Waited several hours for them. Then they leave a message saying that the market has changed and bathrooms are no longer profitable, so they are not interested in pursuing. I was deeply disappointed in the complete disregard for my time, I would never use this company.

Better by Design was already in the process of remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. When we saw the quality of their work, we ask if they could do other remodeling tasks for our home at the same time. Raymond quickly and expertly installed crown molding in our living and dining rooms, even with the complex angles and hard to reach areas. I found pictures of fireplace mantles on the internet and Dave designed the mantle and surround taking ideas from several different pictures. The mantle and surround went in quickly and looks great. They also obtained and installed new interior doors, casings and hardware throughout our house, even though some doors were an odd size. The work crew was very considerate and careful to clean up after themselves everyday. Their workmanship was excellent and definitely worth every penny. We would not hesitate to hire them again for any remodeling or miscellaneous improvements to our home.

Their bid for our kitchen project was competitive with other companies on the installation of kitchen cabinets alone, but additionally offered all the other tasks needed to provide us with a totally remodeled kitchen. They offer an excellent choice in kitchen cabinets at a reasonable price. When we mentioned we intended to remodel our bathrooms at a future date, Dave explained it would be efficient for his crew to do the bathrooms at the same time and he would pass the savings on to us. It is clear Dave has the knowledge & experience needed; he & his crew provide expert workmanship, attention to detail & make suggestions for improvements as the work progresses. They were on the job every day, efficiently and professionally going about their business. The flexibility and pleasant environment created by the entire crew kept the stress & inconvenience of a remodel to a minimum. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and would heartily recommend Better by Design to anyone.
