They were very good at what they did. They explained to me in detail what was going on. The guys seemed to be very well trained in their field and that impressed me. Also they came out at eight in the evening to convenience me.

They come in the fall and the spring. They are very professional and timely. If you ever have any questions, they are good about explaining it in layman terms. All around, good reliable company.

The new unit was installed on the day they promised. The price of the unit and installation was average. The company did a very good job on the installation. I am pleased with the results and would recommend them.

Last October, they fixed my heat pump. They came out twice and I thought it should have been done with one, but they took away the second charge for coming out. A very competent company.

We haven't gotten the work done yet, but I will seriously consider Cropp Metcalfe's estimate when I get it.

The work went unbelievably well. Their salesman spent a ton of time with me to decide exactly what to do. They recommended the roofer (who was great). There was a substantial amount of demolition & construction work required because my furnace, air filter, and hot water heater all reside in a VERY small closet on the 2nd floor. The condenser needed to be swapped out by a huge crane and in coordination with the roof replacement work. New lines needed to be installed between the roof and the second floor for the A/C. A new return needed to be cut into the first floor ceiling (their suggestion to help with the air circulation problem in the house). The C-M team was at my house for four days over the course of a week+. The were knowledgeable, pleasant, professional & always cleaned up before leaving. The team leader had to fabricate on site much of the replacement ductwork in the closet when the new system was installed (even my plumber was impressed when he saw what they'd done).

I have used these guys for a long time. They did a wonderful job on my A/C unit. They recommended an air duct cleaning and they came in to do it. I like how respectful and professional they are. Their prices is very fair. I would recommend them.

They send a reminder email to schedule the work and they are there the day you schedule the work. They are great!

The installation was very good. The job was done in a timely manner and the unit works great. The day after the job was completed I had woke up with a wet bed. The water drip pan from the air conditioner had been moved and the water had seeped through the floor and the ceiling. I called them and told them what had happened and the damage was taken care of immediately.

The quality of the work was really good. They made sure to be on time and were very professional when they were doing the work. I had a few questions that they were able to answer with no problems. They are a great company to do business with. I am pleased with their service and I would recommend them.

We had found that during the service call they had punched a hole in the water pipe accidentally and it shorted out my alarm system. Their insurance company paid for the damage. Other than that incident, they were professional and did a good job with the service and cleaning of the unit. I have not had any problems with the air conditioner itself. I feel that they did handle the problem professionally.

With Cropp we had a little bit of difficulty in setting an appointment with them successfully. Other than that they were great all around and that is why I would stick with them in the future for services.

The service people at Cropp are courteous and careful about coming into your home. They are pretty good. I did had to call them back out because the air conditioner wasn't cooling enough; I guess it needed more Freon. I do think the price was around average.

With the contract we are entitled an expedited service, which puts us at the top of the list if any thing goes wrong with our air conditioner or heating unit. I have a contract with them and I will definitely renew it again in the future.

Called at 7:30 am and a technician, Garfield, was there by 8:30. First he covered up the floor and counters to minimize the impact of the water and ceiling. He researched the source of the leak and found the problem and repaired the pinhole leak. We were impressed by his thoroughness, knowledge and willingness to be sure the problem was totally fixed, before leaving the house. We'd call him again!

I am on an annual plan for 300.00 with this company and they still charged me 284.00 to fix the insides of my toilet. I feel that I am being ripped off and paying for a service that charges me anyway. I am paying so much money for services that should be paid out of my annual dues.

Cropp was the vendor who had serviced the unit and replaced the furnace, before we purchased our home. When our A/C failed I called them. They were friendly and responsive on the phone and came out promptly the next morning. Freon leak was diagnosed and a recharge was done. The Tech was very professional and seemed honest. Two days later the A/C failed again. I called Cropp and they sent a more senior Tech out to see what the problem was. Again very timely response. I was not charged the trip fee but did pay another $200 for a recharge to hold us over until the system could be replaced, which is what the recommendation was. A Cropp sales rep. came out and gave us a quote. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Strong sales approach but not overbearing. He was very punctual in follow up and got us a quote right away. Even with a credit for the $600 I had already spent, their quote was $1000 more than the vendor we went with. But for price their service was excellent.

Fred was thorough and easy to work with from beginning to end. His estimate was competitive and slightly negotiable. The installation went well and they returned the next day to check the systems and to address a leak from the sump pump that was impacting the system (at no charge).

We got a yearly contract with them to come back out if we needed their service. My husband was very pleased with the service.

It was a lengthy job, but they got it done correctly. I have also used them for yearly service, and they always do a great job. They have a yearly contract that auto renews which is the only drawback for me.

Very thorough job, but very alarmist in their presentation of their recommendations. The total cost of all their maintenance recommendations equaled nearly half the cost of a new system.

The technician came late in the afternoon the same day I called to report the problem. He was polite and always wore "footies" to keep the carpet clean. He quickly changed out the broken igniter. He pointed out that the furnace was still under warranty, which saved me about $100. The final cost of $210 seems high for a service call and 15 minutes of labor, but I cannot compare it to other heating and a/c contractors.

There were three visits: 1) Team arrived on Wednesday on schedule to disconnect sink and plumbing lines - no problems 2) Mike D. arrived Friday on schedule to install new faucet and plumbing lines. There was a problem with the faucet so he could not finish. He charged me a reasonable fee for the work he had done on the sink. Had to wait until Monday to get C-M to reschedule Mike to return. 3) Mike D. returned on Monday. There was a major miscommunication with the dispatch office. Mike was on a major call but the dispatch was just telling me he was running a little late. He arrived much much later that evening and worked hard to complete the job.

The man was prompt, cleaned up after himself and did a nice job.

They always give us quotes and options. They call when the technician is leaving the warehouse and you know they will be there within the hour. I have had too many experiences waiting for a plumber to show up, and i never have to wait now. they try their best to keeps the cost down and still sell high quality products.
