No proper prepping was done, before painting was started. Painter didn't clean or sand walls properly, before attempting a paint job. The top of the door trim still had dirt and paint mixed together. Paint all around the bottom of the floor trimmings and on to my wood flooring. Not to mention scratching up the flooring with your equipment, because they didn't use canvas drop cloths. Attached are just 10 of the many pictures I took after I got home and they told me everything is done. The painting service this company provided is unacceptable and have no confidence the amateurs they sent to attempt to paint my interior. I am in the process of getting my deposit of $700 in full, so I can hire a real contractor to clean up their mess.
Description of Work: Provider brought over unskilled workers to paint the inside of my home.

Learned my lesson with this guy. Horrific installation of some very expensive tile. We removed the existing tile and replaced the subfloor in advance of his work but since his contractor had no idea what he was doing, it didn't matter that we did all the prework. Contractor failed to use thinset in between the subfloor and concrete board, which resulted in massive flexing in the floor and subsequent grout cracking. BBB agreed with me and he now has a record on file with them as well as the state consumer affairs department. He absolutely refused to come and fix his mistake.

This is the first time ever we hired a contractor, and learned a hard lesson. Basically, we wanted them to get rid of the old tiles from the previous owner of the house and install the new. We found this group of thugs from Craigslist, what a bad decision, possibly the worst decision I have ever made in my life! The man who deals with customers is called Rachid Aitdrahem, a Moroccan immigrant. We had a good experience with him at the very beginning. We were fooled by his friendliness, and the price offering. The tragedy began when they started the job. Their crew almost never showed on time. They did several projects at the same time. When their workers arrived at our home (usually late afternoon), they were already exhausted! No wonder the quality of the job is terrible and we had to hire another contractor to fix their work. Bad communication, we were even threatened. Their guys telling lies all the time. All his crews are Moroccan Arabs, unlicensed, inexperienced, not professional, and irritable. Like-h*** experience!!! Never hire them!!!
