Bryant's Powerwashing

Angi was very responsive to email. She advised that the work would be done within the week and that we'd get a call the day before to let us know they would be there the next day to do the work and that's what happened. The work was done well and for a reasonable price. We weren't required to be there when they powerwashed the deck so they left a detailed voicemail with their recommendation for which color to seal the deck with (which would be done a couple days later). They also mentioned that they could powerwash and seal my fence but there was no high pressure sales pitch. Just mentioned it. Called the day before to advise they'd be coming out to seal the deck the next day. Very convenient as no one was required to be home for them to do any of the work. The deck looked completely different and so much better after the work they did. I'd definitely hire them again.

They couldn't give you a date for service. They are not responsive. They didn't return my calls. The prices were 2 or 3 times that of the other individual we found.

Set up appt and the day before they called. The next day Steve came out, carefully explained what was to be done, why and what to do in the future to protect the wood. Power washed the entire job. No money taken until job was finished! A few days later was called and the dealer guy came out next day. Carefully sprayed the sealer and was done in no time. All in all a great job! Very happy. Have used them before as well as clients of mine have used them too.

The month before I just had a new deck and fence installed and wanted it protected with a stain/sealant. After getting three quotes I went with Bryant's because they gave the lowest estimate. I asked them twice to come out and look at the fence and deck to give me an accurate estimate, but they stated they could do the calculations and would be able to give an estimate without coming out. When the workers came to complete the job they immediately left stating the fence required more than what was quoted. I called back and Mr. Bryant was willing to meet me in the middle with a price that gave him some profit, but also compensated me for the aggravation. A new appointment was set for the next week and the workers came back. This time they did stain the fence and deck, but the quality was like hiring the neighborhood 8 year old who has never seen a stain sprayer. On every six foot fence panel at least 2-3 of the boards are either not covered or barely covered with stain. Large portions of the deck were only partially coated and numerous locations in my yard were killed due to someone spilling large amounts of stain. These dead grass spots aren't those you may expect real close to the fence from a little overspray, they are in the middle and sides of the yard due to large puddles of stain being spilled/dropped. I sent photos of the work to Mr. Bryant and asked him to come out and see it personally, but he declined to come for himself. He stated the grass would grow back and he would honor the same price for me next year if I used their services again. Are you kidding me? Needless to say I won't be using their services again.

They were late to arrive by eager to work and suggested the patio as an add on which we agreed to.

The guy is absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, clean and neat. They were very careful with our bushes we have close to the house. They cleaned our dryer vent better than any other providers we have ever used. We already have them scheduled to come back out in May of 2012.

We were repeat customers although it had been five years since we last used Bryant's. When I called to schedule the appointment they honored my price from five years ago which we greatly appreciated. Showed up on time, did a great job and left the place in order and our home looking like new. Very pleased with their work.

I contacted them by phone and we agreed on an appointment date. I requested that they call me 30 minutes before arrival which they did. The service tech climbed up on the roof and inspected the chimney crown and the flue, showing me pictures of the damaged portion. The service tech was friendly, professional, and went about his business as if he knew what he was doing. He also did a good job of cleaning up after himself. I have used them every year since to clean the chimney.

I was contacted by Bryant's because I had used them two years ago and I guess they have me on a two-year power wash cycle. I had actually thought about calling them because my house needed cleaning, but they beat me to it. I was happy for the call. They asked me for a date and time to do the power washing and although I didn't want the service until a month after their call, that was fine with them. They showed up as promised, and did a good job! There wasn't much siding because the house has a brick front so I was a little surprised at the cost. I would use them again, though. Very professional and courteous.

They did a fine job of power washing our deck. We worked too hard before we selected them. They were on time. They helped in moving all the stuff from the deck. They were very thorough. Their price was not that cheap but I didn’t work around so much as well.

When we make an appointment with them we don't have to wait for several weeks for them to come out. They usually come out within several days. I like that about them.

I had to contact the company several times to get the exact time the work would be done. when the technician showed up he refused to do the complete job which included gutter cleaning first and power washing the house. He claimed he did not have a ladder high enough to reach a standard two story house and claimed he should not have been sent for the job. When I expressed my frustration, he got angry and treathened to leave and not finish power washing one side of the house which he just started. When I called the company to complain, the lady at the phone was very rude and denied the agreement we had to do the work. She claimed he was going to do an assessment while doing the job. Ridiculous! we had already agreed to the job and the price. Fortunately I had asked one of their representatives to give me the estimate in writing. At that time, she changed her tone and tried to convince me to reschedule. Seeing how incompetent and dishonest this company is I decided never to use them again. I was fortunate to be there when this was happening, otherwise the guy could have just claimed he cleaned the gutters when he did not and charged me the full price. Only an incompetent company will send someone to do the work without the necessary materials.

