BLINDS TO GO

Blinds have the smallest string made on blinds that weigh quite a bit. Strings keep breaking. It didn't take me long to figure out to fix the blinds when I called BTG to order string, I was told that it could not be ordered that I would have to drive 50 miles (one way) to my nearest store to turn the blinds in with the original paperwork (previous owner has this) and wait for the blinds to be sent back to the factory to be fixed, sent back to the store and the drive back (50 miles) to the store to pick them up...THINK I WILL JUST GO TO LOWES!!!!!!

. They were so good that I had them come back in and do more windows. They were very responsive. I have a long commute so it is very important to me that I have somebody that comes on time or gives me a window that is reasonable, not a 5 or 8 hour window. They gave me an hour window. The guy called me when he was at his previous job. At one point he was delayed and he called me. He was only delayed by 20 minutes but I found that reassuring so I wasn't wondering where he was. They come in at the beginning of the window and not at the end of an 8-hour window. It is a reasonable window of time and they are usually very much within the first 30 minutes. They were very responsive, very clean, very punctual and very conscientious of getting everything done and making sure that everything was installed properly. At one point there was a mistake and a plantation shutter was installed upside down. I called them because it didn't look right. They were very responsive and came in and reset everything and it worked. It was not a problem. The second time I ordered wood shutters above the sink in my kitchen. I noticed immediately that the wood started to flake the paint. I told them and they came right out and installed a vinyl type that looks almost exactly the same and now I don't have any problems. They did that free of charge. I didn't shop around because I had used them in my other house.
