A wall of a barn had become unattached to the foundation. The repair needed was not obvious, but Mr Davis knows exactly how to repair it. Work was completed on time and was expertly done.

Mr. Davis delivered outstanding service! Within 90 seconds of submitting my project, Mr. Davis called me. I needed to replace a cracked plastic skylight in the middle of winter, and he personally came to my house within 24 hours to assess the project and provide a quote on the spot. The very next day, his team arrived to start the job. They carefully measured the old skylight and sourced the UV-rated glass I wanted to reduce heat, avoiding the cheap plastic option I was replacing. The installation was quick and flawless, and it was completed in just a few hours. The teams craftsmanship was top-notch, and they left my space spotless. Great contractor. We needed brick pointing done. His quote was reasonable. I asked if he should replace the brick stairs and he said you don’t need to and that all we need to is repair it and seal it and it will last a long time. He was honest about that. So far so good. Quality is excellent. Highly recommended

He used substandard wood after promising to use the same wood from the original deck. He acted like a crazy man when questioned and pretended to have a heart attack on the phone. His worker put down the surface with no spaces between boards and had to redo the work. He showed up in the middle of the day with his daughter demanding a check even though the work was not complete. He acts like a crazy man. Run from this contractor.

Mr. Davis and his team did a great job updating our trim, siding, repairing the chimney, and adding a last-minute addition to our contract, a set of stairs in our backyard. The team is so versatile that the same 3 gentlemen did all three jobs. We feel like the price was fair and it was a fixed fee. I would recommend Davis Contracting. The work I had was replacing some rotten fascia boards on my house and cutting back some tree limbs hanging over my roof. I was contacted immediately after putting my project on Angi. Mr. Davis came out the same day to do a quote. My project was scheduled and finished in the next 2 weeks. The crew was great. During the work, they found more rotten boards by a downspout that needed to be replaced. They showed it to me, we had a quick call with Mr. Davis to discuss the added cost, and they were able to knock it out. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan to use them for future projects.

We were looking for a contractor to build a handicap ramp to our front door. After reached out to some contractors, Alexander Davis quickly provided us a quote that was lower than others. Once we signed the contract, they started the work 3 days later as scheduled. Once on site they work hard and get the ramp done the next day and cleaned up the site neatly before they left. The product and workmanship are high quality, and best value for the price quoted. Highly recommend this contractor.

Got a quick response with an estimate from Mr. Davis and work started in a few days. My deck was over 30 years old a needed some considerable work. The crew did an outstanding job and it looks like new. Highly recommend.

Got a reasonable quote via facetime for significant wood rot on my front porch. The team arrived later that week and the damage was more extensive than originally discussed. Even with the additional work added to the project it still came in under other contractor's initial quotes.

Terrible experience. He did not do what was bid, he up-charged me another $2k for work he only partially did, and was extremely rude. I hired him to replace my back deck, which is at ground level and 20+ years old. The quote I signed clearly stated replace all wood The up-charge -- half way through the deck he tells me my posts are rotting in the ground (zero surprise), and up-charges me for digging up the old cement posts and cementing in new posts" (an extra $2k). I stupidly agree to have him dig out the posts, which they never did. They did not what was bid - rather than replace my deck as written on the quote, his crew took off the deck boards on the top, replaced maybe 2 or three studs in the old framing, and then put new wood right on top of a 20+ year old rotting frame. When I challenged him, he said ;how else am I supposed to make money? And now just 6 weeks later, all of the cheap nails they used are rusting and discoloring the deck.

Mr. Davis was very informative and engaging. His work team arrived on time and did a wonderful job including the cleanup.
