Very friendly and knowledgeable - pointed out potential issues for future but didn’t push for any immediate upsells, and offered some great maintenance advice.

Jeff Davis, the Chimney inspector, was prompt, efficient and provided his report in both hardcopy and in e-mail, as I requested. I needed an e-mail version to send to my condo management company. He also explained clearly why cleaning of the Chimney was not needed. I certainly plan to contact him again when another inspection is needed.

Honest review of the integrity of the Fireplace and chimney. Physically inspected the roof as well, rather than simply putting a camera up. Did not push unnecessary and costly repairs, instead gave realistic timeframes for shelf-life of pre-existing issues.
