He said he would paint, trim,window trim, shutters and foundation in the contract. He only painted part of it and said the rest wasn't in the contract. He was rude and unprofessional on the phone and insulted me. He left a message on my phone insulting me again.

Always on time, when I called him they showed up. I was really impressed with that. He is a stand up guy. I was waiting for another contractor for 3 weeks and they never showed, but Alexander got right in and and got things done right away.

The work was done quickly and neatly. The crew was friendly and polite. They were able to correct faulty work of a previous contractor and left things much better than before on our patio.

Alexander makes you feel comfortable, he makes you feel like you have known him forever. Alexander is great to work with. His staffs always on time, prompt, responsible and hardworking. I had an excellent experience working with Alexander, and I would recommend him to anyone.

We are very pleased with the power washing that Alexander Davis contracting performed on our home. It is unfortunate, however, that it took three visits before the work was properly completed. We also payed the company to do some needed tuck pointing and deck painting but power washing and clean up were not completed during the first visit. Over a month passed between my conversation with Mr. Alexander about the incomplete work and someone returning to our home to address the issues, and this only occurred after my initial negative rating which i provided about 30 days after speaking with Mr. Alexander. My family was disappointed that during the second visit to our home, the company still neglected to power wash a fairly obvious part of the homes exterior that bore a deep green stain. I regret that, before the second visit to our home, Mr. Alexander was very rude to and argumentative with me when he finally called me regarding my request that his company returned to complete the work. The encounter left me feeling very unsettled. About three days after he returned to our home and saw the obviously unwashed portions of our house, his workers came back and completed the work. The workers did an out standing job during that third visit- I only wish that this would have happened during the first visit and without all the drama.

Communicated repairs well, did great work, and reasonably priced.

They called the same day that we contacted HomeAdvisor. They finished the same day. However, when we saw what good work they did, we also hired them to do some extra work & also work our patio, and glaze the exterior brick. I've never seen workers work so hard.

Alexander Davis promptly responded to all my inquiries, the work was done timely and above our expectations. Very pleased and highly recommended!
