The job went great -- Carlos was extremely prompt with both his estimate and turn-around time to perform the work. The work was done extremely efficiently and well. As it was a smaller exterior job, but on a 3-story townhouse, it was a challenge to find either a regular painter or even a handyman (who would paint the upper story w/ a longer ladder needed) to even estimate the job or be willing to do it. Carlos was both willing and promptly came out to look at it, tackle the job, and finish it -- very professionally, within a week's time. I hope to have him do some other tasks as my time and budget permit.

I am very impressed with Carlos and his team. I called him for an estimate and he was at my home in about 1 hour. He did not rush to conclusions and inspected everything carefully. The sliding door downstairs had a broken set of rails which were hard to get to without removing the door, while the door itself is only partially exposed (it slides into the wall). All the other contractors we called said it would take a complete demolition of the door to do it and estimated it to be a 10-hour project (obviously with high costs involved). Carlos said he can remove the door without damaging it, fix it and put it back in a hour, and it will cost us only $75. I did not believe it at first, but that is exactly what he did and the door is fixed and looks like new. The shower door was also installed quickly and professionally. He discovered one of the magnets did not work and honestly told us about it right away. The door is closing well even despite this, so we are happy with the end result, though we are thinking of getting the replacement magnets from Home Depot sometime soon. The whole project took 2 days: one day he gave us the estimate and the job was done by the end of the second day. Carlos and his man were punctual, polite and easy to communicate with. I will hire them again for other projects we have in the house.

The company responded quickly, evaluated the area to be painted, and arranged for times that painting would be completed. The painting started promptly and the painters were diligent and professional. They worked on my job continuously until it was completed, which I appreciated.

Carlos and his co-workers were very efficient, professional, and courteous. It took approx. ten days to completed the entire project of: adding and preparing drywall for painting, adding eight electrical outlets, adding six recess lights with dimmer switch, tile floor, hardwood to stairs, trim, repairing backdoor frame, and painting.

Calros promptly responded to my inquiry. He came out the next day and returned an estimate to me with 24 hours. As i was going out of town and I wanted to get the job done before I left, he agreed to do the work on Sunday. He arrived on time and completed the work in less time than I expected and did a great job! He is professional and courteous. I will use his services again.

Carlos responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He arrived on time with his notepad and wrote down all of the repair work to be done. He provided an itemized lists of costs, unlike other contractors I've used who just give you one amount. He showed up on time with one assistant to complete all of the tasks. He works hard and gets the jobs done.

He was prompt, polite and was very appreciative for the business. I recommend Carlos for handyman and moving services.
