.

Magnificently. I felt as though a pro had finally taken charge, and indeed he (Steve Geissler) did. In less than 4 hours, he located and fixed problems that had not been solved and/or completed over the course of some six weeks of snail-speed, sporadic, inefficient, undependable "service" by the former contractor and full payment thereof. And did I mention that he came on the day I called? New construction contractors had already started their work when they spotted some of the ineptly addressed electrical problems, some (especially flickering lights when machinery was plugged in) causing delays of their work. So getting the problems fixed FAST was certainly something we all prized. And the price paled (heck, it almost disappeared!) in comparison to what I paid the original electrical contractor. Just a shame I can't recommend Dependable or Geissler with more than a mere "A". I'll never use anyone else.

He is so good with electrical. He is so honest. He so great. He is an master electrician. They are amazing. He is wonderful. If I find out if he voted for Trump, I want give him the professionalism score. We haven't had any electrical work lately, but he is good.

Our outside GFI outlet stopped working after our house was powerwashed. Dependable One had replaced the GFI almost one year ago. I talked with Steve and he made it his priority to fix this problem; he immediately came to our house early evening to take care of it. I was extremely pleased with his pleasant attitude and his honesty as he repaired the GFI outlet. I would definitely contact this company for future jobs. Thanks so much, Steve! :)

Mike and Nick arrived at the time promised and were very professional. They made sure our fans were installed and wired properly, correcting the problems left by a previous installation. We will definitely call them again.

Using Dependable One Electric was a great experience. They were prompt in getting back to me, on time, and did an excellent job. Our ceiling light install was a little tricky due to current wiring and furniture placement but they took the time to figure out a great solution and the light looks like it has always been there. They also had no problem with my three dogs! Will definitely use them again.

Steve was amazing! He spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining that I didn't need to do any of the things that the another electrical company wanted me to do, all for free. I told him that I really appreciated his honesty and that I would call him again in the future and recommend his services to anyone needing electrical work done at their house.

Steve's price beat two other estimates, and solved code problems that other electricians didn't notice. He and his team were friendly, responsive, showed up on time and finished on time. On another occasion, Steve came out (on a Saturday) to fix an electrical problem with out air conditioning. I highly recommend him!

Excellent. The team arrived and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They had to cut two holes into ceiling for cable lines, but they patched the holes very well. They were very organized, efficient and experienced. Would definitely hire again. Great experience.
