I called up to get an estimate last summer on completion of my home theater system. This would involve mostly in-wall wiring and mounting of a TV with equipment I already own. Fortunately they were very open with their estimates which is not usually the case over the phone. I went into great detail about physical obstacles, layout, and structure of my condo building and the room. He was able to work with that information to give me a very detailed estimate factoring in everything I mentioned. He even answered technical questions after I had already said that I was going to keep calling around to other companies before hiring anyone or deciding to do it myself. I am always thankful for companies in this area who are willing to take their time to handle questions on the phone as aligning schedules can so often be an issue for an in-home consultation.
