Description of Work: discussion with construction manager went very well. we had to coordinate difficult schedules between travel and his work load. arrived on time and spent 3 hours discussing options, our ideas, estimated costs and taking detailed measurements. Drawings and formal documents arrived within 5 days. although we decided to delay the project, we will certainly put Cyrus on our contractor list.

Description of Work: I ordered the 2D basement finishing drawing Angie's List deal that Cyrus offered. I was very impressed by Russell. He was punctual, knowledgeable, engaged, and returned a quality product in an appropriate amount of time. I was a bit skeptical because some companies will produce a rendering and provide a basement finishing quote for free, but I believe this was worth it. I plan to get a couple more quotes before making a decision, but was very comfortable with what was provided and can't imagine another company will impress me as much as Russell from Cyrus. I received a 12 page report detailing costs of the project including several breakdowns (by room, by labor cost, by material) along with the 2D rendering.

Description of Work: Came out to measure. Very quick. Took wrong measurements. Still had wrong measurements during the office visit and promised to amend drawings. Sent drawings back out without changes then dropped price to 24k ( bathroom is less than 100 feet). Angie's list- I would like my money back please.

Description of Work: Paid for deal, wasted time meeting with provider just to have them send me nothing! Followed up multiple times via email and phone and weeks later still received no design despite being told i would. Did not receive what was promised in the deal and as discussed with the provider in a timely manner so need a full refund.

(removed member name) We went to your condo, in Washington, DC, which is located in a high-rise building and less than 500 square feet and you wanted to take down a wall to expand your kitchen which was physically impossible. We asked for you to provide a blue print of the building because it was a load-bearing wall to see If your renovation plan was feasible. After several attempts to contact you to get the plans, we sent you our vision of what your new renovation would look like and still no response. (FYI, we have email records as proof). Therefore, I think this rating is unfair since the blame is on your part for not providing the requested information in a timely manner which delayed us in providing a plan to you. It seems you just wasted our time and money. Good luck
