+ -1 moreWe are delighted with the outcome. The only negative grade we give is with responsiveness because we didn't always hear back from him as quickly as we wanted to. But I think he might be a one man show and can get overwhelmed. But, the key thing is that he did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, and the results are wonderful. His crews worked hard and were respectful of us and our property. You can tell that Brent takes pride in his work and the finished product shows it.
Description of Work: We had hardwood floors put in the living room, dining room, kitchen and foyer/hall. First, they took out the old floors. Brent Perry, the owner, recommended the white oak natural and we love it. Also, he did the "sand in place" wood floor, not the pre-finished and it looks terrific. I went somewhere else for an estimate and that person wouldn't do a finish in place floor unless it was an empty room, but Brent's subs managed to sand the floor and put down the sealer without any injury to the new kitchen cabinets.
