Description of Work: Mike Bryant performed a complete power washing and wax sealing of my home in late Sept. His work was professional from start to finish. I plan to hire this company for a deck restoration in the Spring. I recommend this company to all Northern Virginia homeowners looking for top notch service for their home.

Description of Work: I waited all afternoon for this company to come. At 5pm I called the office and was told the technician was running behind and would call me. At 7pm I called the office again and left a message that I was very upset because I waited all afternoon and no one called me. Sometime later I received at voicemail from the tech who told me they were running behind and would not be able to complete my service that day. I called the number he gave me and told him that I was very unhappy with the customer service since they did not bother to let me know they were running late and/or would not be able to service my chimney that day. I did not get a call back nor did the company call me to reschedule the service appointment.

+ -1 moreThey are very detailed and worked hard to finish the work. I was very impressed and I would recommend them to other people any time. They are easy to work with and knowledgeable as well. They are quick and their prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: They power washed our 4000 square foot home and our deck as well, which is about 1200 square feet.

+ -1 moreThey never showed up. I called the back, they made an appointment for Thursday. He called us and let us know that he could not come out, because his machine was broke. He said he would be back out on Monday and never showed up!!!

+ -1 morePOWERWASH MATERIAL WAS NOT THOROUGHLY RINSED BEFORE NEW STAIN WAS APPLIED. THE NEW STAIN IN NO WAY MATCHED THE EXISTING STAIN. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HONEY COLOR, BUT WAS AN ASH. BRYANT REFUSED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
