Colonial Flooring Systems

I'm a property manager who has used Colonial Flooring for about five years now. Ned and his team deliver an excellent product, installed expertly and on time. The cost is usually just at or under other bids I receive from other vendors. They have consistently worked well with tenants, kept costs down, and do a great job.

It was just overall good, nothing stands out in particular. They kinda left here dark stain marks on my floor boards but it doesn't matter, all good.

Very nice job. Ned came when he said he would to provide estimate and answered all my follow up questions. Work crews were polite, punctual, experienced, and worked steadily and efficiently. They cleaned up well each day and created almost no dust. Floors look lovely.

Owner Ned Misleh came quickly to the site to provide an estimate, and provided helpful suggestions on methods of finishing. He was very responsive, quick to return calls, and willing to dalogue about the quoted price. Their price was in keeping with other estimates, and they had availability in the tight window we had to get the job done, so we booked them. The crew were right on time that day, and got right to work. They completed the job in a little less time than the estimated time. Crew was courteous and professional. Many years ago, we had finished floors in another house with oil-based polyurethane, and so were a little nervous about the durability of water-based products. Six months later, the water-based polyurethane is holding up well. We were overall very pleased with Colonial Flooring and enjoyed our interactions with Ned Misleh and his staff. Would recommend them to others.

Colonial Flooring Systems was prompt in reaching out to schedule an appointment to provide us with an estimate. Ned came out and took a look at everything, provided us with multiple samples to choose from and explained pros and cons of each product. He was more than willing to provide manufacturer information to us so that we could get approval of the products chosen from our management company. He was very flexible with scheduling the work and was very accommodating to us with the entire project. He delivered and installed the carpeting on the dates and times specified and was very hepful. We liked the work so much, we asked him to provide us with a quote to replace the flooring in our kitchen. He came out the next day with samples. He had the estimate to us right away and again was very flexible and helpful while scheduling the project to be done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and have referred them to another company who is planning on doing the same type of work in their office. They were prompt, flexible and communicated effectively to get this done for us. Great job!
