+ -1 moreI had Dennis as my inspector. He is amazing and very thorough! We arrived with our realtor maybe 5 minutes later than our appointment time and he was already in the craw space of our future home and had already been on the roof! His report was extremely detailed and easy to read! I am a first time home buyer, and without him I would have been totally clueless!
Description of Work: He checked the roof, the craw space, inside appliances, plugs, lights, doors, flooring. Pretty much everything to be inspected when buying a home.

He was very excited to help me out by performing inspections of the seven Laura's Houses I manage through The Brain Foundation ( www.Brain-Foundation.org). He was very attentive and considerate of the residents and performed his inspections with the utmost respect. Dennis was able to find several issues that could affect the residents and I was able to get them repaired right away. Dennis has agreed to perform yearly inspections of the current and future Laura's houses to help support The Brain Foundation. His effort and hard work is commendable.
Description of Work: As president of the The Brain Foundation ( www.Brain-Foundation.org) I am responsible for the upkeep of the seven Laura's Houses located throughout Northern Virginia. Dennis performed home inspections with an emphasis on safety in all of the homes over the course of several weeks. He was prompt, professional and very personable. His attention to detail was a great value to us and the residents of the Laura's Houses. I highly recommend Dennis and his company Beltway Home Inspections if you are buying a home for the first time or want to learn more about your current home's condition. His report was clear and easy to read.

Description of Work: Dennis was prompt, professional and thorough. He spent over 3 hours going over my home with fine-tooth comb. He found damp spots in my basement that I did not know existed. He discussed all his findings with me and then sent a comprehensive report. I was very satisfied with his work but now have to find some one to fix the dampness issues!