The men arrived on time, having made an adaptation in time due to an emergency in my schedule. They set up to clean the chimney and the dryer vent very quickly. After the dryer vent was cleared, the entire process of how the work was done was explained. The gentleman cleaning the chimney worked quickly and professionally, answering my questions all the time. The team that came to do my work, worked quickly and in a well oiled manner. They were certainly efficient in their efforts.

Couple of 20 somethings showed up in a van. They performed a walk around low pressure spray with chemicals then went around again to rinse. Disappointed they shot up from the ground rather than using a lift. Also was hoping they knew to spray in the direction that the siding laps from front to back. Several times they shot into the seams which I'm sure put some water behind the siding which is not ideal. After it dried I saw some areas that could have used more attention - in particular higher up on the 2nd floor. Overall OK service, just not the "extra mile" effort I hope for but rarely see these days. Being 5pm on a Friday probably didn't help their motivation ;)

I would not recommend this company at all. I had a coupon for this company from a mailer I received in the mail for $69. I have a very small deck and just needed the floor of the deck pressure washed as the railing is painted and front porch is cement. The total of this work cost $145.00. It took over 2 weeks for an appointment to be made after my original call. I actually had to call back twice to confirm I had not been forgotten. The two different people I spoke to acted like I was bothering them and not very accommodating. They need to work on their customer service skills who answers the phone, they definetly had attitudes. I should had trusted my gut instinct and gone elsewhere. When the technician finally arrived an hour past my window time frame for the work to be done, he was done with eveyrthing within 15 minutes. The technican was nice, but the company is obviously out to get the most money for not a lot of work. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Bryant responed immediately. Scheduled the washing for the day after I called. The worked showed up on schedule and did a thorough job. The results are better than expected. Bryant's low-pressure system provided great results without damage or leaks. We have a white house in a heavily treed lot, so there was plenty of dirt, sap, etc. to be removed. I will definitely use them again.

Bryant's did a great job cleaning our wooden fence and vinyl siding on the home. The house had a year's worth of mold/mildew and now looks brand new. The outside windows even look good (although they don't claim to clean windows). The fence truly looks brand new. After powerwashing, they returned a couple days later to seal the fence (my choice of seal colors). The price was fair for such a large area on a challenging lot. Bryant's came out fast and were professional and clean. They're very communicative and very customer oriented. I highly recommend their services!

The pressure washing made a mess of our patio and windows that was left for us to clean up. The it's only been a few months and already water no longer beads on the deck. The pressure washing broke a chair as well. The table and chairs had to be done twice because the wrong color was applied to the table and chairs the first time. They were also supposed to clean the gutters but said they couldn't - I have a two story home like everyone in my neighborhood, so I'm not sure what they expected and why they couldn't do it. Also initial pressure washing was not done on time and they had to make an additional visit for the initial pressure washing.

They do a really good job. My deck is 14 x 14, and the price is excellent! Once you are their customer your rate stays the same forever. I can't think of anything that they did wrong.

The entire experience took months. They showed up late to wash the house and deck. Even though it was dark and it was raining, the technician proceeded to do the work. It was not done completely and had to be re-accomplished, which took several weeks to return. They used the wrong color to seal the deck. I didn't notice until they had already completed a substantial portion. When I called to complain, the clerk said I probably just forgot the color I selected because the technician never gets it wrong. They called at least 5 times to schedule the drive way sealing, which was understandable as they could not do it during the rain. However, the last time they called and scheduled it, they never showed up. When I called about it, the clerk said they had never scheduled the drive way sealing and they never intended to come. When I complained about the process, they said they never had complaints except from "problem customers" and because I had complained, I was now considered a problem customer. I would not recommend this company for any of the products they offer.

They did a good job. I was very pleased and would hire them again when needed.

I have been satisfied with their work, and they have always been very courteous and extremely helpful in trying to get it done. I have one complaint though. The windows are streaked, and we are just trying to find the day they can come back and rewash the outside of the windows.

We were satisfied with the work, but we had to keep calling to get a time set up to do it. They also told us that because we were so close to our neighbors the debris would most likely get on their property. I had warned them so no problem,but there should be a way to control that. If we need to do it again we would get other bids.

They were very professional, on time, they did a good job! The fence looks much better.
