Description of Work: Well done, involved three visits. But they were using collection tactics on me for the payment, without ever having sent me a bill. A bit disconcerting. Had to remind them that I hadn't received a bill yet. Also thought the coupon was supposed to be credited against the bill...not sure that it was.

Description of Work: First part of a bad experience was they rescheduled my appointment. Call and said the tech could not make it, but I had already taken a day off from work. My refrigerator had two problems. 1) the internal fan was failing and very loud. Apple Appliance replaced the fan and motor without issue. 2) the water and ice dispenser did not work. AA replace a circuit board and the repair failed. they then replaced a circuit board in the back of the refrigerator, that effort failed too. they returned with the original replacement part (round 3) and both parts together did not fix the problem. They then said the problem was too extensive to repair, charged me for the fan only and left.

There was an internal short in the wiring which was not tracable so we charged them for the cooling issue I will be more than happy to go back and take a second opinion without any charge if they like

Description of Work: during a 45 day period my ice maker was replaced at least 3 times and still was not repaired. The technician offered me a refund of $170.00 which I never received. Their front office is by no means professional. Lesson learned.

$60 is the service charge which goes towards repair no where in the deal does it says we will guarantee fix your appliance for $60.00 Estimate is provided before doing any repair which includes the $60 they already paid, if customer feels it is expensive they don't have to repair and make alternate arrangements Also there are several coupons on our website which van be used towards completed repair

Description of Work: Although clock and other indicators on electric stove worked fine, none of the heating elements worked. Technician discovered the electrical plug was partially dislodged, probably because the drawer under stove had caught it and pulled it from socket.
