We have a contract. Twice a year they do a heating check up and A/C check up. They are professional. I have no problem getting an appointment. We have no issues with them the past several years. At least what we had with them. So, It's just excellent all the way around.

I couldn't be happier with the service. He went above and beyond to find the problem and fix it.

I have requested an itemized bill from them for submission to my insurance company for several weeks and have gotten no response. The company representative stated that CroppMetcalfe does not itemize expenses. The insurance company is refusing to reimburse me for the cost. I can only infer that the CM will not respond because the work was ridiculously overpriced. I have lost all faith in the company's ability to perform services for a market price.

Lawrence was friendly and professional. He performed the work quickly and even had to work around the crew in my place remodeling my kitchen. He did not mind and was just as pleasant with them as he was with me.

We have been customers of Cropp Metcalfe for many years, and have HVAC and plumbing service contracts with them. I am pretty sure that their attentive care to our 23-year-old air conditioning system kept it problem-free for nearly 10 years beyond its normal life expectancy. When we had our spring check-up recently, Jeraldy encouraged us to have someone come to assess our system and give us a quote on a replacement. Chris Duke, one of their estimators, was terrific and extremely knowledgeable. He explained our options, provided copious information, and gave us quotes on 2 different systems. We finally bit the bullet and decided to replace our aged A/C rather than risk having it expire in the middle of the hot summer. Oscar and his two associates arrived promptly, were polite, professional, and patiently answered all of my questions. They put down drop cloths and wore their shoe covers in my house to keep from tracking in dirt/mud. It was a smooth installation which took approximately half of the estimated time to complete. I could not be more pleased!

They did a good job completely. Their service and everything is exactly what you'd expect. They do a good job and explain everything. They cover everything. We have been very pleased with their work. We had another company for years since the house was built it was the original install company and we changed company because all of the people we were dealing with had retired and the service just wasn't the same.

I had a great experience with them. One worker comes out and it takes about a half hour to complete. They are really responsive. Any time I've ever had a problem they can always get someone out to me the same day.

I've been pleased with every technician they have sent. Their technicians always answers any questions I ask. They are very meticulous, clean, and good at explaining any problems. I highly recommend them to others.

They are a little bit expensive but they can get the work done the same day or the next day.

These two black men are not the kind of people that you'd want in your home to fix anything. They possibly have plumbing knowledge, but the chip on their shoulders & attitudes are not what is required from a service call.

They’re pretty big in this area. I have an annual contract with them. I’m not very price sensitive, so I am very happy with the service. They’re not the cheapest. I have used them for 10 years. They’re just very professional. Workers are very professional.

CM technician came same day to fix, was able to replace part from stock in truck, very courteous. Was able to provide valuable information on concerns found in and around the furnace (turns out our furnace was past its prime and potential gas leaks from nearby source). Previous visits for regular service maintenance have also always been positive.

They came to do our seasonal check for a hvac unit that was 40+ years old. They have been able to maintain the unit and keep it running up until this time. They weren't able to get parts for it any longer. They helped us pick out a new unit and installed it within 1 day. I was expecting at least 2 days but they were very quick and efficient. It turned out to be an excellent product and they included maintenance and a warranty for 5 years. They are very professional and wear shoe protection so they don't damage your home. They clean up very well and take all the extra parts and materials with them. They always call 30 minutes before coming and are very good keeping up communication. We've used them since we bought it for all seasonal checks. They're very professional and responsive. The price is a little high but the quality of their work is exceptional.

Never happened. I called to schedule mid-October and was told I could not be scheduled until Friday December 16. I received acall the day before asking me to reschedule. I declined because a filter light had come on and our outside heat pump was making an unusual noise. While on the phone I asked to confirm that the technician would have the filters at the appointment (I had requested this when I scheduled in October) but the person on the phone stated there was no note. She did contact service and confirmed the filters would be on the truck. I asked for this because at my June visit they arrived with no filters and therefore I had to schedule a second appointment to get the filters changed (part of routine maintenance). On 12/16 I was given a window of 2-4. I received a call at 1:40 and called back within 5 minutes but unfortunately instead of having direct communication with the technician (who I would have told that I was walking the dog 3 blocks away) I was placed on hold and by the time the operator answered and then called the technician, the technician had left to go to the next job! All before 2pm! I was assured that the technician would be back after that job and it may be after 4 but he would definitely come. I left my house at 6:30pm having never received even a phone call to reschedule. I expected a phone call on Monda December 19 but never received one.

We signed up for their service agreement to make sure it kept going.

We have a contract with CroppMetcalfe. They come out periodically during the year and check up the air conditioning and heating system and do any repairs that are required. They are one of the major home service companies in the area. They come out and do the summer check and the winter check up. I have an annual agreement with them, it's like $89 a year or something like that. They have been taking care of our system here for about 20 years and the system works perfectly.

They are excellent. I would use them again in the future.

The team arrived on-time. One expert, Duane, and one trainee, Caleb. Both were professional. They were each very good at listening and understanding my questions and concerns and were able to answer the questions for the layperson understanding. They also made recommendations. Wore booties over their shoes. Cleaned up. The plumbing inspection went well. Took the morning. We had to prepare for the appointment by emptying everything from under the sinks (could time to sort out the junk). They inspected every bathroom, kitchen, water heater, laundry room, pipes in utility area, and outside faucets. They snaked one sink. Discovered that the drain pipe from kitchen sink had a hairline crack and needed to be replaced before we had a mess. Duane took a photo so we could see the problem. On next visit he showed us the problem pipe. In addition to the inspection we asked them to check for toilet leaks and make a few adjustments, tightened shower fixtures in. The feedback for the telephone scheduler is to take the time to record the appointment correctly and read back what was recorded in the system. I felt like the scheduler was rushing to get on to the next call. For the follow-up visit the scheduler entered the wrong date so no one was home when team arrived also sent person other than the one we requested. When we rescheduled, everything was correct.
