Description of Work: Over a year ago, I purchased a new faucet from Grayson Plumbing, which later became part of Croppmetcalfe. Croppmetcalfe came out to check the faulty faucet I purchased from Grayson, and even though Grayson was subsumed by Croppmetcalfe, they honored the lifetime warranty on the faucet that Grayson provided to me. I got a new faucet at no charge other than the labor. I was very please and very impressed. Nice to see a company would honor even the guarantee of another company they purchased and no longer exists.

Description of Work: Our 25 yr old furnace quit working during the coldest week of the winter and Cropp-Metcalfe replaced it. The salesman and the installation team were prompt, courteous, and professional. Overall, I am satisfied with the furnace and their service. I gave them a B on price because I was unable to shop around and compare prices under the circumstances.

Description of Work: 1. They turned over a generator to me without county inspection/approval. When it failed, they claimed it was out of warranty. |2. In Jan 2014 when one furnace stopped working, they wanted me to purchase a new system for almost $12K that would not work in my house. 3. In Apr 2014 the service tech on a routine service visit rushed back into my house to tell me one unit had a bad freon leak and that both were too old and needed to be replaced immediately. A second opinion was that there was no leak, only some insignificant external corrosion, perhaps from animal urine. The system worked perfectly all summer.

Description of Work: I called them to Check THE CONDITION Of THE Heat pump. After checking the system they said the pressures were wrong and we needed a new system. The tech left and a salesman came by to upsell me into a $12000 system. A second company came and there was nothing wrong with the system. All parameters are within manufacturers specifications.
