Description of Work: Replaced and rewired outlet that was a fire hazard.

Description of Work: I needed to have an outside power outlet installed in preparation of replacing a deck. Although he was late, and I did not receive a call (I called him to ensure he was still coming), the work was completed very quickly and professionally. I would definitely call again if I need any electrical work.

Description of Work: Promptly troubleshooted and fixed an intermittent circuit. Provided requested estimate to replace electrical panel - will contract for this reasonably priced job soon.

Description of Work: Called to ask for help/service regarding no power in my bathrooms and garage (we are newly moved in.) Steve provided great advice on the phone and advised that I recheck all of our ground fault outlets for a trip and as well identifying where the likely spots were in the house for them to be found. This rather than him sending out someone for a service visit at our expense. Problem solved! With this kind of great customer service from a simple phone call, I will definitely use them when I have any electrical issues with our house. Thank you Steve!

Description of Work: Added new ceiling fixtures, outside security light and updated dryer socket.

Description of Work: He was pleasant, arrived on time, worked cleanly and charged exactly what he estimated. I was very pleased with the service and would use him again!

Description of Work: The recessed ceiling lights in our basement had stopped working a few days before. Calling just four days before Christmas, and with all kinds of activities going on, I was afraid it would be hard to arrange an appointment. But the owner (Steve?) juggled some appointments around and had Michael at our door in about an hour. He quickly determined a light switch was the culpirt, showed us that the problem stemmed from wall switch not having been properly anchored when installed, and had it fixed in probably 15 minutes, including free lesson. Michael was very efficent and courteous. Would defintiely use this serivce in future and recommned to others.

Description of Work: I called Dependable One to assist me with a burned out electrical outlet. Even thought it was after hours on a Friday they picked up the phone and talked me through the problem. At no charge! When I need these guys for some work I will be calling them for sure.

Description of Work: stove was hardwired and had to be changed. did a great job and reasonable price. didnt feel like the clock was ticking which was great.
